A Bobby Roode elite would work in my opinion. Swap out the legs if you're not sold on the height. That would be basically perfect, thank you

I have been trying to figure out which figures actually have shorter legs (thighs) but its hard to tell from pictures. DO you know any good examples of smaller thighs that arent covered in pants (Like Rey) on some figures? Maybe a Daniel Bryan would do the trick? Those could possibly work, they’re just a little thin and they won’t convert to lace boots

There’s a separate page for basics and even the PPV specific lines and the two packs and basically everything WWE Mattel figures. It might not be complete, but it is extensive.

The best torso would be Apollo Crews elite, or the generic Buff Torso from Triple H, Lex Luger, Batista etc. you’ll want to find shorter legs though. You can heat up the figures in super hot water and pop the leg off the ball joint, then switch the legs. I’ve done that to get tons of custom combos of wrestlers of various heights. Depending on how much you want to paint, I’d just get a legends Luger elite off Mercari, then find shorter muscular legs to do a leg swap.

I have a Macho/Punk set that I keep taking to my table at toy shows, and it absolutely blows my mind that nobody ever bites on it for $3. Do you ship?

Cool, you could have also ridden a bike, drank a glass of water, or fecking chewed on glass, those would have been an equally enlightening and thoughtful response to something that clearly was not meant for you. Like, I’m not even mad, but why even say that? Did you not bother reading the first stinking line of text? I’m sad and just wanted to find other people to kind of appreciate little pocket sized wrestling figures. Literally go hug a dog or something. Dogs suck Well now you admit you need a therapist cause someone has hurt you beyond all reason.

I’m so alone and depressed, and just really wanna share about Rumblers. They weren’t perfect per se, but they moved so well and were nice to look at and the easiest line to collect and customize. I’m the only person with a Bruno Sammartino Rumbler custom lol. Y’all know I like to keep wrestling as traditional as possible so that we can still have wild and crazy, but this crazy little figure series just fit me like a glove.
So, I’m always thinking about who would make great sets for rumblers.
For example Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman: they made one title belt and a microphone accessory in the original run, so it wouldn’t be a challenge to include an update WWE title on Roman and a Mic for Paul. The Usos, even though they are now split, would make the most sense as a pairing since they were together for so long.
Bret Hart and Seth Rollins would be fun since the first line had some legends.
Street Profits(it’s still a kids line 😅) and I like them enough that they’d be good to fill out shows will. Damien Priest and Finn Balor Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier in a super decorative three pack that isn’t glue backing so you can save the cereal box type artwork. I know they haven’t done that in a while, but lots of fans still like New Day(myself included) and the cereal box concept would be fun to have in that form. Part of the most fun of the line was having a super small arena for Raw and Smackdown without it taking up an entire table and needing a hundred dollar cardboard backdrop to look nice.
Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair in some permutations of the four for the first women sets. Most of the packs were formatted as match ups or teams, so here are some good match ups Cody Rhodes Vs Solo Sikoa(to round out the bloodline Dominik Mysterio vs Rey Mysterio John Cena Vs Austin Theory Ricochet Vs Gunther Bobby Lashley Vs Sami Zayn for some variety Kevin Owens Vs Drew McIntyre Ricochet vs AJ Styles La Knight and Randy Orton for the novelty of the paring. Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns since the original line has multiples of top people. Also, The Rock and Steve Austin had figures in the original run, so I think there’s room and viability in including Rock, Austin, HHH, Mick Foley, Roddy Piper, Mr Perfect. a few legends in the line. I feel that with the right marketing, the line would be a viable collection for adult fans to have smaller figures, for fans who enjoy vinyl art toys, as well as the original 12 and under demographic. Also, a sort of shot in the dark idea I had, was a short YouTube series depicting the retired legends as active stars and having them feud in an animated mini WWE, would help sell more of the legends figures in the line in addition to the whole line as a concept.
One of the best elements of the first line were the rings. I still have several and have refurbished them to have foam padding under faux leather canvases. A new line could feature variations of starter ring sets with either Roman or Cody and a Rey Mysterio figure since every small child loves Rey. Some other small variations I think would help would be to include belts and chairs as accessories. One of the pitfalls of the first line was how often the main accessory was a trash can 🤣 And you could have a wrestlemania stage play set and arena accessories and use the stands to house your collection.

Rumblers Line Return. Cody and Solo Roman and Heyman Jimmy and Jey Gunther and Ricochet Seth Rollins and someone.
I know it’s a little silly, but I just loved mostly articulated, tiny wrestlers to collect.

Some figures just need a soak in really hot water. Not boiling, but the hottest your sink will run, then leave the figure in 6 inches deep of water so the heat retains, and leave it for two minutes, then slowly work the joint as close to the joint as possible. Don’t grab from the foot for the knee, and get all up in the groin to work the hips. It’s a figure, not an obgyn, so get in their close to the connection point. Excellent review and great action shots!

Has anyone done this since Mike Tenay retired? Like, lol, but it made me genuinely wonder how far removed we are from this being a thing that used to happen? And it's still yet to even be funny. I mean yeah, but I’m not gonna knock people for it. I’m too damn tired and I’m so happy that ableist bigot is gone.

Seriously, the Ali set is objectively an amazing marvel for wrestling fans and just people who collect action figures in general. like, just a figure nerd, I find this set amazing. Even if I knew nothing about wrestling, I’d love this set cause it’s Muhammad Ali, one of the most famous people ever and it’s loaded with cool hands and heads.

Hey! I recently got back into collecting and im trying to put together a bullet club collection. Of course there can be a bit of a size difference between mattel and jazwares, but Aj seems just fine compared to the elite. Adam cole however, is considerably shorter. Can someone point me in the direction of an appropriate figures boots or possibly lower leg that would make him a bit taller? I like elite 82 cole better than the Aew one with the giraffe neck! Elite fin Balors are relatively cheap on Mercari, and the parts are great for building other people. Those legs would work well and must easier to find than most.

Pretty sure it should always have been "Hit Man" although its not cosmetically pleasing. I dont believe the term/word "Hitman" is even in the dictionary. People always put words together that dont belong....Im still trying to figure out how people think "alot" is a real word. Dictionaries are not rule books, they’re records of what is identified as functional language. At some point “alot” will be documented in dictionaries because of its prevalence and “hitman” makes more sense as the formal term since everyone says it as a singular phrase.

I can just hear someone in some BS corporate position who has to be overly conscious of public image for either Mattel or WWE saying “we can’t have toys depicting the name of an assassin” so they space so it sounds like “he’s the man that hits people” and it’s just pure cringe 🤣🤣🤣
I’m amazed Vince didn’t see them in 85 and go “he needs a flashier presentation.” And after pairing the hart foundation, I’m surprised he didn’t “Okay pal, you’re not longer the hitman, you’re the Hit Maker! And you’re gonna be a wrestling Bass Guitarist! And Jim, you’re be the record breaker! And you’re gonna have 45s printed on your ass, and you’re gonna be the drummer, and You’re gonna be the new Rock and Wrestling duo and then Vince just snorts even more soda snow and starts laughing maniacally

I’ve seen several mean mark callous figures on Mercari, and a boot swap would make it pretty good for Snitsky. I’m surprised they haven’t given names to the most common Torsos, but a lot of people use Brock Lesnar elites(the trunk wearing ones) or they use the Triple H/classic bodybuilder torso elites as a base for Steiner. A good way to save money is to find a figure that’s scuffed up and scrub it to death with a magic eraser to clean off the marker or paint what boots for Snitsky swap? Mean Mark is about $4 at Dirt Cheap Maybe the tall boot mold used on like 80s/early 90s Hulk Hogan elites since that’s still tall but not as tall. You might have to trouble shoot that one since you need the figure ti be slightly shorter than Kane to be in scale
