Hit or miss today with it being in stock. The local mom & pop store was suppose to get it today but they told me Wed after I got off of work today. Kind of disappointed I'm not playing it at the moment but a day won't hurt me.

Gamestop had it for me. It was weird though. I have two Gamestops on the same street, about a quarter mile away from each other. One of them required you to have a preorder, the other didn't.

Finally got the game and I love it so far. I love how you can customize the in-game boxer's outfits. I just have to create my boxer and try out Legacy mode. Cool thing is it already had my photo from Tiger Woods.

Legacy mode is kinda meh to me. There's a lot of useless stuff in there. Like the Calendar and the mailbox. The online World Championship mode is pretty nice though.

Ugh. Not liking the game. I think adding in more realism took most of the fun away. The computer blocks all my stuff and then we just do Rockem Sockem Robots jab exchanges for 10 seconds and repeat.

I'm 6-1 in Legacy. I used Photo Game Face and they thought I was black. It doesn't look a whole lot like me, but whatever. I like the game, it's fun, but it's not as fun as UFC 2009. You can't really compare them, as boxing is just one piece of the MMA puzzle, but everyone else is comparing them, so it. I wish UFC's Career Mode was an in depth as Legacy. I like choosing when I want to fight, and I even wait a month on the sidelines sometimes to fight guys that are ranked higher. The strategy involved in Legacy is something I like. I need to get some trophies! Beat Ali and Tyson on the hardest difficulty doesn't sound too hard... But I feel I may be gravely mistaken.

I think it's really all a matter of which sport you prefer. In my case, someone who doesn't care at all about either real sport, I prefer boxing solely because of how great FNR3 was. I'm kinda bummed about the lessened customization of the bodies of the boxers. I mean, it seems like there's a lot less hair choices. There's zero ear adjustments. My ears stick out in real life more than my CAB's. I appreciate the GameFace thing allowing me to make a face that looks only kinda sorta like me, but also does it in 1 minute total as opposed to the hours I spent on a face in FNR3 that looks even less like me, but the less options is kinda sad. I really find this a lot more enjoyable than I did UFC, but that goes back to what I said at the beginning of the paragraph. To each their own. UFC sold really well, and if the number of players online is any indication, it seems that FNR4 is selling really well too.

I knock some ugly mofo down five times and he gets back up, he gets lucky and downs me, and I can't get up because of the dumb ing minigame.

So, I finally decided to download the demo today. It's a pretty fun game. I find it a lot more difficult than UFC, that's for sure. I'm not totally sure I'll buy it quite yet, though. I can probably wait.

I've had a couple great matches yesterday. 3 of them, the other player started resorting to illegal blows, and then I knocked their asses out. Later I had one go to decision and won. I think online I'm 14(12)-4-0 with like 11% DNF because my 360 froze and then I somehow lost connection to the EA servers without losing internet connection.

Is Floyd planned to be in DLC? As far as I know, EA hasn't announced any of their plans as far as who will be DLC. However, there are some pretty good Floyd CABs available in the boxer downloadable section.

Well, I'm 14-4 in my Legacy Mode at Middleweight. I'd like to not have that many losses, but I have a tendency to get stupid in the later rounds and it bites me in the ass.

I NEED to be able to use butons for punching!! I really have to get used to punching with the analog. It really hightens the difficulty of the game which is a good and bad thing as far as I'm concerned. It makes it harder to counter as quickly as pushing a button. I refuse to go into a career until mastering the gameplay. It's a major road block in front of my enjoying the game and if I can't get past it, I'll be returning the title.

God, I love how you can tell how pissed off the player gets when you're playing online. The second they start throwing illegal blows, the fight's over. The best is when they're just freaking ruling my ass the whole fight. For some reason, the fact that I'm surviving just frustrates the hell out of them and they start throwing illegal blows and then stop fighting smart.
Also, I always try to skip the replays when I knock a guy down because I know no one wants to see themselves get destroyed, yet each and every time I get knocked down they have to watch every single angle of the replay.
Another thing I enjoy is how often people feel the need to send messages talking crap. It fills me with the greatest of joys to block communication and report them for it.

Is Floyd planned to be in DLC? I think we'll get DLH Hopkins Lacy Calvin Brock Holyfield Mickey Ward in the DLC, They should have a couple other big names though. Hopkins, DLH, and Lacy are almost confirmed, as DLH has been in commercials, B-Hop has been seen in game, and Lacy was in just last year. I'm hoping we get an older version of Tyson and Foreman though, as well has Mayweather and the Klitschkos.

You have to use analog? that sucks, I aswell need to use buttons, I was going to get PS3 just for this game, but I might not now, let me know if you ever get used to it.

The rumor is that they might release the button control scheme as DLC. I'm hoping it's either false or it's paid DLC, since I really don't want to have to switch back to button controls to play online. I really like using the stick and the reason why I stopped using it in 3 is because if you play against someone who is using buttons and you're not you get destroyed because they can punch about 10 times faster.
