Been a long time since I posted on the forum. I'm happy to see my health thread still being here as I feel it is important we all stay healthy and live long lives.
I was 230 lbs when I made this thread. Today, I weigh in at 195.4 lbs. Tbh, most of my weight loss was eating with more control and walking around a lot at work. Now, I'm trying to gain muscle and go to Planet Fitness for now.

I think I might start the DDP Yoga, they have a sale going on. I am not sure which I want to get, I just wanna lose weight. What are you weighing now? You really are going to go in circles the rest of your life if you don't get the diet correct. You have to litteraly train your stomach to feel full with less food in it. If you refuse to do that, then your best bet is to lift 4 or 5 times a week so you at least have muscle under your fat layers. And I'm not talking about little circuits either where you do one set of everything once a day. I'm talking about a focused routine that does a body part per day: Monday: Chest Tuesday: Legs Wednesday: Back Thursday Shoulders Friday: Arms Lift heavy too, and ask people that look like they know what they're doing for help. It can be done. Here's me a little before I got to my heaviest Here's me with actual abs, which I never thought I'd ever get in my life, and I got them in my damned 30's if you can believe that. . . crappy picture, sorry But you get the point. There's something to be said about being "quick to failure". If something isn't working don't stay on the hampster wheel of failure. But I can tell you that it's 90% diet and the rest is weightlifting. I'm around 215 lbs, I have a bench downstairs with only a barbell. I tend to eat a lot even when I am don't feel hungry which sucks. I have a lot of body fat.

I'll sign up but I can't promise I'll show. I haven't visited the boards much lately. I have since started working and going to college, but I'll try.
Zoe Schaefer is in.

I have this fear that Bryan may go insane if he can't ever wrestle again.
That being said, I think he may further damage himself and end up wrestling again possibly in some other promotion.
I really just have a scary feeling about this all..

Call of Duty: MW3
Many were expecting it to be just as great as MW2, but it wasn't. I still thought it was a very good game and fun to play.

Maybe it's just me, I am not sure, but last years NXT Takeover: Brooklyn show blows this one right out of the water!
Last year there were so many big matches, and debuts or special attractions. From Jushin Liger, Apollo Crews, and all the great title matches, like Balor vs. Owens in the ladder match.... I don't know, this years show just seems weak compared to last years. I would say the same, but I feel like these matches have so much potential. It's a little premature to say that a show is blowing this one out of the water when this show hasn't even happened yet. Line up wise, sure. This card does have potential to deliver some very great matches.

Between working and college, this is just enough wrestling for me to keep up with. I also watch NJPW and keeping up with the G1 was super difficult. It was definitely worth it though.
If it's too much to handle, set your DVR and watch it a later date. If it's not too much to handle, watch some older content on the WWE Network and enjoy endless hours of the graps.

It's cool that wrestlers are defending each other with this McGregor thing, but I never understood the criticism of McGregor's size. While I am not a fan of McGregor, I will admit that they're tons of people bigger than McGregor that he could probably still knock out.
Side note: Brock has an interesting choice of outfits.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but Sasha Banks. I never really liked her transition of the backstabber into the crossface, it looks silly to me.
Seth needs something of his own as well. I always loved the pedigree, but I think he needs something that people will remember him for rather than "Oh, he hit Triple H's finishing move!"
Other finishers: -Attitude Adjustment -Zigzag -Skullcrushing Finale -

I'll be at RAW tonight for the first time in 8 years. Hoping for a wonderful show and to meet some wrestlers as they enter the building today!
Enjoy the show tonight everyone. I will update this with photos!

Yeah, people were digging up old tweets and retweeting them.
Renee recently had deleted all of hers too. A lot of Seth's old tweets aren't the most PG thing either.
He will be fine.

I must be the only one wondering where her son was. You know, the one with the name that Lawler didn't remember at the Hall of Fame? Anyway, Jerry really needs to just see himself out the door at this point. Jerry's only interested in kids if they're female. BAH GAWD, KING! THAT KID HAD A CHILDHOOD!
