The hand and head swaps mid animation for a fitting expression is great, it really takes the moves to another level. I remember your first animation post on here back in the day was Sabretooth getting suplexed, glad to see your still at it and leveling up as a animator, high quality stuff, looked super professional. Great stuff, JWF was always entertaining and creative, and its the same with STPW. Really enjoyed this.

I missed the UE release of Rocky and ended up spending way too much money on it after getting back into collecting last year lol. I've got some expensive figures but the UE is the most I've actually spent on a Mattel, big oof. Its a much needed release from Mattel though, and I'm glad they've improved it from the first figure. Looking forward to butterfly joints and the new hip/leg articulation Bill was talking about. I'm hoping his trunks have a different colour design, so it doesn't make the first release completely obsolete.

You win some you lose some, I got 2x Slaughters last year, missed out this year. It sucks but thats what makes limited items special, they're limited.

I've had a custom Shamrock formula ready to paint for months and have been putting it off because I hadn't bought the head. The figure gods where guiding my laziness. I'll probably put the parts to another figure in the future now, these 2 looks are enough for me. I hope I can get the chase in the UK, its hard enough getting regular legends let alone the chase.
I love the idea of AJ, but the hair colour and shape is off and it makes the likeness a little funky. Looks fun for some customs though!

When I heard Elite 100 was coming up I was exited, thought about collecting the set MOC but this doesn't really feel like an epic wave. Its Elite 100! You'd expect it to be all home runs, iconic names in defining looks with great accessories.
Becky Lynch zzzzzzzzzzzz Rock is a Miekina mashup with a meh scan Rey is a Miekina mashup, not really a look I was after. The belt is nice though Andre is a cool idea, kinda niche tbh. Belt is cool. Something you'd expect in a 2 pack with a Hogan or something. Stunning Steve is fine, title is cool. Just not really elite 100 material. Cena is what I expected from 100.
I'm not saying its bad because its not, I was just expecting something a little more special for 100. Will go down in my head as the belt wave, alot of cool championships.

I've been collecting video game rosters. Currently working on Smackdown Vs Raw 2006, All RA style and going for closest to the attire they wore in game, making some fix-ups along the way. Its proving more difficult/expensive than I expected, but I'm super nostalgic for these games now and I think the roster all together will look great on display and bring back some teenage gaming/wrestling fan vibes. That is awesome man. I'd never thought of doing something like that but it must be so fun to try and track them down. I know those games have big rosters from when I used to play GM mode, how much progress have you made/how many still to find? It all started because I found a sealed copy of SVR06, its been fun going through the roster and trying to find figures that match the attire. I'm currently at 29/49. I've managed to get most of the uncommon figures off the list, in my opinion Spike Dudley and Rene Dupree where the rarest in their particular attires, and I managed to get both in one weekend. Found Spike at a toy fair and got Dupree for an absolute bargain on eBay the next day, so that was a big boost in me really going for the full collection. The roster should be 50 but Joy Giovani never got a figure, I've thought about making a custom but I don't know if I really care that much lol. There is also 13 unlockable legends but I'm not sure if I'll include them, I have a few of them already, so I might track down the rest once I'm done with the main roster. There are 4 figures I'm still after that stand out. Christy Hemme, kinda pricey. Bad Blood Chris Jericho, seems uncommon in the UK. RVD and Booker T Wrestlemania 2 pack, which seems pretty rare. Other than that, everyone else I need is widely available, its just a timing, price and condition situation.

Why is there no love for the Acolytes? I've been wanting these in this gear forever! I'm sure alot of people have, but sounds like everyone is crapping on them...what gives?? I'm with you dude, I've been wanting them forever too, but the part choices are awful. They're apparently fixing Farooqs skin tone which is great but it doesn't address the torsos man, APA where on that diet of beer and steak, boys where thick as hell. These figures are ripped like they cutting weight for a UFC weigh in, its mad. Lazy work from the design team again, they can afford a unique sculpt for randoms like Dakota Kai and the Goon but when it comes to the Acolytes, its save money and reuse "recipes" from other figures. Bill released elite 23 JBL 9 years ago, everyone said the torso was trash back then, all these years later he's reusing the same formula. It disapointing.

The Acolytes digital protos have different torsos to the physical ones on display, and both versions aren't accurate at all lol. Bradshaw with the olympic swimmer torso like he never drank a beer in his life. Such stupid part choices.

If I'm being honest I hadn't thought about the board in so many years, like I pop in and check for rule breaks so it doesn't get deleted, but I never truly thought about this place in so long. Bik passing sucks but its made me remember the great times I had here. I hope to find some time to clean up and hopefully restore some of the history threads. Make the place presentable in the off chance someone new stumbles upon it. If we were to do a tribute to him not related to the Hall of Fame, a post detailing his contributions to the board at large could work. His YouTube channel was named Anitribute, so you could incorporate that into the post name. You can have a write up of what he meant to the board; link events he hosted (Final Battle and one of the AniManias with Ross) or matches he had a major part of (aWo vs DX comes to mind). I believe the 3 examples I listed are in video form on WFigsAnimationTV, so you can always just link the YouTube videos instead. We can do something like this too, I'm honestly cool with whatever. I can't promise anything, I'm happy to help in anyway but I've got responsibilities now adays so things might take time.

It feels abit lackluster in adding people in retrospect now that the board has moved on, just me updating an old post as opposed to the entire community coming together for Animania, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about adding him. To be honest I wish more people where in the HOF, so many people where appreciated and big parts of our community. I'd love to add them but I hate the idea of leaving people out, like I want them to remember this place and come back for some old memories and feel appreciated not an afterthought, but I don't see how we can list everyone.
I'm going to add Dutt, he deserves the tribute. I'd like some advice on how I should go about it. Just add him to the list like the others or should I include a message like "in memory of" or Rest in Peace? I dunno, he was as much your friends as he was mine, I want everyone to be happy.

Cheers PJ, looks like I'll be grabbing another Bulldog for a torso swap then. I gotta say, the new style of shoulders look great, especially when compared to the old style side by side.

Does the Triple H have a lighter skin tone than the elite 86? Could just be the lighting but looks less tanned. I'd love to know if its a match with SCSA skin tone.

Absolutely gutted to hear about this yesterday. Dutt was a huge personality on the board, always trolling and creating drama haha. His critique and advice was great, He'd admit himself he wasn't special at animating but his love for it was cleary huge, he stuck around for years, sharing the history of the board, getting involved in PPVs. He'd always come out of 'retirement' to challenge people to matches, only to last minute hand in animations he made years prior lmao, he was the best. His passion showed, he formed the aWo which is how we met. We held all the boards titles and he loved it, he loved cutting promos and being a goof. I'll remember late '09 staying up all night playing MW2 with him on Xbox Live, getting to know Bik and not just "Dutt". He was a great friend and I still laugh thinking about him shouting "CARE PACKAGE!!" every game. Like all of us we grow up and move on from the scene, drifting apart. Every now and then he'd get in touch and we'd catch up a bit. Hadn't heard from him in years... Should have known really, Dutt couldn't have stayed away from the scene that long. Its a testament to what this board meant. So many kids finding a space on the internet and making it their own. I'll cherish the memories, all the skype calls and MSN chats, all the PPVs, matches and drama. This board was really special and 'Classic Duttanized' was a big part of it. Rest in peace Bik, you'll be missed.

The UE Austin arms and one head on the same figure we've had for 10+ years. The Royal Rumble elite only just left the shelves over here too. Was really hoping they would switch it up. Try bigger thighs and arms, try the elite Roode/Apollo torso. Even a jorts Austin would have been nice, this is just a budget UE with a better ab crunch and no butterfly joints, pretty dissapointing.
I like the HBK for what it is, same parts for 10 years lol. I've given up on HBK figures getting accurate waists on the tights/pants. He always wore his stuff high and it really stands out on figures to me. But other than its pretty good, the faded tat is a nice touch, thought it was a mistake but its accurate.
Kind of an odd wave, feels low cost, like something bigger was removed from it.

Its obvious they're ignoring complaints until everyone forgets about it, the guy hasn't posted since the figure started shipping. It sucks but I get it.
What really irks me is this narrative that you're entitled for caring about detail, or that its unreasonable to complain about something you're paying for, especially on a wrestling figure forum. Folks show up and start shaming people for giving a crap about their primary hobby, its weird af.

At this point I wouldn't be suprised if Triple H has some sort of deal that Mattel must give his figures jacked torsos. I refuse to believe Mattel are this garbage by choice.
