you totally need to display your customs on their own, they are so cool and totally deserve their own spot. I keep all mine separate but thats just how I am, I love to look at my handiwork standing by itself. Where did you get them from?

very cool, good spots and realistic movements. Loved the RKO spot. Seamus seemed a bit out of place cause he just stood there before getting his feet pulled out, could have omitted him alltogether

This looks so good! 2x ESR's that alone costs a pretty penny before you even start on the rest. Looks great! Amazing work True, but RSRs are better anyway, those are pricey too unless you bought them when they were at retail or just get real lucky

that is cool, very nice. My only suggestion would be to turn the mesh so youre looking at diamonds instead of squares, but thats just me being nitpicky

Im pretty sure Ive never seen that on here. that is pretty sick, I always loved how bendy little GI Joes were, I used to use them in my Hasbro ring all the time back in the day
Id love to see more, if it works on Elites I wonder how that would work on Jakkks DA figs

It is possible to keep playability and still seal them. The main issue there is when painting on and around joints. You most likely would have to do some minor sanding in any spots where paint might rub off, like the knee joints and such, so paint doesnt chip when you move it around after the paint dries. Im just too lazy to do that; remove parts, sand, reattach and whatnot.
Mod Podge brushes on, the other sealer came in a spraycan.

I firmly stand by using sealer on figures. Whether customs are going to be displayed or actually used for posing or light play, sealer is a great thing to have. I mainly just display mine but occassionaly they fall off my shelf so sealer also helps protect from any possible dents or minor chips
I mainly use Mod Podge, for a while I was also using some leftover gloss spray-on clearcoat which worked well, might switch back to that.

holy crap, that is amazing.
For mats I just bought some foamboard, made to the same size as actual gym mats, old school style. I would cut them on alternate sides and reinforce the bend with mailing tape. They fold up just like gym mats, I have pics in the Arena thread. Theyre more or less the same scale thickness as mats, just need to paint them

thanks stinger. asparagus and ronin, i loved FMW, and not for the deathmatches. between hayabusa, mr. gannosuke, jensei shinzaki, jado and gedo, masato tanaka, mike awesome, terry funk, kuroda, ooya, and others; they had a fanstatic in ring product. not to mention the women's division of the mid to late 90's. and ronin, that MITB set me back a good bit, but was worth every penny simply for my new japan ring set up! I dont doubt it, I wish I could find one I could relatively afford

FMW was an underrated company with a lot of great talent, marred by the stigma of the deathmatches and garbage wrestling it is mostly known for, cant wait to see it.
cant wait to see stuff from your fig fed, that mat is an awesome start, Im way jealous of your MITB too lol

bit late for that lol 9 years are already taking a toll, partially cause of people who dont call spots and get me injured. I just need to get out of Colorado and move someplace where indy wrestling actually matters

I love it! What dimensions are you using? Im more or less assuming its an 18 foot ring, and just trying to figure out the specifics on my own, using an online calculator and a compass. Once I get the exact measurements nailed down Ill let you know. No one on here seems to know and Googling it doesnt yield much results either, if I can get the measurements right Id be happy to pass it on to whoever wants to do this

Been wanting to do this for years, but lack of time or money are a killer. Lately Ive been rethinking being a wrestler, tired of the various bullcrap, so I have more time for my customs which honestly is becoming the only thing I enjoy about wrestling anymore. Just the beginning Im not that familiar with their measurements so Im just spitballing it, going off of a standard 18 foot ring. Feels a bit small though, I think I need to switch the 18 foot measurement from apron to apron instead of corner to corner. Other than that Ive got things pretty well planned out, making blueprints and such. Feel excited to get this going. Anyone who might know measurements of a 6 sided ring would be a big help as well

lol you beat me to it
very nice. movements are good, very solid. my only thing is Sin Cara seems to be jumping a bit to high coming off the ropes, same with Kidd when he's taking the flip bump, but that might be the angle youre shooting from

not bad, maybe stitch it on instead of staples and maybe you could use a small piece of white fabric as an extention so the flag itself isnt wrapped around the pole, but Im just picky lol
