I want another one with a cloth shirt so we can remove it to see hit tattoos. I think it was elite 57 we got the one with the removable rubber tops but lets be honest, not many people like those.

Plus, his name is Seth. How many tough guys do you know named Seth? Might as well call him Francis. One of my best friends since childhood is named Seth. He's not very tough, so you may be onto something. It seems to me that manly names are a way of the past. You don't hear names like Tony, Mack, or Frank too much anymore. It's all Kayden, Liam and Ethan now.

Wish it came with some figs but, that might reduce the cost. Either way I'm keeping my eye out for this one.

If I don't display, pose or otherwise enjoy a figure anymore I trade it or sell it to someone who will.

Buying some food after my shift to bring home to my family.
Being able to put food on the shelf at my store. Yeah it's scary but I just glove up and go because someone's gotta do it.
Getting Sleeping Dogs on steam for cheap (it's about 3 bucks with tax included and the deal goes until april 1)

Acrylic. Every time. NEVER use Enamel. It won't dry regardless of what you do. Is there any way to salvage the figure? (Or am I just gonna keep the headscan lol)

I did some details on one of my figures using a little bit of white paint. It's been drying for days and it's still tacky. I don't understand why this is or what to do about it. Right now the figure is standing in front of a fan.
What paint should I have used instead?

In a lot of retail stores you can get fired for stashing. At a shop I used to work at I'd often put items on the register shelf if a customer didn't want it. My manager informed me that those go in the gobacks bin and never to stash!

I like a lot of Mercedes Lackey books. I recently finished The Cloud Roads which was a really neat fantasy story about some shapeshifting dragon people. My all time favorite fantasy books were The Ancient Blades trilogy, about a thief that helps to save his city. It's got a lot of plot twists, great characters and world building. I highly recommend it.

I haven't done any customs with a new WWE basic. I want to pop the arms off to paint them better and I can't find any good videos online. I'm doing some arm sleeves and I don't wanna mess up the joints so I figure the best way is to disassemble and then tape off the joints.
(IDK what it is about google these days but I can't seem to find anything!)

I have a tackle box for all my figure accessories. It came with dividers so I can put different size things in the compartments. I have a few compartments for hands.

I was a manager for a small retail shop once, I don't know if my advice will help but I'll give it a shot bc someone might get something out of it.
First thing is treat your employees well. They are there to help things run and if they leave the workload falls upon others and you. Be respectful of them but be clear about what your expectations are. If they look clueless, ask them if they need help or say hey can you please do XYZ. If a person is young or inexperienced always give them tips and let them watch and learn. Play to their strengths if possible. Always thank them for their work because it makes them feel valued. All of this leads to good open communication and less drama.
When it comes to business, customer service is #1. Always greet customers, do everything to find what it is that they want or need and make their experience a positive one. In the days of social media and yelp you want people to be spreading positive word of mouth even more so. I feel like a lot of companies these days don't care about repeat business and making a customer feel valued so I always try to do that. I always sell things with honesty and integrity because that is what gets customers to come back to you and tell their friends! Even small things like making conversation help you know your customer. If you wanna go the extra mile use that store copy of a coupon when people are having a rough day or when an old lady is buying something on a fixed income. I know this works because the second season we exceeded our sales goals for the season by a larger margin than we did the first year. Feels good to get better numbers doing the right thing.

Professional yoyo is a thing. It's pretty cool actually. Oh yes, I love it. I have been yoing for a couple years...many different styles. Some of it gets extremely complex. Ever seen the offstring oversized yo called diablo? I have. I have also seen counterweight yoyos too. I tend to stick with the standard unresponsive yoyo. Sometimes I also play kendama.

This explains a lot. So please no abusing retail workers over a mixup that had nothing to do with them. Might just be a better idea to send some tweets to Target so they know they are missing out on sales so they will fix the problem.
