flic.kr/p/NNKkbZHard to get s good pic, but the socket is totally fused to the peg. Heat would have done nothing. Especially since it was already twisted around prior to being removed from the package.

That why when you see a stiff hip joint you don't mess with it until you run them under hot water for a couple minutes for them to loosen up. Then you need to put them in a seated position and leave them either in the seated position or an outward splits position for 24 hours and they will be fine after that. Every Legends figure I purchased (which was at lease doubles of all) had stiff hips that I did that with and all are perfect since. It wasn't stiff. I'm experienced with how these parts work. The org itself was completely twisted around. The socket is totally fused to it. So while the leg appeared to be fine, once moved, you can clearly see the mangled peg.

Well if you are saying it was like that right out of the box, I don't think it would have been any different with the newer hips as it was messed up in the boxing. I doubt the leg wouldn't have been move since it was assembled. Contact where you purchased it for a replacement or Mattel for a voucher for you to by a replacement when it hits your area. The problem with the sockets is when they are stuck, the peg itself twists with it. There ball joints don't stick like that, as the assembly is much different.

And unfortunately Kofi's leg was mangled right out of the packaging. It was hanging down and when I was able to get him out of the box to check it out, the peg joint was completely twisted around. I really don't understand why Mattel continues to use the socket joints on the hips when they've already implemented the ball joints on so many figures. flic.kr/p/Q3cYATflic.kr/p/PtoTR3Edit: I tried to embed the images but they just disappear.

Finally got confirmation on my Kevin's owens with universal title. Weird thing is that I ordered this figure a week ago. And yet the AJ Styles and Asuka I ordered on day one, minute one, back in September, is still listed as pending. As someone who ordered a complete set within minutes of them being put up, that's pretty frustrating. I totally understand how swamped they must be, but why fulfill more recent orders first?

Has there been any solid confirmation of elite 47 being split into A and B?

You can give employees the upc posted in this thread earlier on Each Walmart I stopped at told me they have a quantity of 8 for each individual figure in the set. I really don't think we'll have any issue finding these if they're getting 8 of each at every store I'm certain that's not right. Even though they have different UPCs, they're all essentially the same. There's 8 figures in a case. Running each UPC would just bring up a quantity of 8.

Mattel is not turning away business in those 2 months. All the stuff that's been on preorder will be hitting mass retail during that time. They absolutely are. It's not a hard concept to grasp. No additional pre-orders = no money from people who would normally be pre-ordering the next series of Elites, Basics, etc. On this board, too many things need to be spelled out for people since it's clear they need their hand held for the simplest of statements. Read the words I say, not what you want me to have said or what you think I might've said. I guess I have to do dumb down my original point again here. Saying that Mattel is turning business away by not offering pre-orders for 7 weeks is not the same thing as saying Mattel won't be making money or that Mattel will have nothing to sell. It means exactly what I said and that is that Mattel would be turning away business by not putting pre-orders up. Instead of accepting people's money for their pre-order, Mattel has chosen not to accept their customers' money because they haven't put up new pre-orders. Unless you know of a way to magically make sales on a product that has not been made available to order, then Mattel is choosing to do without those sales for the time being, or turning away business. You can argue whether or not you think it's a foolish move, whether those 2 series will matter at all to the SDCC reveal, or whether doing business as usual is the way to go, but they are all different arguments. What you can't argue is that Mattel is in fact turning business away by delaying pre-orders for 2 months. Sellers such as RSC and other stores have already ordered their amounts from Matte. There is a set date they can be put up for order. The only people not making money in that time off of those particular sets are the sellers, not Mattel. Ringside not having preorders up does not mean mattel has not already sold them.

I don't think it's Ringside's call what goes up for pre-order and when. I'm sure they put up pre orders as soon as Mattel allows them to. Regardless, Mattel shouldn't want to have 2 months where they are turning away business because they are prioritizing a reveal (where dozens of series will be shown, removing E44 and B64 from the plan would make little to no difference) over revenue. Mattel is not turning away business in those 2 months. All the stuff that's been on preorder will be hitting mass retail during that time.

What's the chance of AJ Styles being in eilte 44? We just got Owens, whose been on Raw since last May. So no chance in hell Owens required a lot of unique parts though, where AJ would only need a new head. Could be pushed out quicker.

Ordered this and had a Becky added to my order the day they went up. No shipping notice yet, hope I get one today's. Will be a bummer if they don't come until after Memorial Day.

I have mine on two fold up tables since the scale ring is huge. Any pictures from far away to see the whole setup?

Going to manalapan target tommorow and gonna ask them to check the back. This is getting ridiculous already. At least they have hit NY They don't have them. Was there this morning. Manalapan and milltown got in mixed cases of waves 1/2. Nothing in back at either store. Had the mixed case pulled from milltown hoping it was wave 3. Manalapan was stacked with mixed on the shelf nothing in back.

Ive had mine for about two weeks, but no where big enough to set it up permanently. I've set it up on my living room floor once or twice just to admire. Next time I do I'll try to take a few pictures.
