That's basically how I'm doing it. I've been walking 2 miles in the AM and then swimming from 11-2 PM. Then tonight I'm gonna walk another 2 miles.

If I were you, I'd also watch what you eat/drink. No sodas. Water and juice. You can eat what you want, just watch the serving size. Eat breakfast, small snack, Lunch, small snack, and Supper. Also, no joke, but I'd also reccomend doing these: I've done these exercises for the past few months, as well as watch what i eat, and if you do these exercises, I guarantee after a few weeks, not only will you improve physically but mentally. I used to not workout ever. Now I have trained myself to workout 5 times a week, 30 minutes Monday - Thursday, and an hour Sunday. I can run more than I used to, I can lift more than I used to, and even though those exercises seem tough at first, they will become easier, and will improve your stamina. Hope I helped.

Someone posted it as a gag, but the thing is, they really do work. With the right meal plan, exercise, and determination, it is possible. Like I said, I am probably in the best shape I've been my whole life, and this is including the years I've played football where I worked out an hour every day. If I can do it, anyone can.

another way to stay modivated to lose weight is to get your dog involved. making him go on walks or runs with you helps you to stay doing it. ive actaully been walking for 2 or 3 weeks now and the only reason im still with it is because im trying to get the dog to lose weight too. i got a yorki that weighs 18 pounds. so yeah he needs his weight off too. -abcs

OK
I just cleaned up two pages of spamming, fighting, and insults.
I will not stand for any of that in this thread anymore. If anyone does, they will be banned or deleted.

I'm glad I didn't ses the sign-ups for this, because I don't desire to lose any more weight than I have already lost from walking and doing the same crapty routine 4 days a week for school.

You lot weight by going to school? Also, to the above posters, as cheesy as they are (any my god, they are cheesy) the 8 Minute series is actually good.
