I think at one point, Chella were suggesting they'd make a few variants of Bulldog - one in the Hart Foundation outfit, one from SummerSlam 92 (I think?) and another from the jeans era I imagine that Epic have knocked these on the head, and gone with the classic tag team since there's not much point doing a singles Bulldog with the Hart Foundation jacket, and no other members to go with it if they could score a deal with Owen, that would be awesome though
More news on the singles Bulldog in the New Year! I remember seeing artwork for a '93 wcw version and an allied powers one as well. Both looked great!

Hi Steve, Have you and the braintrust at Mattel put much thought into the distribution issues with Walmart with the Superstars line? Seems to be universally loved by everyone on the forum but equally universally frustrated with Walmart at the same time. Is this a line that could live on Mattel Creations in the future and/or have there been alternative distribution talks other than just Walmart? Thanks for all that you do It will remain a Walmart exclusive in the US. I am still really pushing to see if some of the other markets will take it. I'm just curious as to why these can't be purchased on the Mattel Creations website just like the retro series? This way we are guaranteed to get what we want without any issues like Wal-Mart seems to have. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time tgat my order has been delayed and it is honestly frustrating.

Walmart shouldn't be allowed to carry any exclusive lines! This is ridiculous!

My target had 1 hogan, 1 fatu ( chase) and 6 samu's. Got 1 of each, now just need a matching fatu and samu and hopefully they get Paul E.soon. Also got the ultimate edition Bret. Great figures overall!

I think people have lost sight that retro as used in the mattel term is supposed to mean a homage to the hasbro line Lots of stuff, in fact the majority from these companies are not like hasbro. Just because a figure is a similar size there’s far too much accessories, articulation, soft goods etc Out of 99 figures in the line by my count 18 had accessories and that’s counting razors chain, bushwacker hats and brutus’ shears x 2 Did anyone other than bezerker have soft goods? If so not many that conquistador soft cape, ravens jacket and stupid articulation is as far from had to as it goes. I also don’t subscribe to the “this is what had to round have done” because they reduced not added at the end. If the argument is that’s cos it was ending snd if it continued then they wouldn’t have cut corners they’d likely have gone more down the osftm style of figure imo not tried to force articulation into the current form factor The only other figures with sift goods were series 8 undertaker and his mailaway figure.

We are onto 10 months since I ordered Daddy and Dynamite and I really CBA with this line at all now. I also pre ordered Gangrel and don't want that anymore either. Has anyone had luck cancelling these so called pre orders and getting a refund ? I cancelled my dynamite and gangrel figures from FigureCollections with no issue at all.

Imo it’s the internet age wrestle crap fans who like those gimmicks They like them in an ‘ironic’ way - not because the gimmicks were actually good I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but I definitely agree. I didn't understand Glacier back when he was around, and I didn't see him as some glaring omission from any toyline. For me it brings back memories watching wrestling as a kid but also alot of these characters do and would make for great looking action figures. I can understand Glacier being toyetic, but I totally don't understand how Gilberg could be in any way toyetic. A skinny Goldberg, basically. 🤷 Don't get me wrong, it's just my opinion, but when I think of the possibilities in a resurrected BCA line, most of the names announced so far wouldn't even be in my top 100. Savage is obviously a great signing, as is Adam Bomb, as is Ultimo (despite the scale issue, but I'm being nitpicky) but these other names just don't do anything for me. I understand that it's not easy signing talent, but I hope there's gonna be more names that you could genuinely consider to be omissions from the BCA line, or any toyline, for that matter. I get what you're saying. I think what they're trying to do is include guys in the line who were around when the original line was still active so they can be displayed with their figures. Gillberg would go good with AL snow since he was in the job squad. I think meanie was too but I'm not 100% sure.

I've never understood the attraction to Glacier, myself. Same with the BWO, Gilberg, etc, they're all passes for me. Savage is one I'll be looking to get, and despite Ultimo being the same size as the other BCA line, I'll be happy to pick him up as well. Imo it’s the internet age wrestle crap fans who like those gimmicks They like them in an ‘ironic’ way - not because the gimmicks were actually good For me it brings back memories watching wrestling as a kid but also alot of these characters do and would make for great looking action figures.

How many of these "what if" threads are you gonna post? Until he can make his “what if I have 50 posts can I access classifieds” Sounds like that's what he's going for. Lol

Just received my order today and unfortunately I have to return them because the box they came in looked like someone beat the crap out of it and totally destroyed Hogans packaging. Just my luck! Lol

So I just wanted to share with you my views regarding Adam Bomb. Both copies I got came with their bubbles secured to the card back. I got my second copy today and opened it and I only noticed 2 things wrong with the figure.
It had a small spot if paint loss on each elbow pad but nothing terrible.
He had issues standing on his own but I used a heat gun on a low setting and now that issue has been resolved and stands perfectly fine now.
No other paint loss on the figure. The goggles were a bit snug but none of the paint rubbed off onto the figure. The arms do not come off easily as mentioned in a previous review. I noticed another reviewer mentioned that the figure was trash because it was made of hard plastic but I see nothing wrong with that at all. I'm not sure what kind of material was expected to use? It doesn't have that Hasbro feel probably because Chellas figures don't have and any mechanisms inside to do action moves.
Overall I think the figure came out excellent and I will continue to add more to my collection as Chella keeps making more. I hope this helps any doubters out there that may have questioned Chellas quality.
