Fantastic way for a brand ambassador to talk to the people who buy their products.

As long as they're not windowless. Besides seeing ones where the boxes already have the tape cut and having to be like "nope", I can't trust Mattel at all to not have someone's eyes painted on their forehead or 2 left feet or glue running down their torso. If I can't see the figure I won't buy it which is why I hold of preordering these.

I'm more pleased than not. Too much to want to break it all down but Steiner!!! I'm sweating bullets for how long they can crank out Rick and Scott before they inevitably get gone or implode.

That Razor scan is something I’ve been wanting them to do since alternate heads became a thing - the mid-match curly hair for guys like Hall,Hennig and Bret who only ever got their entrance look with hair slicked back. Not sure why people dislike it, it’s dead-on to how he looked during the match. Yeah, I'm not seeing the hate at all. That's so spot on for his facial features and expression. We've had so many Razor/ Hall figures with a straight face, smirk, or easy smile. I'm ready for these deeply expressive heads.

Every. Last. Reveal. Is. Beautiful. I'm speechless. I have a bad feeling for my wallet with this year's SDCC panel.

I haven’t seen an empty Walmart like that in a while. Mine are just sitting on Randy Orton top picks, Unrivaled 9, Unmatched 4, AEW exclusives. Why did every Walmart get solid cases if Randy Orton top picks? I've been to 7 Walmarts in the past couple weeks and they all had only that figure.

Its gonna be UE4 Shawn for me. What a iconic attire to waste on a figure with 2 of the suckiest heads Mattel has ever made. I have it to have it but man it sucks.

I want to eventually get some MOC autographed packages for wall decoration but for now I'm just a opener. I like posing and playing too much.

I'm noticing that the pads on the past couple series have been very soft. I never really had a problem with the way the old elbow pads were but I've got about six or so new figures recently that have the really soft pads and my Ultimate Razor was torn in the package. Based on how incredibly soft and thin they are I'm already a little bit concerned.

Maybe Ramen Toys can come in and make a better version of this crowdfund too.

The issue for me isn't the butterfly joints but rather the inconsistency of the quality between torsos. Ultimate 13 Hogan is probably my favorite Mattel WWE figure of all time. A dream come true and it looks great. Butterfly joints are smoothly integrated. Rey Mysterio looks like a mess though. I don't necessarily want to blanket and say yes because as it is it is flawed but rather yes if they can figure out a way to make all the bodies that have it also have clean silhouette.

It looks like a fruit rollup stuck to a figure.

Maven had a few Jakks figures back in the day. Even though the Ruthless line could be a good home for him does anyone care?

The headscans now are unbelievably awesome. Better than any other company in this price range, period.

I think my desire to fund this, besides money concerns, is going to be entirely decided by Mania Axxess this week and what they reveal. Like if they show some cool Steiner merch I'm not even going to care about this set.

I did when the formula was different. I still get them now but only if it is an attire that I absolutely love or a brand new head scan or a first time in the line figure.
The old formula was great. First time in line figures were always basics with the exception of flashbacks. You would get the basic and if that person was getting a strong enough push it would whet your appetite for an elite.
The articulation cut is not that big of a deal to me because the articulation was never great on a basic to begin with so what, it just got slightly worse. I really wasn't posing or playing around with them anyway so that never bothered me. It does feel like they also started cutting the deco down a ton and that's where I have an issue with the modern basics.
It just feels like nowadays we get very few first time in line figures, lots of missing paint apps and just a generally poor selection of characters. The old line used to be real John Cena heavy which was okay because he wore different colored shorts and shirts and armbands but now that Roman Reigns is the top dog and he's in just about every single set he always just has that same head scan and the same attires and oh occasionally his wrist guard changes color.

I will be honest that I didn't notice it but I also didnt pore over the photos that much. I might have noticed it in hand but then not cared. There is a acceptable level to me of small details being missing that I'd allow before I say no thanks.

It makes more sense then why the prices are so high. I didn't realize they hadn't been stateside. I randomly remembered the Scorpion King one day and looked him up on ebay and he was easily pushing $75.

I'll get back to you as soon as I find a Blue one. This is the second Legends set in a row where I look all the time and haven't gotten the chase.

I am mostly satisfied and the majority of their minor issues are no different than any other mass market company which leads me to believe that's just how it is in this price range.
The only big problem consistently plaguing the line is random black marks, dots, and scuffs and random arms that are too tight or too loose. That stuff really drives me up a wall.
The pros include some of the best headscans and likenesses on any line out there and the best digital painting. TrueFX is leaps and bounds better than what we see on Star Wars and Marvel Legends. TrueFX has application misfires but when it gets it right they're beautiful. The deep parts catalogue keeps the figures looking interesting too. No overuse of a mold like Bucky Cap in the Legends line.
Also, we're in year 13. The selection is hard to beat now. I think they've closed the gap fairly well between Jakks and them. The number of unique figures we've gotten from Mattel balances out what Jakks gave and Mattel has not been able to do.
