His legs are grossly too long. He has double calves. The legs I get the complaints about (they wouldn't Bothe rme much personally, but I get it). It's the complaints about the face that I don't get. The face looks nothing like him

is this just the jj body and legs? Looks like it….if I recall correctly, he had boot coverings rather than laces showing, didn’t he? You are correct. The wrist gauntlets aren’t even close to correct either. And I’d feel cheated if I didn’t get his entrance shoulder pads.

The word shock was in all caps and so was eyes. I just hope it’s a 6 inch figure.

Anyone remember him saying he hired a new sculptor? Because he recently posted that he sculpted the storm. I guess that was done before he hired the new sculptor.

I've inherited a WCW boxed Toy Biz Kevin Nash window crasher as part of a bigger joblot of wrestling merch from the late 90's/early 00's. I can't seem to find much information about this series online other than Sting, Hogan and Goldberg had one in the line. Can anybody shed more light on them for me? Is it valuable or just junk? Thanks for any help. How much do you want for it

That Duke the dumpster looks very much like an actual Hasbro. I look forward to seeing it in hand Facts. Maybe it’s lost on people that that’s what he’s going for. He’s not going for anything with extreme detail and every color in the rainbow.

Isn't that the point/norm for these types of figures? The old Remco's, the current Mattel Superstar's line, and the Bell-to-Bell figures all do the same thing. Doesn't that allow the company to keep costs down and/or put more money towards the head sculpts and accessories? Mattel has used a few different colors for the plastic of the skin and different bodies when appropriate. Bell to bell even uses a different body and arms on Dan hausen. Even the original telcos used a different body for Abby. Norton should not have the same body and parts as earl hebner. Obviously it saved money but it sacrifices quality

My issue is with them all having the same skin tone. Buff should be more tan the others by far. Besides their heads and the lower legs on karate man, all the figures use the exact same parts and are molded in the same color plastic between two series. After a while that becomes unacceptable. Can I ask where did you hear this? From previous comments AFA made I was under the impression those signed with Powertown were under exclusive deals and so unable to be signed with WWE/Mattel simultaneously. It's great news if what you say is true though, since Mattel has really dragged their feet with her, Madusa obviously needs and deserves a figure, and hopefully with a better headscan since the Alundra Blayze one was a mediocre likeness at best. Don't get me wrong I'm happy she's getting a Powertown figure, but she still needs to be done in Mattel's line. My suspicion is that she is in fact back with a Legends type deal because she was added back into the WWE Supercard game. She had a few cards in there previously as Alondra Blayze (none as Madusa) right around the time her previous figure came out. There is a thread in the Mattel WWE room regarding the connection between the game and figure availability, and while it is not 100% confirmed, it does appear to be accurate, as we have had numerous new legends in the game right around when their figures were announced or deals made. Just recently there were first time cards for the Headbangers, Sandman, and return to the game of Harley Race, and both Dudley Boys, all who we know have re-signed back with WWE/Mattel recently. I don’t know that those people are available to Mattel. We won’t know that until mattel confirms that which wouldn’t be until they announce a figure.

You already know this Kamala is gonna be way better than Mattel’s. JYD will be too plus it’ll be a different look. His whole physique was different. Not to mention hair and facial hair. Madusa is a huge must have. So is wahoo. Def gonna get dory too.

I can't believe how many people don't understand.... this is how business works. Add something cool so maybe more people will buy it.... use the molds we already have and try to milk as much money as possible out of those molds.... this is standard stuff that every business does (or SHOULD do to stay profitable). I just don't understand all the anger? If you don't want it - don't buy it. I'm on the fence; It's a lot of money - and the ring will take up a lot of space. I'm a die-hard WCW (and Bischoff) fan.... I'll probably order it, but I need to line up a way to pay for it and not feel like I've overspent. Problem is that I WANT it but I can’t buy it because this ring has made it impossible to afford. My other options are: hope he’s put up separately on eBay and the buy him for scalpers pricing OR pre order the set on RSC and get scalped by Mattel Can’t always get what you want. They strategically paired the ring with this figure so they’d make money. You’re asking them to not want to make money.

Because it gets people to buy the ring. The main goal of the offering (from the company’s selling point). is it that bad, that nobody wants to buy it and the only way to get rid of it is to tag it on with Eric Bischoff? If so then why did they even bother to make it? lol Makes no sense why they didn’t release them separately :/ :/ :/ :/ Because with the bischoff, it’ll sell… to anyone who isn’t just plain cheap. Then, down the road they can sell accessories for the ring too.

A lot of businesses post the same disclaimer. That is in fact not the final product so the disclaimer covers his ass but is also the fair and responsible thing to do. Nothing in the final product until you have the actual production samples. Even the paint masters aren’t the final version and it would be misleading to let people think that they are. But they’re a very good representation of what the final product will be. Savio was at that stage but got negative feedback and Mitch made major adjustments but this was all before pre sale began. We knew what the figure was going to look like when it went on sale. What we’re getting is what he showed. You’re referring to the gold of the MOM protos not being being consistent with the production version we got. Understandably disappointing but not indicative of an overarching issue. IMO no, I'm not referring to the inconsistency of MOM, I'm referring to every one of Mitch's figures to date. No-one can claim that the figures they've received are the quality they would have expected and they're happy for the price they've paid. these are $10 figures at best, then again even figures found in discount dollar stores have better design quality than G+G's figures do.
the guy is a con-artist, he's showing concept art, taking money from that with the "Look, this is going to be better, honest!" line and then failing to deliver with the final product. at least Mattel's concept art and prototypes match the figures we receive in the end. isn't it odd that Mattel can manage to get their concept art and prototypes to look like what their "final" figures will look like, but none of these other companies can? Mattel aren't special, they're just con-artists trying to scam a buck from customers like G+G have done. We have seen Mattel makes changes to figures after protos were shown. It’s commonplace. You are definitely within the minority in terms of your opinion. Godfather looked like the proto. Crappy figure and we all knew that based on the protos which is why I passed on it. Ahmed looked like the proto. Great figure. You’ve probably never seen it in person but it looks exactly like it was supposed to look. MOM figures are top quality color difference aside. I don’t have my godwinns or savio in hand yet but from what I’ve seen they’re superb.

He welcomed criticism with the savio figure which resulted in it getting changed drastically. Mitch (who claims to know action figures) needed to make the changes, and yet you have to accept - he was happy to put his name against the preliminary art and then changed it! he's still doing it now, he's posting pics like the Mero figure with the disclaimer "Not final figure" - why not show the final rendition??? it's not like this is hard to do, you've got a designer, get him to design the figure, get it to the point where you think it's the "best" possible design you can produce and push it into the production cycle. THEN release the art to show consumers what they're buying!! instead, Mitch is posting a preliminary pic and saying "Buy this! And hope it gets better when we make it!" and he still can't see that he's letting his own product down by relying on good will to get him through.

Ehhh it’s kind of a mess. I don’t want to get into the whole thing because I would probably get details wrong but I’ll do my best to give a general overview. The short version is that people were feeding information to Kanik (Cardona, Myers, or Sterling - I really don’t know). Whoever it was was showing him messages or telling him that Mitch was trying to get involved in the Bendies business. This lead to Kanik attacking Mitch on social media. Again, there is more to it than that but I’m trying to keep it simple. I can’t say what was true or what was justified - all I can say is that dirty laundry like that shouldn’t be handled in public. Something about the situation rubbed me the wrong way. Like everyone came off looking bad. Whoever told Kanik about the situation or showed him messages or whatever might have been riling him up. It seemed almost like someone intentionally causing drama. I have no personal knowledge of that so I can’t hold anyone accountable for that and I don’t want to speculate any further. It wasn’t a good look for Kanik as posting to multiple social media platforms over a few days and then finally going off on someone isn’t professional. Period. I don’t care if you are a small toy company or the President. If he felt justified in his own anger then I think there were better ways to handle it. That is what I tried to help him see/do and he wasn’t having it. And it definitely made Mitch look bad as he appeared to try and either cut Kanik out of the bendies business or compete with them. There is so much more to it which is why it’s unfair for me to get into anything beyond the basics. The Facebook post was eventually deleted and Kanik took down his posts/stories on IG. It hasn’t really been talked about and was swept under the rug which is for the best. At the end of the day I hope it doesn’t lead to tribalism or division. The Figure community is better as a whole when people can work together and compete to be better. Why would Mitch wanting to compete in the bendies arena make him look bad? Isn’t that what he did with the retros? Others were already making them. He wanted to compete. It wasn’t frowned then. Why would it be now?

I had a mixed situation with Mitch recently. He shares pretty much everything that people post of his figures. I tagged him in the nice shots I took a month or so ago; they all went unseen. Not a big deal to me; I just try to give credit and appreciation to the people who make this possible. Then a few weeks later, a more popular page reposts my photos which Mitch then shares. I have very few followers so I’m not out to be Instagram famous by any means but it definitely struck me as odd. Sometime later, I messaged him after seeing Oscar was for sale again. I had wanted to know what other figure was shipping at that same time. I heard nothing all day which was a little odd because Mitch has always gotten back to me within minutes. He had also been active all day on social media. So I commented on a post asking why he was ghosting me - BOOM: instant response (and subsequently deleted the comment). Because I have interacted a bit with the 3POA guys, Mitch has assumed twice now that I live in Europe and that I should deal with Rock and Roll Collectibles. He deals with all kinds of people so I give him a pass on that one but it still stuck out to me. Stuff like this is why I don't buy into Mitch's whole "I'm just the little/nice guy" act. Aside from reselling his own figures on eBay at scalpers prices and justifying it by saying on a podcast "the big companies do it why can't the little guy". I remember way back when on instagram when he was posting render teaser pics of the Godfather basically in a 'what do you guys think?' context. I asked if the face was still going to be worked on, it doesn't quite resemble the Godfather. Boom. Instantly blocked. He comes off as the 'by the fans for the fans' retro guy, but if he asks fans for constructive criticism and opinions, it better be only praise.
He welcomed criticism with the savio figure which resulted in it getting changed drastically.
