Think of it like Walmart being an angel investor for a crowd fund. They pay for the figures to be made, they distribute them as they see fit. They eat a lot of losses because they are constantly having to clearance out the regular product (mountains of basics, irrelevant Elites that wind up in Olly's and Five Below) and store exclusives are a surefire (at least with most WWE exclusives) way to sell something at full price while also bringing in foot traffic. Walmart knows retail psychology, and they are a heartless corporation.

I'm thinking that Wal Mart only orders a certain amount of figures to be distributed amongst their stores. Higher volume stores get more cases. The reason Target exclusives are so easy to come by is because they get full cases of single figures for the specific purpose of fulfilling online orders. How has that worked out for Target though? All of their figures get clearanced out, and Wal Mart sells all of their exclusives. Your store might not ever get them in, but somebody is out there buying them, if only for their perceived scarcity. Profit over everything.

I saw a lone JBL a few weeks ago, then found another case while I was unloading the truck at work. Got Torrie. Glad to be done with all the drama in finding these things.

Because nobody buys AEW figures Really? I'm pretty sure they out sale WWE figures in my area. Why because they actually stock figures not having 10 Liz figures and Orton clogging the shelf space. I work at a Wal Mart in Orange County California (a dense population) and not a single AEW figure has moved in months. WWE stuff comes and goes incredibly quickly.

How is it that jazwares has no problems at least in my area stocking tons of AEW exclusives yet Mattel can’t? Because nobody buys AEW figures

$40 FOR A STARDUST FIGURE LMAO That will be less than $10 by Christmas time, which is before it will be found in any retail store.

Perfect place for a WCW Madusa. I'd like something from when she was fully a drag queen in the late 90's though.

There are MIB pictures of series 4, they have been shown. Between the Bischoff with the WCW ring and several other Takers and Austins coming out I'm not surprised they didnt make the cut for Axxess.

I’m also starting to suspect that Bischoff, Undertaker, & Austin set is canceled they’ve not shown it and AFA said in the walkthrough that the Edge set was the last one They showed Rock, MVP and Miz as series 6 of Ruthless Aggression before the theme changes to Monday Night Wars for 2024. Not cancelled.

My store had series 2 in the Wrestlemania shipper, along with Elite 98 and Best Of. They sold out completely within a week.

Feels like Macho and Liz are just sitting there ready to be announced. I agree. Give Macho the cape from the LJN cardback, both gold and purple skirts for Liz.

I dont think we will ever see a Mattel figure of Sable because all of her JAKKS figures looked like blow up dolls, she is married to an insanely rich man in Brock Lesnar and would probably scoff at the pennies offered to her from a Legends contract, and I could be assuming here, but I think she has stated that she doesnt like the idea of WWE making any more money off of her name/likeness than they already have.
I would LOVE to be proven wrong.

Luna Vachon, especially likely since she has been teased as DLC for 2K23.
Sable would be a show stopper.
Jazz, Victoria, Jacqueline or Ivory would be great, but not as big of a deal.
Michelle McCool, Kelly Kelly or Melina based on their recent Royal Rumble appearances would be welcome updates for older figures.
Candice Michelle in Ruthless Aggression 6 would be genuinely surprising.

For as important as Trish is to WWE they never give much credit to any of her opponents other than Lita. Molly, Jazz, Victoria, Jacqueline, Ivory and Mickie James were all integral parts of her development and legacy.
