I found it thanks to Google!
The original King of the Ring tournament. (years before it was pay per view) I still remember the view from my seats center ring but way up in the upper-level. My recollection was that Greg Valentine was IC champ then and not Santana as I remember the guy sitting next to me saying when Steamboat pinned Valentine "too bad that wasn't for the belt" but the site I found the results on listed Santana as IC champ. Oh well, it has been almost 30 years-lol.
King of the Ring 85 - Foxboro, MA - Sullivan Stadium (former home of the New England Patriots) - July 8, 1985 (23,000; 20,000 paid) Opening Round: Jim Brunzell pinned the Spoiler WWF IC Champion Tito Santana defeated Terry Funk via disqualification The Iron Sheik pinned B. Brian Blair Ricky Steamboat pinned Greg Valentine Les Thornton pinned Steve Lombardi Don Muraco pinned the Junkyard Dog Pedro Morales pinned Johnny V Paul Orndorff fought Bob Orton Jr. to a double disqualification Quarter Finals: WWF IC Champion Tito Santana fought Jim Brunzell to a draw; Brunzell won a coin toss to continue The Iron Sheik pinned Ricky Steamboat Don Muraco pinned Les Thornton Semi-Finals: The Iron Sheik pinned Jim Brunzell Don Muraco pinned Pedro Morales Finals: Don Muraco pinned the Iron Sheik Main Event: WWF World Champion Hulk Hogan pinned Nikolai Volkoff

I actually picked up two today in southern, NH. I have never seen them before at retail and I walked into a Target I had never been to before and there were ten on the pegs.
I posted some photos in the Massachusetts (pg. 84)store findings thread (I think us NH folks contribute there as I have never come across an NH store findings thread)

Happy to help out. I have never seen them before at retail and was pleased to find them as I thought I missed this figure.

Hello, I am still in the bucket of searching for b45 Mankind & Steamer as well. On Friday 1/23/15 I stopped at K-Mart in Salem, NH and they only had HHH & Bryan which is what they have had for a few weeks. Additionally; there were no DM Hulkster (I already have one which I ordered online). This morning, I went to the K-Mart in Hooksett, NH and they had a healthier supply of b45's but still no Mankind or Dragon's. They did have one Jericho which I bought and tons of Miz's. No DM Hogan's there either (they did have one each of E31 Rock w/guitar & E28 Big Show w/monitor). From there, I went to the Target in Hooksett which had a couple of H.O.F Warrior's & Austin'a as well as the usual assorted fare of basics and elites from series 30 thru 32. The standout at this Target was ten elite exclusive Rocky Mavia's! of which I bought two. Here is how the pegs looked after I took my two: Sorry, for the bad quality, as I am still using an IPhone 4S & it is my first time posting photos on this site-lol. After I got the Rocky's home I loosened one up (looking on ebay now for a black classic IC belt to go with) and I am keeping one MOC.

I doubt you guys wanna drive to western ma but Walmart in Westfield has everything you're talking about, including Mankind, Jericho, and Steamboat. They also have the warrior/cena battlepack with the updated warrior hair Thank you for the report braaaaaaaapp. My hope would be with them being in Western, MA they may be working their way east. I checked the Wal-Mart in Salem, NH on 1/16 and no sign of them still. I today (1/18) went to the Wal-Mart in Amherst, NH and they had the usual fare there as well (some holdover E30'S, E31's, & E32's). When I was there I did however find 1 t-shirt series Rock with "JUST BRING IT" shirt which I grabbed for 9.97. The card was a tiny bit banged up but appeared to have never been opened before and there was a slight smudge on his nose which I cleaned off with an old tooth-brush and warm water.

If anyone hasn't seen it yet, on the Randy Savage DVD/Blu Ray that recently came out, Lanny Poffo went on to say that Savage wanted to work a program with Shawn Michaels, but the WWE nixed the idea. Well, again, I am not so sure about that, because these two did work a program on house shows in 1993. WWF @ Providence, RI - Civic Center - January 30, 1993 (matinee) Included a moment of silence and a 3-bell salute to the passing of Andre the Giant Tito Santana defeated Skinner Jim Powers pinned the Predator at 8:23 with a powerslam Typhoon pinned the Berzerker with a roll up at 6:01 after the Berzerker thought he had won the match with his feet on the ropes Rick & Scott Steiner defeated Double Trouble at 7:01 when Scott scored the pin following a double team DDT from Rick's shoulders Mr. Perfect pinned Ric Flair at 15:50 with the Perfect Plex; after the bout, Razor Ramon assaulted Perfect on the floor, hitting him with a chair and twice throwing him into the ring post Tatanka pinned Damien Demento with the Samoan Drop WWF IC Champion Shawn Michaels fought Randy Savage to a double count-out at 8:07 when Savage chased after the champion when Michaels left ringside as the challenger attempted the flying elbowsmash; after the bout, Savage brought Michaels back to the ring, hit the elbowsmash, and - not realizing the match was over - made the coverRazor Ramon pinned the Big Bossman at 5:34 with a roll up after Bossman missed a charge in the corner WWF World Champion Bret Hart pinned Bam Bam Bigelow at around the 10-minute mark with a victory roll after kicking the challenger in the face as he charged the corner And there is quite a few house show results I seen with HBK vs. Savage. So again, is that just an assumption by Lanny Poffo in why Savage left the WWE?? Because it seemed those two were working a program; albeit on the house shows, but it was still a program. OMG, I went to this show and for what its worth I totally don't remember Shawn and Savage even having a match so maybe the feud not going off was the right call. However; I would feely admit to not being the best barometer to measure this. Lol. The only real memories I have of this show was, it was a Saturday afternoon, sitting in the upper level of the then Civic Center (now Dunkin' Donuts center), finding out Andre had passed (which I hadn't heard prior), and I that I was shocked that Ric Flair was there as this was after he lost the retirement match on Raw to Mr. Perfect. That may very well have been Flair's final WWE appearance until his return after the closure of WCW. Future memory I would have is that the final match of the '93 King of the Ring tourney which Hart won after pinning Bigelow was almost the same exact finish that happened in Providence at this show. I forgot that until now but I digress.

Saugus Walmart has an end cap with nothing but BP? With Warrior/Cena etc. Also a lot of E32. Was gonna grab Hunicara the GOAT but I'll grab him next time , I felt Henry was the better choice. Saugus Target had a in Eva Marie. I was almost taken back. Never woulda ever thought I'd see her at retail. Also had a Lexy. Saugus Kmart has TONS of B45. But some scummy dummy obviously scalped the place dry of all the Steamboats and Mankinds. I call him a dummy because secondary market value for those two isn't even more than retail. There's multiple cases worth of everyone else. Grabbed Miz. Almost Jericho too but passed. I really wanted to come home with Mankind and The Dragon. Thanks for the recap Ryback. I've been to WM in Salem & Hudson NH and elite 32's, BP's, & best of 2014 King of Swing seems to be the prevailing themes there as well. I as well did come across Eva and Lex on New Year's Day at the Wilmington, MA Target - both were a pass for me too. Interesting to see that Eva is still around almost two weeks later. Sounds like the Saugus Kmart was at least a little more robust then Salem, NH as I didn't see Jericho or Miz either. Starting to think the best chance at Mankind & Steamboat are if they ever hit WM.

Hi All,
Has anyone come across basic series 45 anywhere in northern MA or southern NH?
I did find Bryan and HHH at KMart in Salem, NH but I am more interested in Mankind, Steamboat, & maybe Jericho which they didn't have.
Thanks in advance for any reports.

I picked up all 4 from Nashua Target after calling. Got an extra SCSA as well. They have a few of each left. How did you price match for 13.99 Ill go back and price match. Thanks for the update, I'm in Hudson so I may head to Nashua tomorrow. Were they displaying the figures or did you have to request that somebody retrieve them from the back stock room?

I'm going to go a bit out of the box with this thread as when I read its title, I automatically thought of the event called Footbrawl that was cancelled.
It was supposed to take place in Aug-98 and the main event was advertised as Austin vs. Kane vs. UT for the WWF title. Other notable matches that would be featured was Mankind vs. Terry Funk in a falls count anywhere in the arena match & HHH & X-Pac vs. The Rock & Owen Hart in a steel cage.
The event was supposed to take place in the old home of the New England Patriots, Foxboro Stadium (they now play in Gillete Stadium on the same grounds) in Foxboro, MA. At it's core, the show was pretty much a giant house show in a 60K seat stadium.
The show, however; never ended up happening as it was cancelled due to poor ticket sales which is ironic considering how hot wrestling was then. I often wondered if the show was intended to be a test spot to see if a SummerSlam PPV could have been held there at some point.

I today logged into the app on my Samsung smart Blu-ray player and it locked me out of the account on my PS3. I called support in order to gain access on my PS3 again and they instructed me to log out on the Blu-ray player which allowed me back in on the PS3. Some of the reasoning I was given was that I was locked out of the PS3 was that there is a security feature on the account that limits the amount of devices I can log into my account which I though was strange.
Question for the group: Has anyone else heard that there is a limit to the amount of devices you can have logged into your account?
I am currently logged in on a PS3, 2 computers, an IPad, & an IPhone - my Blu-ray player is currently logged out.

Watched both, and enjoyed both. It was mainstream, and all the guys in the office talked about it around the water-cooler on Tuesday morning (my office even had some avid women viewers). I can remember bars in downtown Providence, RI that used to have Monday night wrestling viewing parties - truly awesome to remember now & maybe something we'll never see again.
In my myopic Northeast US regional mind, I had a hard time accepting WCW promoting major shows in Worcester, MA, Boston, MA, & Providence, RI which had been WWE havens for years so I chose team WWF as that was who I had grown up with.
That being said, I chose 1 horse in a 2 horse race but during that time, my soul & my passion was ECW all the way. They just weren't on Monday nights - lol.

For me, both ONS shows (’05 & ’06) were the absolute highlights. Those shows aside, random moments I rather enjoyed whether they were epic, funny, or something in-between:
• Batista & Show being heckled. (First time I remember hearing the “you both suck” chant) • The Sandman vs. The Zombie (LMAO’d for weeks afterwards) • Big Dick Johnson’s debut (what else can I say) • Sabu, RVD, Sandman, & Dreamer appearing together at WM (I was genuinely happy for them) • Big Show vs. Ric Flair Extreme rules match on a random Sci-Fi episode (a hardcore diamond in the rough) • Punk’s debut vs. Justin Credible (just loved seeing Punk the prospect arrive) • RVD’s mocking of the spinner belt vs. the barbed wire belt (aesthetically the spinner paled in comparison)
Additionally; I vaguely remember shortly after WWECW debuted that there was a show at the ECW arena. (not Hammerstein but the one in Philly) I think the main event was RVD vs. Angle. Does anybody know if this show is available anywhere? What a treasure that would be.
