sorry but I've been lifting weights for nearly 15 years and he is NOT doing those curls correctly at all. His elbows are not isolated, he's swinging the weights like crazy and the funny thing, is that he's curling less than 50 pounds on the regular curls! For him to be that ripped and struggling that much is puzzling. IF he were using them as a toner, that'd be one thing but you don't have to swing for "toner" weight. Here's a thought.......in an interview w/ RVD a few years back, he claims to curl (with ONE arm) 150 pounds. That's 3 times what Warrior is doing here and RVD is nowhere near as cut as Warrior is. Those freakishly large veins are the result of steroids my friends. Anyone who says otherwise is delusional, plain and simple. He starts out (same way I do) doing high weight less reps. Then as your muscles fatigue you use less weight until your muscles are so burnt out you cannot lift anything. That is why he is struggling with low weight. And his veins are popping out so much. It is the end of his workout were he can barely lift anything. If you notice he takes off his overshirt. Because it is further along his workout. And the reason he is not showing his heavyweight curling is because he would not looked as yoked up. It is the same reason wrestler's before they go out do pushups situps and curls with the resistant bands. So the blood is flowing and makes them look more ripped up. I suggest a different routine for you then.

I can tell by some of the comments about his workout techniques thats most in here don't go to a gym or possibly ever have... there is a difference between effective workouts and noneffective workouts exactly. On a one arm curl, I'll typically do about 45-50 depending on the day and do it w/ perfect form. Now if I WANTED to look like a no-form meathead, I could grab a few 80 pound dumbbells and swing them around while rocking my entire body and make it up to my shoulders and down again as many times as you want. But that'd just make me look f'n stupid in a gym full of people.

I don't think Warrior needs help on his workout routine. After all he was a bodybuilder before he was a wrestler.

Warrior IS in better shape than most of the WWE roster. That's a fact.
Whether Warrior does steroids, I don't know. But it's unfair to say that he does, when you don't know jack. Just say he's in good shape, and move on. There's no need to force your opinions on other people.

I like to give people benefits of the doubt too, but I can't ignore simple human anatomy, when you get older you do not get more strong or ripped, your body losses mass and deteriorates which is why Barry Bonds abuse is so evident. Bonds is twice the size and was twice as productive as he was in his 20's, it doesn't work like that. Warrior is that same size as he was 20 years ago, now either this is a marvel of hi work ethic or something fishy is going on.

He might be as lean, but he is a lot smaller.

Although I must admit I thought it looked sloppy too.

He obviously take the steroids. But he's not under WWE's wellness program, so he not mind about that. Because the vains was big, which only caused by the steroids. And, thats good to see WWE doesn't want to re-hire him again. No...Steroids don't make the veins bigger. Ultimate Warrior is 49 and thus his veins show more as he is an older person...And probably has low body fat
