There's still time for segments to be submitted between now and late Thursday/early Friday if you have something in mind. (That good for you Rated R?) Already in your PM's, as promised. I have never been more conflicted writing a segment in my life.

Rated R when it comes to giving me votes back in the day. Don't take it personally, I'm terrible at replying to PM's regardless of who it is.

Part of me always wanted to just kill the Hall of Fame and start it fresh because I didn't think half the guys in there should have been in there. I'm sure I brought it up at one point but whoever I was running the place with at the time (how the hell did I survive three different owner turnovers?) said that it'd cause problems.

I'm active but story line says I can't compete just yet. There's always Billy Broom. You do owe him an actual RP.

We're still good to roll, me and Drakz can do the moddy bits like stickying / locking threads till the change actually happens.

Honestly it's gonna be weird not running this place anymore, in the eleven or so years I've been here it feels like I've been owner for more time that I haven't which is just mad. But I think it was time for a change, myself and Drakz have both really struggled with time recently and I think the lateness of the results have just proven that we've hit that point in our lives where we've just got too much on.
Like Drakz said we'll still be writing here, I've got some story stuff planned that I really want to be able to focus on and to be honest I've struggled with burnout from being both writer and owner and one of them had to give. I'd rather spend my last however long as an active writer actually enjoying writing. I want to thank everyone who's helped out while I've been running things especially Thunder, Shawn and Drakz for being great co-owners.
I think we've chosen two great fits to take over, honestly couldn't think of two guys I'd trust with the fed more than them right now. I'm really looking forward to taking a step back and enjoying this place from a writers point of view and straight up I think the best of the WFWF is yet to come.

Results should be up in the next couple of days. I've had to head out of town for a few days so I've left them in the capable (?) hands of Drakz. Sorry for the delay guys.

Gonna be honest, I'd never read a Kyzer piece before I came up with Trace Demon, but I would say Kyzer does this kind of character better than anyone, myself included. Now I still feel like you're getting rid of some of the rust of not being around, because personally I find some of the writing a tiny bit blocky and not completely free flowing, but even with that said it's great stuff. Kyzer's a character with such a big reputation that you can't help but be engrossed by what he does and you've done such a great job of building to the inevitable Brennan match just in your RP's alone that I'm more hyped for that showdown than in almost any other match recently. I can only think that once your back up to speed that you'll be making a serious run for being the guy to beat.

Yeah I dug this. I like how you're still running with Bishop being this selfish, self-obsessed ass who can't see beyond the idea that he's doing the right thing so nothing else matters. For me that's the most interesting thing you could have done with Bishop when you started the whole revolution angle so I'm glad that's the way it's gone. That being said this did feel a little rough, the lack of formatting didn't help, but I know it's a return piece and you're learning how to juggle this place with the real world, something which still gets me now and then, so I'll just say that I'm extremely interested in where you take Bishop now he's back. I reckon you've got all the pieces set up for some of your best work story-wise.

Trace Demon Presents The Choice
The Price of Business
I’m not sure I understand how this business works anymore.
"We doing this or not kid?"
One minute Trace and Lila are at each others throats, the next they’re partnering up to try and take out Frank Lynn? This is more confusing that Yukio Blaze’s popularity. Oh sh*t, a Yukio Blaze joke, I really have been spending too much time with Trace.
"Really not sure I’m ready for this Trace."
I knew getting into this that there was politics in wrestling. There’s politics in everything. But how can two people who hate each other so much ever work together like that? Lila said that I shouldn’t trust Trace, but can I trust her any more than him if she’s that willing to crush this whole revolution thing Frank’s going on? Seriously, is he that much trouble?
"Don’t care kid, I’m getting bored. Now come at me."
Trace has taken a hands on approach to my training these past few weeks. It’s helping, I’m getting better every day, but gotta say I’m not a fan. He doesn’t treat it like training, it’s like he really wants to hurt me. Who am I kidding, he probably does.
"Now!"
I make a move, go for a takedown, but he catches me cold with a knee to the jaw. Pretty sure I felt a tooth go into my brain on that one. His arm’s around my neck before I know what’s happening and suddenly I’m flat on my back on the canvas, Trace’s arm around my head, his grip tightening.
"Too f*cking impulsive, no backup plan! Haven’t you listened to a thing I’ve said?"
Still choking me, can’t breath, lights fading, f*ck… f*ck!
”Trace, you got a visitor!"
I gasp as Trace pulls away, desperate to fill my lungs. Honestly don’t know if he’d have let up before I passed out if it wasn’t for the interruption. Not sure if that’s better than the glare he’s giving me now as he towers over me though. The guy’s only an inch taller than me for f*cks sake.
"If you don’t get your act together you’re gonna be stuck down there for a long time. You really think I’d vouch for you when you act so green? Pathetic."
And just like that he leaves, rolls out of the ring with me still on my f*cking ass. D*ck. Thinking about it it doesn’t surprise me he’s working with Lila. He’s probably doing it just to try and screw with Lynn. Trace Demon just f*cks with people for his own amusement. Beginning to wonder if anything else matters to the guy?
The kid’s not getting it. No matter how many times I try and drill it into him, he just can’t adapt. He’s got some rough talent, and he’s got the determination, but what good is getting up from a beating just to get another one. He doesn’t think things through, needs to start fighting smarter instead of just fighting.
"I did not expect to see you here… well, ever."
Lila Sleater, boss b*tch extraordinaire. Hated enemy and yet somehow also my closest ally right now. At least for a few more days until I do her dirty work for her.
"I was in the neighbourhood, meeting a few local prospects down at Gold’s. A few of them said they might head your way. Who knew your wrestling school actually had a good reputation? Of course I suggested otherwise, I’d rather not have you corrupt any more possible future recruits. Ah, speaking of, nice to see you again Tyler."
The kid walks over, holding his neck, probably playing it up for sympathy. Didn’t crank it that hard.
"The two of you being civil is giving me the creeps."
She glances at me, smiling. Gotta be honest, it’s giving me the creeps as well.
"Strange bedfellows, right? Just one of those things you’ll have to get used to if you want to make it in the WFWF. Since you’re still willingly spending time around Trace I assume that’s still your intention?"
"Sooner or later, yeah."
"Later. Much later if you ask me."
"Oh I don’t know. He’s got a good head on his shoulders. I think this one has a bright future ahead of him."
I can’t help but snort. Who’s she think she’s kidding?
"Hit the showers kid."
"Good talking to you Miss Sleater."
"Likewise. I hope you’re still mulling over what we discussed last time we saw each other."
He glances at me, then walks off without a word. I’ve missed something. I don’t like missing something.
"What was that about?"
"I don’t know what you mean."
"What you discussed. What the f*ck do the pair of you have to discuss?"
"Oh come on Trace, do you really think I’d tell you even if we were actually getting along? You know me better than that. Anyway, I didn’t come here to have a casual chat, I just wanted to check in, make sure we’re still on the same page."
"You don’t have to worry about me upholding my end of the deal Lila. Like I said, you give me Frank Lynn on a silver platter, I’ll end him and his little revolution. End of the day we both get what we want."
"And of course you get yourself a shot at the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship."
"What can I say, everyone’s a winner."
I’d kept that one close to my chest. Most people probably thought I’d given up on the title, that I’d turned my gaze to other things. But I’ll never forget the way that gold feels around my waist, and if destroying Frank Lynn gets me another shot at it? Well I’d do that sh*t for free.
"Yes, I suppose so. Honestly Trace, I don’t like having to do this, working with you, hurting Frank, but it has to be done. The man you sold the WFWF to… he’s very driven, isn’t he? Wants things done his way. And Frank Lynn’s revolution, well, it’s not the way he wants to do business. Believe it or not he thinks your little ‘entertainment’ schtick is the way forward. So the revolution has to go."
"Feels like that doesn’t sit well with you."
"I do what’s best for the company. That’s my job. I’m not invested in professional wrestling, I’m invested in the WFWF, and that means doing the right thing by the man who owns it."
"Shame you couldn’t have that point of view while I was running things."
"You’re not the one who hired me Trace, the sponsors were. I answered to them, not to you. Honestly, if I did answer to you I’d still have done everything I did, because you’re not good for the WFWF. You’re a cancer, and your little attempts to undermine me, to injure people, to damage our image, they’re a symptom that I need to get rid of. So I hope you know that just because we’re working together to get rid of this problem, doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten about you."
"You’re making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Honestly, pretty bold of you to come out and say this before I help you out."
"Come on Trace, what are you going to do? Refuse to fight the man who choked you out?"
"Fair point."
"Face it Trace, I know you better than you’d like to admit. When all this is said and done you’ll go back to trying to crush me, and I’ll go back to trying to crush you. We both knew that going in. Nothing’s changed. Now I’ve said my peace, so I’ll leave you to whatever it is you do here. I’ll see you at the show."
I let her walk off, my nails digging into my palm so hard I can feel the blood trickling down my hand.
"One of these days Lila one of us has to win! One of these days one of us will end the other one."
She doesn’t say anything, but she knows it’s true. We can’t do this forever. And if one of us has to lose it sure as hell isn’t going to be me.
< *** >
The Truth
I don’t really care much for bars, or even all that much for drinking. Maybe a beer while watching the game, but not much more than that. Always been too busy looking after Lucy after the accident. If I did drink then I’d probably come to a place like this. Middle ground. Not fancy, but not somewhere you’d be worried about getting stabbed either. Not getting stabbed is pretty important to me.
"Thanks for meeting me."
"Dude, don’t creep up on me! I’m here thinking about not wanting to get stabbed and here you are potentially getting all stabby!"
"Wow, how does Trace cope with you?"
"Honestly, not well."
I didn’t know what to expect when he asked to meet me, or why he wanted to be so clandestine about it. I know him and Trace aren’t on speaking terms anymore, so what does he want with me? He doesn’t strike me as the in-the-shadows plotting type. I mean… he’s just Jason Anders.
"Yeah well, Trace has never got along well with people. Crazy that he’s so good at talking them round to his way of thinking, right?"
"Look man, all this cloak and dagger stuff? The sneaking out, meeting you here? It’s cool and all, don’t get me wrong, but what’s the big deal? I don’t even know you."
"Right, I know, sorry, I just didn’t want Trace knowing about this. He likes to control things and anything he can’t… well, he tries to make sure there isn’t anything he can’t control. Take that for what you will. If he knew I wanted to speak to you he’d have turned up too, made a big scene of it and honestly? I really don’t want to see that smarmy pr*ck anytime soon."
Okay, I guess they’re really not on speaking terms.
"If you can just tell me what’s going on here so I can get back to not meeting strange men in bars and… oh my god, did that sound how I think it sounded?"
"Look, I spoke to Lila recently and she said that Trace was training someone personally, actually taking him to shows and stuff. She said you seemed like a nice enough guy and honestly, I’d hate to see you get sucked up into the sh*t show that is Trace Demon’s life without at least getting some warning from a guy who’s already been there."
"I don’t need any warnings man, I know that Trace is a crazy mother f*cker but… I’m just doing what I’ve got to do to get my foot in the door so if it’s all the same to you I’m just gonna head on out and try and forget any of this ever happened."
"My daughter is in a coma because of Trace Demon. Did you know that?"
I drop back down into my seat. Seems rude to walk out after he drops something like that on me.
"She got involved with Trace because I let him into our lives and now she’s… they still don’t know if she’ll wake up. Do you know how that feels? To know you might never hear your daughters voice again? See her smile, hear her laugh?"
"Sh*t man… I’m sorry."
I don’t know how the whole coma thing is Trace’s fault but the guy seems to believe it. You can hear it in his voice, that tremble as he speaks. The guy’s messed up.
"You know that saying about the best trick the devil ever pulled? Well that’s Trace Demon, because the best trick he’s ever pulled is making people think he isn’t actually the damn devil himself. Trace Demon ruins lives. It’s what he does. He spends months destroying things just because he can, because he feels like it. He craves chaos and doesn’t care about who gets hurt. And then sometimes he’ll do something that’ll make you think he’s still got a soul, that he can be a good person, and he’ll ride that until he gets bored and then he’s right back to where he started. And it just goes over and over, round and round. Nothing ever really changes."
His fist is clenched on the bar. All that time seeing the guy in the WFWF, playing the lackey or the general manager, I never thought he’d actually be able to muster up any anger. Just didn’t seem to have it in him. But right now? I reckon he’d kill Trace if he could. Maybe that’s the real reason he doesn’t want to see him, not because he hates him, but because he’s scared only one of them would walk away from it. To be honest, my money wouldn’t be on this guy.
"You want to work with Trace? Learn from him? Fine, but don’t think for a second you won’t end up like the rest. He doesn’t want friends, or a protege, or anything like that. He wants a pawn, someone he can control, boss around, someone he can use to make himself feel powerful. And when that stops being fun? He’ll cut you down just like he does everyone else."
"I can handle myself."
"Against Trace? No, you can’t, because nobody can. He’s too f*cking twisted. The only thing you can do is try and cut him down first. Lila told me about the offer she made you."
Sh*t.
"So that’s what this is about. Lila trying to manipulate me into doing her dirty work for her?"
"That’s what she’s trying to do. I mean it is but… she wants rid of Trace Demon. She wants him gone for good and… honestly? I think that might not be such a bad thing. I think whatever way it happens Trace Demon being out of the picture once and for all? That can only mean good things for everyone."
"Sorry to say it but that’s pretty f*cked up man."
"Call it being around Trace Demon too long. He does that to you. He’ll do it to you as well if you let him. Look Tyler, I’m just trying to do the right thing here and make you see sense. You want to hang around and see what happens? You go ahead. But I’ve warned you. Whatever happens next? That’s on you. Just… think of your sister, alright? All I’m saying is I’d hate to see her end up like my daughter."
And just like that he’s gone. I think about chasing him down, arguing with him or something, but it doesn’t seem worth it. Jason might be broken because of whatever went down with his daughter but what he said… it’s not the first time I’ve heard it, and I’m starting to think it won’t be the last. Trace Demon says he’s trying to help me, but what has he really done? Other than f*cked with my head? Maybe Trace Demon is this monster everyone makes him out to be. Maybe he’s even worse.
I’ve spent too much time around him already, because I’d never have thought of doing something like this before. I’d never even let something like pass through my mind. But now it comes easy to me. What I’d do, how I’d do it, how easy it could be. It’s easy to think like that now, because all I have to think is what would Trace Demon do? If he was asked to do what I’ve been asked to do? And the answer’s simple?
He’d do it. Without a second thought.
But can I?
< *** >
The Choice
"What happens after this?"
It’s the night of the show. The night that I crush Frank Lynn once and for all. A true night worth remembering. And here I am, literally moments before I walk out there, being asked stupid questions.
"What are you chatting about now?"
"All this. You and Lila. What happens next? Is this the two of you… I don’t know, a truce or something?"
Good question. Simple answer.
"No chance."
"So you just go back to causing chaos? To warring against her… for what? Just because you can?"
"Pretty much kid."
Would I settle things with Lila peacefully if I could? Unlikely. I like the havoc too much. And what would I fight for then? The sake of it? Sure, maybe, I did this for the fun of wrestling… once. A while back now though. Now? It’s just the madness. What else is there for me, really?
"And if she offered you something else? If she tried to offer peace or whatever? Would you take it?"
I give the kid the benefit of me thinking it over and… there, thought it over.
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because this is who I am kid. Now, hold this, will ya?"
I hand him my jacket and walk off towards the curtain, towards the lights and the jeering fans, and towards the ultimate demise of Frank Lynn.
I throw his jacket aside and head off in the opposite direction to Trace. It doesn’t take me long to find her, watching the broadcast on a monitor in the gorilla position. She glances up at me and offers a smile. Feels about as genuine as any nice thing Trace has said to me in the past six months.
"Tyler, good to see you. Here to watch the match?"
"No. I’m here about something you brought up the first time we met."
"And what would that be?"
Trace wants me to start adapting, to making the hard decisions? Well, I know now exactly what that means.
"The end of Trace Demon."
< *** >
I told you we'd be back here Frank. I told you we weren't done. Did you listen? Did you hear me Frank? Do you hear me now? How does it feel to know you're so close to getting what you want? How does it feel knowing all you've got to do is beat me and you'll be the one getting to run the show? Pretty good right? Until you remember the important part. You've still got to beat me. I bet one win doesn't sound so close now, does it? Tell me Frank, what's running through your mind more? That you could be the one running things if you win, or that you could lose your whole little revolution? I reckon it’s the latter, because if there’s one thing I know you crave Frank it’s relevance.
You want to be known, you want to be a big thing, you want people to think of you when they think of the WFWF? And how have you done that? Not with your wrestling, no. With your so-called revolution. With all the big talk and the flyers falling from the sky. When you think about it Franky boy you’re no better than all the people you’re rallying against. And I know what you’re gonna say. You’ve got to fight fire with fire, that it’ll all be different when you’ve won your war, but come on, I wrote the book on lying, and you Frank are not very good at it. I see right through you, I know that this whole thing has been about getting yourself the spotlight, and now you’ve got it I know that you’ll do anything to make sure that it stays on you. Which is going to make it all the sweeter when I beat you in the middle of the ring, one… two… three.
But this match isn’t just about beating you Frank, because that isn’t enough. See the last time we faced off you did something that very few people manage these days. You beat me. Now sure we could get into how Future distracted me and that I never actually tapped out, but let’s not cheapen the only worthwhile thing you’ve ever done. You beat me, in the middle of the ring, and that’s all that matters. So this match isn’t just about beating you, it’s about breaking you, and the best way I can do that is by taking away your reason to exist. That’s right, Lila wants to get rid of your revolution because it’ll be good for business, but I want to get rid of it to hurt you. And it will Frank. Losing this match, it’s not just going to cost you your dream of a better WFWF. It’s going to eat you alive. You’ll have to stand by and watch while people like, like Kyzer, like Phillip Schneider, all turn this company into our personal playgrounds. And you won’t be able to do a damn thing about it because your revolution will be dead.
So you’ll sit there, and you’ll watch as the chaos unfolds, and you’ll think to yourself what could I have done if I had beaten Trace Demon. And that thought will run over and over in your head like a telltale heart. Relentless, unstoppable, constant, until it drives you insane. And while that happens I’ll be watching, I’ll be laughing, I’ll be savouring every moment. And even if somehow you do keep fighting, you stay in the WFWF, I will always be there to remind you how you failed, how you cost the WFWF a better tomorrow. I’ll be your shadow Frank, taunting you, playing with your head. Do you think you’ll be able to stand that?! Eh?! You really thought you could come here, to my company, and change things? You really thought that you mattered enough that anybody would give a sh*t about your vision for the WFWF. Frank, there’s a reason Lila came to me. There’s a reason I will be the one to break you and your revolution. Because I am the WFWF.
I will always be here Frank, because I’m invincible, I’m the one constant in this company. I am the beating heart of the WFWF… which makes this company as dark and as rotten as I am. You want to change things but you don’t understand that there is no changing things as long as I am here and there is no getting rid of me. You can hurt me… you can try and break me… but I always come back. I always keep fighting. And I always get what I want. So when I tell you, Franky boy, that what I want is your total and utter destruction well you better believe that I’m gonna get it. Because just like your revolution Frank… I’m going nowhere.

WFWF Presents All or Nothing
(There will be a poster as soon as Drakz gets his ass back from Japan and does it)
Double Main Event! End of the Revolution? --------------------------------------------------- Frank Lynn vs. Trace Demon After months of preaching for change in the WFWF this is finally Frank Lynn's chance to make that happen. Lila Sleater has laid down the challenge, win one match against an opponent of her choosing and he'll get to operate as WFWF GM for one night only. If he loses? The revolution dies. If that wasn't enough then Lila added field to the already burning fire, picking her mortal enemy Trace Demon as the man who will represent not only her but technically the WFWF as well. Whether Lila Sleater and Trace Demon can coexist is a question unto itself, but Frank Lynn won't let that worry him as he prepares for the biggest match of his career. A victory tonight would give him the opportunity to show everybody his vision for the WFWF and beating Trace Demon again in the process would only make it that much sweeter. But a loss would mean the end of everything that he has worked for all these months. It truly is All or Nothing for Frank Lynn, and Lila Sleater wouldn't have it any other way.
Double Main Event! A Short Return? --------------------------------------------------- Joe Bishop vs. Kyzer Joe Bishop is back. After having his leg nearly broken by Trace Demon two months ago the former WFWF World Heavyweight Champion hasn't been seen or heard from by anyone. Many wondered whether they had in fact seen the end of a career that was just truly hitting it's prime. But now, like a bolt out of the blue, Bishop is back. However as he's quickly about to find out returns aren't always the celebration they're supposed to be in the WFWF. After all, most would say a match with Kyzer is a pretty rotten way to make a comeback. Kyzer, ever since returning to the WFWF and setting his sights on David Brennan, has proven that he more than still has it inside a WFWF ring and will be looking to continue his march towards Brennan and the WFWF World Championship with a victory over Bishop. With momentum on the line this one promises to be a match you won't want to miss.

So here are the results. Again sorry for the delay, probably one to remember for next December and we'll just take a moment off or throw some stupid Christmas show (Shawn I know you love that stuff). Thank you for everybody who contributed to the card and here's to getting things running back on track. Happy new year folks!

Music, excitement, pyro that doesn’t go off because it was set up a month ago when these results were meant to be finished. It’s WFWF Power Struggle!Alecia Matthews: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the final WFWF show of 2017! Daniel Knight: I feel like we definitely could have fitted in another show if we’d tried hard enough. Alecia Matthews: I for one was happy for the break. Either way we’re ending the year in style with the in-ring return of Michael Kyzer! Daniel Knight: Not only that but we’ve got the big contract signing between Trace Demon and Frank Lynn and a big tag team match which we’ll be… wait, what’s going on? The usual fanfare to open the show is ended abruptly as Phillip Schneider charges to the ring, a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire over one shoulder and a steel chair in the other hand. Schneider isn’t dressed to compete, but rather in a black button down shirt and black slacks with his hair tied back. Schneider throws his chair into the ring, then grabs a microphone before entering the ring himself.Phillip Schneider: Phone calls do not work around this place. Emails do not work around this place. I’ve left voicemails, I’ve sent messages on Facebook, I’ve sent DMs on Twitter. I have showed up at the office and started breaking stuff. I know you people know what I want, so how about you just come out here, peacefully give it to me, and no one gets hurt? If you think this show is going any further until I get what I came here for, you’re insane. A referee has made his way down the entrance ramp, presumably to officiate the first match, or to peacefully escort Schneider out of the ring. He slides into the ring under the bottom rope and catches a swift barbed wire baseball bat shot to the face. The referee crumbles on his hands and knees. Schneider grabs the referee by the back of the shirt, ripping his referee shirt to shreds. The referee has a tanktop on underneath, which Schneider promptly destroys in the same way. Bloodied and stripped, the referee rolls to the floor for safety.Phillip Schneider: He did not have what I needed. I would advise if you are not the person I need, with what I need, you do not enter this ring. Friendly reminder, I have no sympathy. Daniel Knight: Someone call the police. Just arrest him. I’m so tired of him showing up and taking the show hostage and violently assaulting people like this. Two security guards have made their way down the aisle. Schneider grabs his chair, flinging it over the top rope and wiping one of them out. The other foolishly rolls into the ring. He’s struck with the barbed wire bat once. He reaches for his pepper spray, likely for self defense, but fumbles the can. Schneider grabs it and absolutely douses the security guard with it. Guard 1 rolls out of the ring blinded. Guard 2 rolls in, and catches a dose of pepperspray as well. Schneider kicks the blinded guard in the balls, sending him collapsing to the floor the same way as the previous two entrants.Phillip Schneider: This can go on all night, give. Me. What. I. Want! To end the madness, Lila Sleater makes her way out onto the stage with a microphone in hand.Lila Sleater: You think this is how you get what you want? You think this is how it works? I seen your messages, I heard your voicemails, and I was dealing with it in the time that was allowed to me. But when you come out here, injuring referees and staff? The answer is no. Furthermore, this constant mayhem and destruction you seem to cause whenever you appear stops now. Effective immediately, you’re suspended. Is that what you wanted? Get him out of there. With this, a whole swarm of security guards rush the ring.Alecia Matthews: Fans, we’ll be back. David Brennan & Lucas Crowe vs. Billy Broom & Griffin ChaseYou might think that David Brennan and Lucas Crowe would have little trouble here facing off with two relative newcomers to the WFWF and that might have been true if the duo were on the same page. That wasn’t the case though, as you’d probably expect when one half of the team is the WFWF World Champion and the other is as motivated as Lucas Crowe. That meant the story of the match revolved around Broom and Griffin trying to work together to topple their more experienced but equally more dysfunctional opponents. And the longer the match went on the more that worked for them as Brennan and Crowe seemed to wind each other up more and more, tagging themselves in at the expense of the other and even openly arguing with each other at multiple points, each time giving Broom and Chase not just time to recover but to retaliate. Eventually though the experience, and Brennan and Crowe’s desire to win, shone through as Brennan sidestepped Griffin’s Burning Knee and planted him to the mat with the Charles River Plunge. Lucas Crowe played interference, booting Broom clean in the face on the outside while Brennan made the cover and got the three! Christa Adina: And your winners… David Brennan and Lucas Crowe! Alecia Matthews: Brennan and Crowe pick up the win tonight but it very nearly looked like we’d be seeing a big upset. Daniel Knight: Big names have big egos, and those egos were on full display. They came through with the win though and you can bet Brennan will now have both eyes firmly on the main event. Alecia Matthews: As will most of the roster with Michael Kyzer in action for the first time in a very long time. As the show returns Daniel Knight stands in the ring, which has been set up for the contract signing between Frank Lynn and Trace Demon. It’s a simple set up. A desk, two chairs and two microphones, anything more would be to invite the inevitable outbreak of violence. Even what has been provided is likely too much.Daniel Knight: Ladies and gentlemen two weeks ago a blockbuster match was announced. At our next show, All or Nothing, Frank Lynn will compete in a match that very much embodies that show name. If he wins then Frank Lynn will be general manager of the WFWF for one night, an opportunity to show everyone exactly what he envisions the future of wrestling to be. If he loses, the revolution is over, done, finished. Tonight we sign the contract for that very match, so without further ado I’d like you all to welcome Frank Lynn. “Anthem of the Space” blares over the P/A system as Frank Lynn steps onto the entrance stage dressed in street clothes - hiking boots, blue jeans, “Join the Revolution!” t-shirt, and brown leather bomber jacket. He is alone, his manager Daphne not accompanying him on this night. He has a large bandaid stuck to his forehead where Phillip Schneider opened him up.
Frank takes a moment to acknowledge the crowd and then strides to the ring doing his best to hide the injuries he suffered at International Assault. It becomes obvious how much he is still hurting as he slowly climbs the ring steps one at a time and gingerly steps between the ring ropes, rubbing his shoulders as he approaches Daniel Knight.Alecia Matthews: Frank Lynn has a huge opportunity at All or Nothing but tonight he’s looking a little worse for wear thanks to that heinous attack by Phillip Schneider just a couple of weeks ago. Frank shakes Daniel Knight’s hand and takes one of the microphones off of the table. He takes his place on the far side of the desk from the ramp way but doesn’t sit down, making Knight a little uneasy.Daniel Knight: Welcome Frank. You look like you’re still recovering from your injuries. Are you ready for this? Frank Lynn: I’m not wrestling tonight so it doesn’t matter. I’m well enough to sign a piece of paper. Let’s get on with it. Daniel Knight: Is there anything you would like to say before we bring your opponent out? Frank Lynn: I’ll keep it short. Talking is more Trace’s bag than mine. The man’s in love with the sound of his own voice. I’m a man of action. Anybody who knows me knows that. Unfortunately, I’ve been doing a bit too much talking recently carrying on in Joe Bishop’s footsteps as I try to reform the WFWF into something respectable. That’s why I put forth my ultimatum to Lila. The time for talking is over. It’s time for action. I’m going to beat Trace Demon and earn the right to be GM for a day. Then I’ll show everybody what all the talk has been about. I’ll show you all that the revolution is a better way that benefits everybody, even Lila Sleater and Trace Demon. My actions will speak far louder than any of Trace Demon’s words. Daniel Knight: Thank you for keeping it brief. And now, everybody welcome Frank’s opponent - Trace Demon. As the opening chords of “Seizure of Power” hit the speakers all eyes turn to the stage. Tonight there’s no fancy light show, no darkness, no dramatics. There’s just Trace Demon, the King of Demons walking out onto the stage with a smirk on his face, but that’s all it takes to set the crowd off into a huge chorus of boos. Trace, clad in a black t-shirt, dark jeans and his signature red leather jacket, which is what passes for formal wear from the King of Demons these days, begins making his way down towards the ring.Alecia Matthews: I don’t think anybody, maybe barring Frank Lynn, was more surprised than me when Lila Sleater announced Trace Demon as Frank’s mystery opponent. So far we’re no closer to answers from either party as to why Trace would ally himself with a woman he seems to despise. Trace Demon seems to feed off of the reaction of the crowd, his smirk never fading as he makes his way down the ramp. He looks towards the ring, towards Frank Lynn in particular, the King of Demons climbing up the steel ring steps and entering into the ring between the ropes. He slaps Daniel Knight purposefully hard on the back, almost sending the commentator into the table as a result, and picks up the second microphone. He too declines the option to take a seat, his eyes still turned on Lynn.Trace Demon: Hey Frank, did you miss me? Told you you hadn’t seen the last of me though, didn’t I? Frank holds his tongue, at least for now.Trace Demon: Well Knight? You’re meant to be moderating this thing, right? I’m sure you’ve got a question for me? Daniel Knight: Well I think the obvious question we all have is- Trace Demon: Why’d I do it, right? That’s what you were gonna ask, wasn’t it? Daniel Knight: Well, yes, it was. Trace Demon: Oh Daniel, come on, isn’t it obvious? All you people, all you’ve been asking me is why Trace, why would you work with Lila Sleater? Why would Lila Sleater work with you? Every single person I speak to seems to be incapable of seeing the obvious. And it is obvious. Why would two people who hate each other, who despite everything the other stands for, work together? Because at the end of the day it doesn’t matter who you like or who you hate, the only thing that matters is getting what you want. And what Lila wants is to shut Frank Lynn’s pathetic revolution down for good. What Lila wants is for you Frank to finally acknowledge that you’re not gonna change this company because it doesn’t want to be changed. And to do that all Lila needed to do was find somebody willing and able to kick the sh*t out of you. He signals to himself, smiling widely.Trace Demon: But of course to all you simpletons that probably doesn’t answer the question of why, oh why Trace, why are you working with Lila, what do you get out of this? Answers simple. I want to finish what I started when I broke Joe Bishop. Frank Lynn’s eyes snap onto Trace, stonier than ever before at the mere mention of his former ally.Trace Demon: Oh you remember right Frank? What I did to Joe? When I took that baseball bat and shattered his knee into pieces? I did that simply because I could, simple because I felt like it. But I didn’t just take that bat to Joe Bishop’s knee, I took it to his precious revolution as well and now I want to finish the job. You see Frank you’ve been riding pretty high on the fact you managed to beat me, you’ve used that to push this little revolution further than Joe ever did. And now you’re just one win away from getting exactly what you want. The chance to change things. The chance to make a difference. So what sweeter moment could there possibly be than ripping that right out from under you? From beating you and ending this revolution once and for all? I can’t think of any. Finally Frank speaks up.Frank Lynn: You really think Lila trusts you? That you can trust her? The two of you will tear each other apart before you even make it to the ring. Trace Demon: Trust? We don’t trust each other Franky boy, but we do trust that I can get the job done. See Lila, despite everything she says about me, knows how good I am, and she trusts me to beat you. We don’t have to like each other, we don’t have to trust each other, and the moment that bell rings and I’m stood over you I’m pretty damn sure we’ll go back to trying to destroy each other! And I wouldn’t have it any other way. Frank, this is what you don’t understand, this is why this revolution of yours will never be successful. Because you just don’t have the balls to get things done around here. You’re too busy preaching about sportsmanship and fair play and all that bullsh*t that has no place in the WFWF. These fans aren’t here for all of that they’re here to be entertained and to watch people tear each other apart! Frank Lynn: You’re wrong Trace. Trace Demon: I’m wrong? I’m wrong? Why do you think that people are only talking about three things after our last show? One, me being your opponent, two, Phillip Schneider humiliating and dominating you on live TV and three, David Brennan booting a little kid? Does any of that sound like your WFWF Frank? Or does it sound like reality? Because that’s why I’m bringing to your door. A big old dose of reality. And when I’m done, and there’s nothing even left for Schneider to come after, then the WFWF can go back to it’s regularly scheduled programming and we can leave this revolution in the trash where it belongs. And if you’re afraid that you’re gonna get the same treatment as Joe… you’re right. I’m going to end you, I’m gonna put you on the shelf and watch as I turn this company into my own personal playground. You call me the king of the sh*t show? Well I’m gonna prove you’re nothing more than a court jester. Trace throws the microphone aside, grabs the pen and signs the contract. He pushes it across the desk to Lynn, signaling for him to go ahead. Lynn doesn’t hesitate, puts pen to paper immediately.Frank Lynn: You make some interesting points Trace. First, you don’t have to trust someone to work with them. Ironic really for you to say that because it is the heart of the revolution. No two wrestlers are ever going to trust each other because it is our job, our goal in life to physically beat each other and prove who is the better man on any given night. But in the revolution all wrestlers work together to insure that win or lose, both men are able to come back and try again at the next show. Competition needs competitors! I know you crave the spotlight. How bright is that spotlight you so desperately crave if there is nobody left for you to beat? Do you really think anybody will be tuning in for three hours of the Trace Demon and Lila Sleater show? If so, then you are most assuredly over-estimating your appeal. Second, you talked about the reality of the WFWF, how the sh*t show is what it is and how we all better get used to it. I reject your reality and substitute my own. That’s what great men do. When they see something that is wrong they don’t accept the status quo, they do something to change it. Frank pauses to let his words sink in, more so with the crowd than with Trace Demon.Frank Lynn: Third, you talked about breaking Joe Bishop, breaking the revolution, and ending me. Another ironic twist of words seeing that it was me who broke you! That’s right Trace. When I choked you out, something snapped inside that feeble little mind of yours. You went on a series of pre-match attacks that showed you were afraid to step in the ring again. I mean, if an unheralded rookie like Frank Lynn could put you to sleep what would a “real” wrestler like the Future or Devilkiller do to you? Oh sure, you got some confidence back after taking care of Lucas Crowe but does the phrase “sloppy seconds” mean anything to you? Bottom line, I beat you once and I WILL beat you again. You are right that the revolution will end at All or Nothing, but not in the way you think. The revolution will end because I will win and a new WFWF will be born from the ashes of your defeat. You better learn to change with the times or it is you who will meet his end at All or Nothing! Frank stares into Trace’s eyes, points his finger, and mouths the word “Bang.” Trace actually smiles, nods at Lynn... and then drives his forehead straight into Lynn's skull with a sickening head-butt! Lynn collapses onto one knee, his head swirling from the surprise blow, but the King of Demons drags him back up onto his feet and slams him head first into the desk. Daniel Knight quickly high tails it out of the ring as Lynn collapses to the canvas and tries to crawl across the ring. Trace pounces, mounting Lynn from behind, yanking his head up and then biting down into Frank's forehead! There's an audible gasp of horror from the crowd as Trace Demon digs his teeth into the stitches Lynn received after Phillip Schneider's shocking attack, the King of Demons literally tearing the stitches free with his teeth! Blood pours out of the freshly reopened cut down Lynn's face and onto the ring apron as Trace drags him up onto his feet, doubles him over and underhooks the arms. Trace pauses for a moment, smirking, blood staining his teeth, before lifting Frank Lynn up and planting him through the hard wooden table with the Demonstration of Hell!Alecia Matthews: This is just too far, Frank Lynn was already hurt after Schneider's attack and now this? I'm not sure if he'll be in any fit state to compete at All or Nothing. Finally trainers and security rush the ring to separate the two but the damage is done. Trace Demon rolls out of the ring, his arms spread wide, his blood stained grin a sickening testament to his pride of this disgusting attack. Frank Lynn lies among the shattered remnants of the table, blood still dripping down from his cut, his face a crimson mask. After this latest attack it's beginning to look a lot like All or Nothing will be just that for Frank Lynn... if he can even make it that far.Michael Kyzer vs. Ante WhitnerThe WFWF Multiverse were on edge for this one, a real electricity flowing through the building as Michael Kyzer stepped into the ring for the first time in over a year against the very man who saw him off, Ante Whitner. In Kyzer’s mind this match was meant to be all about his return so it probably didn’t go down too well when Ante Whitner jumped him the moment the bell rung, the Bloodied Eagle just going in on Kyzer. Michael Kyzer suddenly found himself on the back foot and so the match continued throughout the first half as Ante again proved himself a serious force to be reckoned with. Kyzer attempted to flee to the outside but Ante followed him out, the two brawling around the outside area with Whitner seemingly getting the upper hand. That’s when Kyzer pulled a fast one, drawing Whitner towards the steel steps. Ante charged at Kyzer only for the Stoned Messiah to sidestep and send Whitner crashing knees first into the steps, Kyzer doubling the damage as he chop blocked Whitner’s knees forcefully into the steel! Suddenly Kyzer had his target, the returning former WFWF World Champion targeting the leg as he attempted to immobilise his prey. Taking the match back to the ring Kyzer used a variety of technical manoeuvres and painful looking holds to work over the knee of Ante Whitner. Ante still had fight in him, attempting to fight back numerous times only for Kyzer to go for the knee again, taking Whitner’s momentum, and his leg, right out from under him. A valiant effort by Whitner seemed futile as Kyzer was relentless and methodical in his attack… but then Ante caught Kyzer out of nowhere with a big roundhouse to the skull! Whitner followed up with the Enzuigiri, and then hit a violent looking brainbuster near the corner. Whitner slowly ascended to the top rope as he waited for a dazed Michael Kyzer to rise, the Bloodied Eagle looking to fly with The Ghost… but then his knee buckled out from under him! Kyzer caught him in the skull with a boot and then scooped him out from the corner, dropping him with The Kyzer Effect! Kyzer draped his body across Whitner’s as the official counted the three. Michael Kyzer getting the win on his return to action! Christa Adina: Ladies and gentlemen the winner of tonight’s main event… Michael Kyzer! Kyzer props himself up in the corner, worn down from the match he just had with Ante Whitner. He calls for a microphone.Kyzer: David… He pauses a moment to look out over the Mexico City crowd. They don’t like him here either. Kyzer loves it.Kyzer: David, I think I still have my legs. Are you ready? Soon, my son. But there is another stop on the Kyzer Return Tour. I am not done. There is something to prove before we get into the ring. Call it an open challenge I guess. Anyone who hates me and wants to step into the ring with me, come right ahead. I don’t give a f~ck who it is. I am going to f~ck up some poor hapless soul just so you can watch, David. I do this for you. I don’t want you to have any doubts in your head when we face whether I am ready or rusty. Kyzer gets distracted by some Mexican talking sh~t at ringside. He spits on The Mexican. The Mexican throws a tamale at him. The Mexican misses.Kyzer: off cholo. The Mexican continues to yell in Mexican. Kyzer: Anyways, I have something for you to look forward. David, I am bringing you a present. Have you ever stood before a Dragon? A tamale hits Kyzer. The Mexican laughs some stupid intellectually- disabled person laugh. Kyzer slides out of the ring and walks up to The Mexican. The crowd is going crazy as Kyzer says something at smaller man. The Mexican spits on Kyzer. Kyzer launches himself at The Mexican landing several shots on the fan before security pulls him back from the crowd. Kyzer is screaming obscenities in English. The fans are screaming obscenities in Mexican. Several fans jump the barrier trying to come after Kyzer. Security catches most of them. One slips through and Kyzer immediately kicks a female fan in the tit. Trash is being thrown and the crowd has turned hostile. Kyzer laughs as he backs his way towards the entranceway and away from the near riot he just caused. The crowd continue to push against the barricade, security pushing them back. Alecia Matthews, Daniel Knight and the rest of the ring crew all beat a hasty retreat as the final WFWF show of 2017 ends in controversial fashion and with Michael Kyzer back in the WFWF it looks like there’ll be plenty more of that in 2018…

Results will be up tomorrow. I think Drakz and myself can admit to dropping the ball on this one but the holidays are a terrible time for a show. We'll get this show out of the way and get back to a decent schedule in the new year. Sorry guys.

Since nobody wants to take it on and the holidays are busy times for all would anyone object to us summarising the main event this time round and starting out fresh in the new year with the next show?

I have to cave. Can anyone write the main event? I just don't have the time right now. I'm busy every day now until I go to Japan and I've already held up results long enough. Sorry guys, and thank you to whoever volunteers. So nobody likes match-writing anymore, huh?
