So as many of you know, I have a rather large amount of snakes. And my friend just sold me a 12 footer and a 13 footer. These are your normal Burmese Pythons. They are large enough to kill a human, however these snakes are so tame, id see a garter snake killing me before these two. With the edition of these two this brings my count back up to 14. A bad batch of food killed 6 of my snakes a few months back so I went from 18 down to 12. Right now im not exactly sure which is the male and female, im going to let them get use to me before i jam a metal probe up their ass. Here they are. Enjoy. They share a custom 8x4x4 custom built cage, with no way of escape at all. The cage is a monster, takes up half of my room just about. But the snakes are so tame, Im able to sit in the cage with them and they will just crawl around and rest on my lap. They should be breeding in a few months hopefully. Ill try to update this post later with other pics of my snakes. Hope you enjoy.

I remember your last batch, they were more... colorful.
These, well I think I'd me more hesitant if you had one of them lounging on the floor.

I remember your last batch, they were more... colorful. These, well I think I'd me more hesitant if you had one of them lounging on the floor. Yeah thats the one major thing im not fond of this pair, they are just brown and with small tints of yellow. I never got a chance to post a picture of my albino burm, but heres a quick snap i got of her the other day, she does not hold still so its hard to get her whole body. My Yellow Anaconda is probably the most colorful snake I own, because shes a nice Yellow shade with some black spots, but she has a bit of a temper at times so its not that easy to get pictures of her, the glass messed up pictures and the second her lid comes off she thinks its play time. This is Cleopatra. The coolest thing about the snake, is I met Jake Roberts, and asked him if he could give me an idea for a name cause I just couldnt think of one so he nammed the albino one. But im going to try and get some more pictures of my other snakes tonight and tomorrow and post them. Cleo will get the size of these two, Female Burms can normally reach the 20 foot mark and normally close to 200 pounds, but more so its 150. So I have 4 snakes that will get atleast 16 feet and 130 pounds, but hey, its my hobby and passion. I just need to find one of the sack that Jake Roberts used to carry his Burm to the ring because all my snake bags will hold the two big ones, but you cant move the bag that easily. When I got my 8 footer a year ago i was a little 'iffy about letting her around my bed cause at that time the largest snake I had was 5 feet but now im used to it. Snakes just take some warming up to. Hell earlier after finally getting that monster sized cage together i just sat in it with them and dozed off for about 5-10 minutes. But now that I got some rather large snakes I can finally bring them to schools to help show people that snakes are not always harmful. The ones that are are mainly wild ones that are not use to being handled, or they have venom. As far as the pic of the cage goes, ive tried to snap one but its so big i cant get a good angle to fit the whole thing in the frame but im working on it. If you guys have any ideas for names for these snakes let me know, i am clueless as to what to name my new babies. If you guys have any questions about these or any other snakes just post them. So sometime tomorrow ill update and add pictures of my 2 Red Tail Boas, My 8 foot Burm, my Corn Snake, Black Belly King Snake, 2 Ball Pythons, Macklots Python, Black Mexican Milk Snake (Has a nice story to his name ill share it when I post pictures) and my 400 dollar Green Tree Python. Im going to try and find something to put next to the bigger ones to do a size comparison to them so you guys can get an idea on just how big these two beasts are.

Amazing stuff. Great to see you with so much passion about Snakes, I would love to at least hold one one day.
Are they hostile towards strangers?

They look pretty cool but they're not my favorite snakes in your snake collection. I must say, I don't think anyone has this much snakes, with the exception of a zoo.

A local zoo here asked me to lend out my Yellow Anaconda for next summer, not sure if I will or not. But compared to Binder Park and John Ball Park zoos that are the local ones in my area, i have a wider collection of snakes. Amazing stuff. Great to see you with so much passion about Snakes, I would love to at least hold one one day. Are they hostile towards strangers? All of them are fine around strangers except for the Anaconda, shes very very picky about whom she allows to touch her. With my bigger Burms and one of my Boa's they will make this hissing sound which alot of my friends think its a defense sound, but its just because they are so large, their lungs are the size of a plastic bag you would get at a store and their nostrils are so small thus resulting in that hissing sound. Alot of people have a fear cause snakes are rumored to get 50+ feet, and kill people which are all lies. Snakes, like any other type of pet, whether its cats or dogs, they have their own unique personalities.

I'm thinking of getting a Snake the Jake story is really cool. If you do get one, id recommend a ball python for starters, or a corn snake or king snake. Send me a PM if you ever do decide to get one. DO NOT get one from a pet store, they jack the prices up, and their crap is normally wild caught or comes with mites. I can get you very good deals on any snake. Wow, great snakes. I have a few myself. They are addicting aren't they? Very very much so. It all started back in January of 07. Walked into a pet store, bought a cheap Garter snake, and since then I was hooked, then got into red tail boas, then ball pythons, then burms, corns, milks, kings, then the anaconda and the macklots python. Then after getting used to all my snake and caring for them i dished out 400 bucks for a Green Tree Python, cant wait for her to get bigger and to turn green, shes still in the neonate phase. I cant go to a snake show and leave without something, id drives my girlfriend crazy. She claims im running out of room to keep them, but I always make room, but after I get my Mangrove Snake im going to be done until i move to a bigger place which hopefully will be within 2 months.

Really? I did the same, just change Garter snake out with Corn Snake. Red tail boas are lovely. I have a very nice Ball Python, quite the character she is, too. ;D How long has she been in the neonate phase? Mine got out of it a few months ago.

Really? I did the same, just change Garter snake out with Corn Snake. Red tail boas are lovely. I have a very nice Ball Python, quite the character she is, too. ;D How long has she been in the neonate phase? Mine got out of it a few months ago. Ive had mine since around March. I have no idea how much longer she will be in that phase, she has started to get a little bit darker but nothing drastic, im feeding her about 2-4 fuzzies a week to get her nice and healthy. Next to my first red tail, shes by far my pride and joy. Snakes are so underestimated about their beauty and personalities, most just assume the worst when it comes to them. They fail to realize a snake will not attack you if it does not feel threatened. But my GTP is simply amazing, i have her cage set up right next to my computer so I can see her at all times, she just hangs around, and shes started to get behind this fake foam rock background that came with the Exo-Terra cage i bought for her, i came home from work and shes always the first one i check on, well after to make sure the anaconda hasnt gotten loose yet again, and one day she wasnt on her branchs, or whater dish, and i was freaking out, the damn thing slithered up the branch and went behind these little air ducts in the foam for a misting system, all my snakes are so different and amazing. All my friends and co workers think im insane. but hell i end up falling asleep in the burms cage for around 10 minutes every day so far, its just relaxing for me. But tomorrow for sure i will have updated pictures of all 14 of my snakes, Id love to get some outdoor shots of the new ones but my jackass landlord said i cant have snakes, yet he does nothing about the drug dealing neighbors of mine, or the fact they have a washer and dryer hooked up in an appt that has no outlet for one, thus creating a huge fire hazzard, so when that jackass comes around i just put them in the snake bags and lock them up in a tub, and he always has some smart ass comment about why I have tanks all over my room, so I tell him that the glass tanks are my new pets cause of his stupid rules. anywho, im trying to get a good angle of the huge cage, but its a bitch to fit the whole thing in, but i think i can figure it out, ill get one with me in the tank with the snakes so you guys can see just how huge they are and the cage itself is.

It'll take a while... I thought mine would never get out of it. Don't get me started on that one. My whole family thinks snakes are evil. I'm so glad I don't live with them now. I'd be worried sick if one of mine got out. How did you find it? I know right? Every snake is different. People just assume they are cold, killing-machines, and they aren't. Hehe, I wouldn't trust my Burm with me in the cage motionless for that long. She is sweet, but I bet I am too.
