Joe in NJPW... They've already got too many foreigners plus New Japan never wanted to use him the entire time they were working with TNA. There's always ROH. If NJPW sees how well he could there they may like him over there for a tour.

Watched the crossover earlier today. I haven't laughed at anything featuring Family Guy or The Simpsons that hard for years. With what Lois said at the end, I really hope that the Simpsons come to Quahog. They could do a movie on the two shows, I feel like they could've done so much more in the episode. The car wash I was crying with laughter xD.

That's why SmackDown! was separate right? Smackdown was separate because in 2001-2002, WWE wanted to create its own competition and they had Steve Austin, The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, the Outsiders, Kurt Angle, Triple H, Chris Jericho etc etc on the roster. By 2011-2012, WWE no longer had the roster to support two separate major shows. The Smackdown crew was the B crew and Raw needed everyone decent to support the 3 hours. That's why the brand split ended. Either that or Triple H and his friend Mark were just having a laugh at how quickly the people who spent years saying end the brand split would start saying they wanted it back.Haha. It seems like they might be able to give it a trial run. Or at least not have everyone who was on RAW be on SmackDown!. I really hate seeing the United States and Intercontinental Champions teaming up on both shows when only a few years ago they were meant to be opposing champions of their respective brands.

Honestly, it might help. It would force their hand a bit in having to come up with more original ideas. Original ideas are worthless when they need stars to make money. WWE's roster doesn't have the main event depth to carry two brands -- if they did, they wouldn't have ended the brand split.Smackdown never had a separate production crew. If WWE could afford to run two different production crews, Smackdown would have been live for years. The entire reason it's taped on Tuesdays is because the production crew is already on the road from Raw on Mondays. That's why SmackDown! was separate right? Have some already established main event talent and bring some mid card guys up to main event status. Back in 2008 - 2009 RAW had Cena, Orton, Batista, Michaels, Big Show and a few young guys which they were bringing up like Miz, Kofi, Swagger. SmackDown! had Edge, Undertaker, Triple H, Mysterio, Kane and new stars like Punk, Hardy, Morrison, McIntyre. Although that mostly fell through due to 2010 being when the brand split started to crumble, I enjoyed it and SmackDown! built them up and they moved to RAW when they were ready. These days it's whoever Vince likes because of a move they do.

The brand split is needed again. My fondest memories of RAW and SmackDown! are from 2002 - 2004. The split was new and exciting. When RAW guys appeared on SmackDown! I instantly thought "HOLY S#!T! This is incredible!" Now I'm seeing Rollins, Ambrose, Orton, Sheamus, Ziggler, and Miz two or three times a week. It should be RAW guys on RAW, SmackDown! guys on SmackDown! A mix of top talent, tag teams and mid carders on Main Event, no more Superstars. I wouldn't de-unify the World/Tag Team Tiles. Along with the Divas Title I'd allow them on both brands, but only when a feud is happening with a RAW or SmackDown! guy.

We're supposed to still care about Punk? After he didn't show up at RAW in Chicago it should've been obvious that he was out.

Brand split, two house shows along with main shows a week except for overseas tours obviously. Off season would hurt WWE so much.

I don't think he'll reach that top of the mountain point, sadly... He's only a year younger than Cena. I feel like WWE considers Sheamus/Barrett/Ziggler/Kofi/Miz etc to be a failed generation and is looking solely at the guys like Shield and Bray Wyatt to be the top stars carrying the company forward. The failed generation thing is a very good point, considering about 3-4 years ago everyone always said they were going to be World Champions in a year it two, and here we are and none of them were, and if they were the dropped down the ladder quick.I actually remember watching an episode of SmackDown! in 2009 and thinking it would be odd to see Ziggler, Morrison, Miz, Bourne, and a few others in the main event scene and winning World Titles in a few years. Sadly it's about 5 years later and nothing has really changed in the main event scene.

They could've added something to Devitt. Finn Devitt maybe? King Devitt if he wins the World Title.

The problem is the crap booking and the fact that the wwe only pushes cena as a constant force in the main event. During the attitude era the wwe had 2 legit megastars, and about 5-6 other top names that were constantly being rotated in the main event. For the last 10 years cena has been the only constant the wwe will stick with. The other problem is the fact that the wwe doesn't care about anything outside of cena and the wwe title. Orton/Jericho should have been pushed as a big deal but they got no story and a rushed match. Mid carders haven't been important since about 2007/2008 and since the wwe ended the brand split the same thing has happened to other top names like sheamus and Orton. Give people a reason to care about these guys. And give us something new. Instead of lesnar and cena going at it a million times, give us lesnar/Orton or lesnar/sheamus. The wwe is seriously lacking top names and if this is true then loosing Orton would be a big blow to the wwe. While the iwc likes to think loosing punk was bad, it wasn't. The wwe didn't lose any sleep over it because punk was never pushed as a face of the company. Behind cena, Orton has been the #2 guy for years. Loosing him would be a bigger blow than loosing punk. Looking back on those times, that's one of the main reasons why it was so enjoyable. You'd have say Triple H as champion. He'd face Austin at Rumble - No Way Out. Rock from WrestleMania to Backlash. Angle Judgement Day - King of the Ring and so on until he would lose it to another wrestler who would face some of the previous guys plus up and comers like Jericho. Nine ing years it's been Cena vs monster, Cena vs big guy, Cena vs guy who clearly has no chance, Cena vs Orton, Cena vs veteran and repeat. We need a change. NXT follows the old format and it is much more entertaining. I hope Trip gets more of a say on the main roster, he knows how to do NXT pretty well.

With how often he has to work and his current role I'm not surprised.
WWE please bring back the brand split and make it good. You can't have your top talents work the TV Tapings, then 4 house shows. If they had 30 superstars for each brand, RAW works Monday - Wednesday, SmackDown! works Tuesday - Thursday that would good. House shows don't do that well anyway, only going from pics I see of the events where half the arena looks to be empty, the wrestling business isn't in huge demand right now anyway. And if they want their wrestlers to be happy and healthy and all that, how is having them on the road with no time to heal small injuries helping?

I think a Beast vs Celtic Warrior feud would help elevate Sheamus back into the main event scene. Have him be the one that almost gets Lesnar. I've wanted to see Sheamus in a bigger role for years, he can be the seasoned veteran main eventer, not Cena. What else can Cena realistically do as a main event talent? For the next few years I'd have the main event scene like this: Reigns, Ambrose, Rollins, Miz, Cody, maybe Sandow if he can find something good again apart from the stunt double, Ziggler, and Sheamus all changing who goes after the gold and who is champion. Not like a hot potato thing but a more fresher scene.

I really hate how after everything Nikki does, she looks at the crowd like she's expecting a standing ovation. She wasn't as bad as I was thinking. OP, that signature, my god

Love seeing posts like these. If only there was something like this in Australia, I'd probably camp outside whatever venue it would be held in for days haha.
Glad you had fun. I think anyone would be terrified if Vader all of a sudden yelled something at us.

Imagine Hunter in the ring cutting a promo, then suddenly the Arrow appears near the top of the titantron
"Triple H! You have failed this company! You claim to do what is best for business, yet you only use your power to satisfy your ego. The time has come for a new generation, for new stars, for new leaders. Still you refuse to give anyone other than your partners in the Authority a chance."
That would be so cool. Pretend that NXT doesn't exist during that Arrow promo, talking about solely the main roster here.

I don't believe he said either of those at the concert. He was just a lot of fun, cracking jokes with the crowd, and just seemed to be having a legit good time. You had a rarity then. I've seen Fozzy so many times and he's always used those two lines. But either way you can tell Jericho is living a dream up there, he's got crazy energy and is always having a blast up there. Never fails to be entertaining. I saw Fozzy live twice last year and out of all the bands I've seen which isn't a lot to be honest, Jericho, Rich, Billy, Paul and Frank were the most entertaining. The only thing they did twice was the "Fozzy Fozzy Fozzy! Oi! Oi! Oi!" bit. On topic, love hoe he just walks on set.

All of these "big diva release" threads are already more annoying than the WWE Magazine JOTM ones. At least the JOTM Threads are finished forever. Gonna be odd not seeing those.

Was she the one that was featured in a lot of photoshoots but never actually on NXT?
