I went looking for the Superstars Andre today. Went to Hillsborough, mebane, Roxboro, Henderson, and Oxford. All a bust. Any sign of the shippers in those areas?

Did anyone get the “ship to me” option to work with PayPal?

Basic 137, at least, isn’t lost or anything of that nature. The wave hit heavy this past week and weekend here in central North Carolina. Most Walmart locations here got at least two cases. I easily scored all six from this series.

Those are long discontinued…have been for over a decade now at least through Ringside. They hardly ever show up on Evil Bay either.

Has anybody seen the Hollywood Rock in the wild yet? No sign of that wave on my end. Series 5 is the latest I’ve seen so far. Where are you located?

It has been a while since I have seen any threads on who played each Doink the Clown in Mattel’s offering so far. For clarification purposes, who played each representation of the character in figure form?
-Elite 34 -Flashback Series (Heartbreak Hotel baf/Walmart exclusive) -Retro (Mattel’s Hasbro version) -Ultimate Edition

Got my Jade in and it sucks that it doesn’t have an overpriced shirt. At least I have that overpriced sticker though!

Odd for it to drop today, but I put my order in right after this was posted. I like this one better than the other two.

Walmart Exclusive Supreme Kenny Omega is already hitting stores. I forgot how to post pictures in this forum but I picked up two on Wednesday in Virginia. When you get a chance, would you mind posting a pic of the receipt or at least just share the sku number with us?

To all that are ordering these off the Target app, are they coming packaged well? Are the boxes themselves coming fairly mint?

Am I remembering this correctly, the timeline for this was that it dropped on Mattel Creations after Ringside SDCC preorders took half the people's entire budget up and then you only had one week to pull the trigger roughly? Whats up bud! Been a while! They went up during sdcc with a two week pre order window. The estimated ship date is June I believe.

Just got my Nick Jackson in where I pre ordered it in store, but didn’t get Matt for some reason. Anyone received both yet that pre ordered in store?

These sets keep getting better and better!
Curious to see if the Brother Love will warm as hard as the Jakks release did.

New Gen is polarizing anyway. I'm surprised people are nostalgic about that period. It was booking genius to make a lot of viable stars from scratch of those who never got a break, while trying to pass off people like Bret Hart as competitive with his forebears. The production substantially declined (it was almost like fog overcame the television screen), undercard often SMW castaways just to fill TV, tag teams depleted and heatless, chief storylines silly, McMahon stuck in "What would my dad have done in the 1970's?" with ethnic tribute acts like Tatanka, Albano, Headshrinkers (modern Wild Samoans), and Bob Backlund; women's wrestling treated semi-seriously, old foggies brought in like Nikolai Volkoff, among other things. It's a miracle that they did so much with so little in such a short period of time, since it seemed like week by week the company was struggling to find its voice through really arbitrary experimentation, sometimes with smarks at Raw and families at Superstars and Challenge. It was surreal to see in contrast to the 80's. Licensing was deplorable in that period too. Like the "Bend 'ems" being their main toy line for two years 😪 My reservation about the Attitude Era is that the undercard throwaways were a lot more amusing, and Mattel will never make people like the undercard gangs, Flash Funk, Sultan (well, maybe they will), Oddities, and the rest. With the passage of time, that gets harder to do since normies will never buy people like that. It's one of those weird periods where the top guys were so over that the product designers seem to forget a good 40% of the roster. (Tiger Ali Singh was funny af) The heart and soul of a product will always be the undercard, not just the main guys. They reflect the tempo set by the main event talents. I'm thankful for the two sets because it's nice to have the eras be delineated. The shifts were really subtle over a few brief years until it was decided to pull the gun entirely in moving towards a more mean-spirited taste that appealed to Gen X types over yuppie Cold War kids of the 80's and a smorgasbord of demos during the New Gen Are you sure you are not referring to AEW?
