Just snagged Honky from what looked like a fresh case. So it looks like S1 is still getting stocked, for those who need it. They had all 4 figures. Yeah good call. My Walmart just got another case of Hollywood yesterday. The first case sold immediately in 2 days.

Hollywood Hogan Elite 91 Yokozuna Royal Rumble Earthquake Royal Rumble And for good reason - Six Pack 2005 Hogan, Yokozuna in white which he hardly wore, Earthquake in a Canadian flag that he hardly wore. LOL, that stuff wouldn't last 3 hours in my area. These won't go: Elite 85 Bray Wyatt Elite 88 Trish Stratus Basic 123 Dexter Lumis, Braun Strowman, Jake Atlas Basic 119 Dominik Dijakovic

If you like Bray Wyatt figures they never should have made, you’ve come to the right place. Yeah seriously lol. My Walmart can't move Elite 85 Bray for any reason, and now Burnt Fiend has showed up in large numbers to hang right next to him. That Top Picks basic Bray has to be the single worst call in the history of the line. Those basics will still be in these Ringside sales 10 years from now.

I've been watching this line at my Walmart very closely for a couple months now. Hogan and Honky are flying off the shelves, but Flair and Bray Wyatt really aren't moving at all.

Ive been a life long wrestling fan and this is the first time I ever heard of or seen hogan with a helmet and license plate lol whats the reason/backstory for this look? Once you understand the backstory....it isn't that bad of a concept. He wore a war bonnet because he is declaring war on the WWE and the first at the top of the helmet could strike at any moment. He had the tank just in case his opponents ran out of gas so that he could force extra gas into them and strike when they least expect it. The license plate on his back was because he would hit them so hard that his opponents wouldn't know what it was that hit them and Hulk Hogan wore the license plate just so they know it wasn't a truck that hit them. It's a deep cut, but for a Hogan mainline release it should be. He wore the helmet at live events in September 1988 and early October. Exactly. This was a house show exclusive and it didn't last for long. (He probably wore the camouflage get up w/Slaughter a lot more than this one). To me, the biggest missing piece is a look with the white tights. He wore those many times on national tv, including SNME and while guest starring on the A-Team.

Yeah, I think making him the Collector's Edition would be a foolish decision. He will sell faster than all the others.

The silver suited chase version of Ted Dibiase may have been the fastest moving figure in the line since its return, at least around me. They really missed on that one. Both versions of L9 Ted DiBiase completely evaded me.
Yeah, I think about figures like Wrestlemania Chyna, or Elite 85 Bray Wyatt, and how they can hang around in stores for like 2 years. Then there are figures like Legends Dibiase, Amazon Hogan, etc. that nobody can find, and I think about all of the money that they leave on the table. Sometimes I think they really don't know what consumers want and what will move.

Yeah, my Walmart has Bray and Flair hanging around for a while now. Honky Tonk went fast, and Hogan has yet to make an appearance.

Yeah, my Walmart still has plenty of the Hollywood Cena figures. They were a gigantic miss at my store, along with Elite 85 Bray Wyatt and Elite 88 Trish Stratus. Also, basic 123. More than 6 months on all of these.

My Walmart still has 9 Hollywood Cena figures left over from November, so yeah, I think it's gonna be hard to find the other ones because there's no place for the employees to put them.

I know this won’t be popular, and people will say it’s a different circumstance but I’m not so sure this would be the massive hit some think and would sit better as a SDCC or ideally a RSC exclusive. For a start, your likely to get amazing packaging Second you’d be more likely to get an amazing savage robe Plus short run tag teams of solo stars have not been all that popular at retail. Ultimate maniacs in the defining moments shelf warmed forever. Now yeah mega powers was way more iconic and was t just snout the tag team but the implosion and yeah it was a huge storyline in a peak time of the business and way important than mega maniacs I’m not comparing the 2 in terms of the cultural importance - but 1. Defining moments was the premium range at the time 2. While the gimmick never got off the ground it still had macho and warrior, the number 2 and 3 of the late 80s - mid 90s a high point of the business pre-attitude era. A mega powers hogan is really just a hogan. Macho has much better looking options than copying hogans attire. A reissue of mania 7 savage etc. On the off chance this was done and hit retail it would likely be an exclusive id guess Lol, tell me about all the Hogan figures you see rotting at retail. Look at the disaster the Amazon exclusive Hogan is. Lots of people want it, almost nobody can get it. Limiting that one was a mistake. If Mattel wants to make money (and they do), then they want to get the most popular items out where as many people can get them as possible. Since Hogan became available to Mattel again a couple years ago, his stuff moves as quickly as anybody at retail.
