Superman TAS, Young Justice, Avengers EMH, X—Men TAS, Breaking Bad, Save Me and Batman Beyond. I've been binge watching Superman TAS lately It`s great, I actually find it more fun and engaging than Batman TAS, so many writers just fail to realize that with Superman you can pretty much do anything, he can have stories on Metropolis or Smallville or another country, another planet or dimensions so odd and larger than life. Superman TAS has all of that and also my favorite version of Darkseid, Metallo and Parasite. Lots of shocking things happen too, Clark Kent is used very good and everybody brings their A game on voice acting, truly great series.

The title for this thread is just hysterical, I mean you know you are watching professional wrestling right?

Just let me know which characters you are interested in and I will help, you are welcome. Since you seem to like TMNT I suggest the IDW comics, start with volume 1 which is called Change is Constant. If you like Batman, Long Halloween is a great start but if you want the new stuff just pick up Batman Court of Owls (remember this one is divided into two collections) volume 2 is called The City of Owls. As you read comics you will come to love certain writers, so follow their runs. Where can I get these? Thanks I always use amazon or mycomicshop site.

Well you have weird power because you were right, the trade which will collect issues 1 to 6 will come out in July, that is two months after the last issue cones out. Neat. I'm very new to this comic book, Marvel , DC and TMNT. I've been collecting wrestling figures for about 10 years. If you have any suggestions on good reads, please let me know. Yes, think of them as seasons. Let`s say Volume 1 has issues 1 to 6 that can be the first arc of the comic. There are times an arc can get long (like Batmans court of owls) and it gets divided to two trades. That is why I recommend you to wait for Tmnt/Bats to be completed, then you will have the entire story to be read at once. So they will make a graphic novel of all 6 issues? Yup, you will have to wait a couple of months though.

#3 came out two Wednesdays ago (the 10th). The series is uber popular which is most likely why they are expensive. Took 2 weeks after #3 came out for my local shop to get more of #1 and #2. Is volume 1 multiple comics combined into one book? A saw graphic novels at Barnes and Nobles today and that's what it looked like. Feedback would be great. Thanks Yes, think of them as seasons. Why are TMNT so overly priced on eBay? Anyone know where I can get some for a decent price? I want to get the TMNT/Batman comics Try amazon or mycomicbookshop, now TMNT/Bats I would recommend to wait for the trade since it`s not completed yet, I think issues 1 and 2 of 6 are out.

Rumors reported that early screenings of BvS are not good... And then there is this rumor too: "So this is what Umberto said - BvS is fine. He called his source (The guy who gave him the SS trailer info and Mera scoop) and asked him what's up. He said that everything is fine and not to worry. Also that it is "F'ing awesome". He says his source isn't a fanboy and is on the business side of things. Said that Ben is shooting a movie outside of DC after JL so there's no time for a solo Batman film next year and the script isn't even done yet. No one's job at WB is in jeopardy. - Will have an accurate tracking prediction 3 weeks from now but is aiming for 192m - 215m opening week - BvS has been only screened to insiders at WB and he hasn't heard about screening to the public. - The editor and chief of JoBlo.com said that his source told him that the private screening went great and someone was quoted that they "Pulled it off". Umberto says that JoBlo's source is very legit. - He has JL scoops but doesn't want to drop them until after BvS comes out because it will spoil a lot of things in BvS - Scott Eastwood's character in SS is a BIG spoiler that he won't speak on yet. - He's working with both Marvel and DC Films. He said he met with DC Films last week - An very big actor has been offered an role in an unique DC film (Green Lantern) but no word on if he will take it or not. OT: He said that Young Han Solo is down to 3 or so names and Star Lord's father may be changed. There's been 5 drafts on GOTG2 so far." Aaaaand that`s it. One of them is lying, a lot of people are already saying the first rumor (The one that says the reception was bad) has been debunked. I can't find it anywhere either on a particular site I visit so they may be right. But there is something I know will happen, this film won't be for everyone. That is just how it is, that is the double edged sword of iconic characters like Superman & Batman on the film industry nowadays...everyone has their own idea of how they should be portrayed and if they are not portrayed as they want to it automatically means it's wrong, I am a big Superman fan and I loved every minute of MoS(actually almost every minute, the death of Pa Kent being my only meh of the film) but that is because I am open to the different ideas Superman can have as a franchise. There is no way BvS will flop at the box office but the reception from fans can be MoS like...and that sucks for the most part. Edit: The damn link didn't work, I sucks at forums so I just copy/pasted the thing, that is why I barely post anywhere lol.

For Marvel: I hate Deadpool so much, that said I loved the Joe Kelly run, if you are interested in Deadpool comics I highly recommend the Joe Kelly Deadpool omnibus as a start, worth all the money it costs.
For DC: Multiversity, get it now. It's amazing, maybe one of my favorite comics ever.

I'd say the original teaser (Do you bleed?), the Comic-Con trailer, and this newest one got almost unanimous positive praise... the Doomsday trailer (or at least the fact that they revealed him as being the third act villain) didn't go over well, but the rest of that trailer was even good. Especially the Clark/Bruce exchange from the beginning. I understand why people are apprehensive towards this movie and why some didn't like Man of Steel... but I remain totally excited and mostly optimistic that we're going to get a great movie. I admit it irked me when it was first announced that it was not going to be MoS 2. But I got over it, the World's Finest Team working together on screen is gonna be huge for me, I may not like Batman as much as I did when I was a kid but he and Supes are big parts of my childhood and heck...maybe everyone's childhood. At least the Ben Affleck hate is now almost gone, I see him on your avatar and wow...that is Batman. There is a funny video about the hate and the rise to love for Batfleck.

And the irony is that I don't care about Batman. Are you kidding me? The promotion is off the charts, anything with Bats sells like crazy, plus is not only Bats, is Superman and Wonder Woman all together. I personally won't be worried about it, the movie is going to get big money. And if WB was worried then Wonder Woman wouldn't have started filming and Suicide Squad is already filmed with great reception from the general audience and by the way Green Lantern was 2011 a year when Thor and the first Cap were coming out and was a time people still had doubts over the whole shared universe deal, fair enough it failed and hard but it's unfair to compare that single movie to the marvel from now. I know negativity attracts more attention but some of the complains for BvS(and even Mos) make me roll my eyes, more power to them since it's perfectly fine to be worried but to slam the movie and the dialogue (when context has not been given yet) at this point is silly. Yes the promotion has been so great that they had to release a THIRD full length trailer to try to ease the feelings on it. Thor and Cap had the same chances as GL to fail but going into them they didn't have the big question marks GL did. You said it yourself that people had doubts about the shared universe at the time but Marvel already had some momentum with Iron Man and Cap ended up being almost universally loved while Thor got mixed to positive reviews upon release. GL fell on its face and the DCCU was delayed for years. Now we get a movie that won't even be 2.5 hours and they're going to try to throw everything into it they can. People are worried with DC's history and a big fear is that this will be a huge cluster f***. Like I said I want it to succeed but people have a right to question it going in. We'll agree to disagree on this but it's called the Internet. People arnt going to always agree with you. No. Thor and Cap had momentum from Iron man, IM 2 and Hulk, Lantern got none. The ones you can compare are MoS and Iron Man, MoS made 668 million and IM 585.2 made million...yeah it seems DC's first movie in their shared universe was a complete failure and a huge cluster f***. The problem with MoS was people judged it against their own preconceptions of what a Superman film ought to be rather than what it was. Take your own advice, I am not waiting for a disaster and by the way...even people that hated the last trailer seem to love the last one.

You always bring those two taking shots at marvel, what about Anthony Mackie? Or just because he is from marvel he gets a free pass? What about Joe Quesada the guy who took shots at DC everytime he could? Marvel once had the audacity to say "hey you know those Blackest Night comics DC is selling? Sent us 50 destroyed comics from them and we will give you a Marvel Siege Deadpool variant comic" that was a thing then and it was low. Avengers also had it hard when it was on post production everyone was mixed on it until it finally came out and whoa...now some suddenly were fans from the start and loves them or others are now happy to see them finally have success and the trailers also showed a lot by the way. I see a lot of bad comments for Civil War too, not everyone is going to like the same thing, I myself dislike that Spidey seems to be a Tony fanboy. But guess what? Both movies have not hit theaters yet, I know I will watch both movies because the companies are the ones competing, the audience shouln`t have this compulsive need to only like marvel or dc. Who ever said I was picking one side over the other... I'm a Batman fan first and foremost. I want this movie to succeed badly. But the promotion for this movie leaves a lot to be desired and a ton of questions for fans. Marvel has proven they know what they're doing when it comes to the MCU, DC haven't with there's (they wanted GL to start the DCCU and that fell flat on its face). I liked MOS but reception has been VERY mixed. And with the questionable trailers and production choices fans have a right to be skeptical. I hope they prove me wrong but they haven't with past movies so being skepticle is warranted in this instance. And the irony is that I don't care about Batman. Are you kidding me? The promotion is off the charts, anything with Bats sells like crazy, plus is not only Bats, is Superman and Wonder Woman all together. Affleck looks great and will be one of the better parts of the movie. It's everything else that looks like crap thrown at the wall by DC to see what sticks. I have no interest to see Suicide Squad. Smith is not Deadshot and every time I see him I'm taken out of the trailer. I think Warner Bros is worried. It's why they have released 3 full length trailers for BvS and 2 for Suicide Squad. It's why Snyder and Momoa have continuously taken shots at Marvel. They know the movies are already getting big mixed feelings unlike Civil War which most people are genuinely excited for. Had they only released the latest BvS trailer I don't think there would be so much mixed feelings going into it, but they released 3 and with the questionable first two trailers, the questionable casting choices, and Warners Bros history, hopes arnt high for it. You always bring those two taking shots at marvel, what about Anthony Mackie? Or just because he is from marvel he gets a free pass? The Complete Age of Apocalypse 1-4 (which also includes the Prelude trade) was an old edition of the story while the Age of Apocalypse Alpha, Volume 2 (the name of the trade is Reign) and Omega are a much better edition and you get more stuff in individual trades. The thing is...they are not complete yet, they are still coming out you can get the 3 first volumes now, but you will have to wait until may 10 which is the date the last trade Twilight comes out. I strongly recommend you the Age of Apocalypse omnibus if you can afford it, you get everything there and you don´t need to worry about what trades you are probably missing since the omnibus has the entire epic and the book is huge. aha, thank u for clarifying. I will most likely get the omnibus if u say that's the route to go. would def save me a hassle & I can get it all at all. I just want a complete story before I read it, so I don't miss out. thanks again! u have really helped me here You are welcome, the Age of Apocalypse was VERY long. The omnibus I talked about has everything important in order but there were still some comics that are not on the omnibus, don`t worry you are not missing anything important. But if you are interested in more of the AoA timeline there is also a Age of Apocalypse companion omnibus.

This is just hysterical. I understand if you want to punish the guy but for 90 days? Really? You are going to deny this guy the biggest pay day of the year just because he grabbed you in a playful way and maybe thought they were off the air? This is the same guy who was annoying Curtis Axel in a playful way and acted like a girl because Axel was not getting it and was trying to be respecful, you are the one who put this mentality into your employers Vince. Was it a bad time? Yeah but who knows maybe Vince did something to him earlier in a "playful way" and Titus thought "well my boss doesn`t like it when we the boys don`t stand up for ourselves, I better do the same thing he did to me plus maybe I get noticed more" meh who knows.

Check the Peter David run, there are 8 Visionaries trades of the run. The bad thing is that is not complete and it seems it will stay that way for a long time but I highly recommend Peter David`s Hulk, an amazing character study and it`s how great Hulk is beyond the "Hulk smash!!" stuff.
