I don't know you who are but okay Dr. Phil. If I need a psychiatrist I'll make sure to give ya a call. Sorry I don't do outbound calls. Just go to your normal psychiatrist. Have a nice day. =)

I am an IP lawyer and literally almost every single post I read on here was completely wrong from the actual common law, codified law, and/or even IP-philisophical point of view. Rather than argue with a bunch of you or post and explain the copyright laws, I'm simply going to say that WWE/Randy Orton will counter that his tattoos were (1) work for hire in which the artist was specifically retained to create the works of art and/or (2) laches apply because she waited too long to assert her claim. Further, Orton selected the tattoos and she did the work under his supervision. Highly unlikely this gets litigated. For those that claim she doesn't have protectable copyright, you get a common law copyright the second you produce the artistic expression. You can't get treble damages (in a lawsuit) unless you have a federally registered copyright. For those claiming you can't copyright the image of someone's body, go do some research on how people combat revenge porn. My apologizes but I am quite interested. How would this work? How about intellectual property? Would this also apply here?

I hate people who make posts and are to lazy to post the article up and not just the link. Looks like someone here needs a nap. Calm down there hater. If you hate someone who just posts links you must have a HUGE hate list of other things. Why don't you just relax before you have a heart attack.

Next time I see him I'll ask him. Last I knew he didn't want to be on nxt. That and back when they wouldn't let him have his owmusic made. Well hope that he does since the timing maybe better than last time at NXT.

He was visiting. Hes done that before. Usually in Tennessee. True. He is free to do whatever but it just seems kinda cool that he was backstage. Who knows he may be there for another reason. =)

Seriously? A water bottle caused him to get stiches? Was it filled with concrete? If you watch the video the bottle cap hit directly his mouth causing him to require stitches inside his mouth not on the outside. So he was injured because someone felt the need to throw the bottle. It just so happen to catch him in a sensitive spot on his head.

Credit: www.thesun.co.uk/sport/5195094/wwe-news-kalisto-injured-bottle-attack/The high-flying star was smashed in the face by a full water bottle during the 205 Live show on Tuesday night. The shocking incident occurred when Kalisto, aged 31 and real name Emanuel Alejandro Rodriguez, was teaming with Gran Metalik in their DQ victory over Brian Kendrick and Jack Gallagher. Former Cruiserweight champ Kalisto was laying outside the ring after being attacked post-match when a bottle thrown from the crowd bounced off the floor and smack bang into his face. His wife, Abigail Rodriguez, posted an update on his status last night and shared a photo of her partner's injured lip. She wrote: "To the idiots who harmed my husband, the way you assaulted my husband was disgusting to say the least."Your actions caused harm and medical intervention was needed. "Second, I am in disbelief with those that think it's OK to ridicule (poke fun of) someone who lives their life to entertain others. "If it was you in the situation, you wouldn't be laughing now would you?! "What a way to spend our holidays! Stitches, MRI, and possible fracture, we don't know."

as i said in the other thread, I think it may have been just badly worded and he was merely saying that roode had made the jump to nxt.. "We have seen Bobby Roode everywhere. He is a champion in NXT, has made the jump. Bobby Roode, "The Glorious One" that they call him is everywhere, right here at Global Force Wrestling." ^^^^ Nope right there RIIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHHTTTT. There.

Credit: www.sportskeeda.com/wwe/gfw-nxt-news-gfw-claim-that-bobby-roode-left-nxt-and-made-the-jumpIn their latest broadcasted GFW Anthology Special, the GFW commentary team claimed that Bobby Roode 'made the jump' from NXT, omitting to mention the fact that the tapes were two years old. "We have seen Bobby Roode everywhere. He is a champion in NXT, has made the jump. Bobby Roode, "The Glorious One" that they call him is everywhere, right here at Global Force Wrestling." While it did not go out and say directly that Bobby Roode left NXT to join GFW, the commentary indirectly implied that Roode 'made the jump' from NXT to GFW. They also used the "The Glorious One" moniker which WWE created from the Roode's theme song, a whole year after the tapings. Its sad to know this is what direction they are going with.

This is a whole new level of crazy. He wants to take credit for not being the champion and that it was HIS decision to remove the title from him! This is a joke and he is making GFW a joke as well. Earlier today, word came down that Global Force Wrestling had stripped Alberto El Patron of its top title over how he handled domestic violence allegations stemming from an incident at an Orlando airport involving his girlfriend, WWE star Paige. A short time ago, El Patron issued a statement on his Instagram taking credit for the decision to do so: Credit: www.cagesideseats.com/2017/8/14/16147110/alberto-el-patron-gfw-title

From nodq, about what went into him being stripped Regarding Alberto El Patron being stripped of the GFW Title, it's believed that the Orlando airport incident wasn't the only factor in the decision. Apparently El Patron has been involved in other incidents backstage at GFW tapings that were not made public but were known about by people within the company. With GFW set to tape almost three months worth of Impact Wrestling shows later this week and fear of another incident happening, the decision was made to not risk having El Patron as champion. If thats the case then they were just looking for a reason to suspend him. I guess they were waiting for him to shoot his own foot at that point. Makes sense.

After being suspended by Global Force Wrestling back in July, the company has announced that Alberto El Patron has been stripped of his world championship. Alberto El Patron, known to WWE audiences as Alberto Del Rio, has just been stripped of his GFW World Championship following the conclusion of an investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident back in July.
The announcement was made on the official GFW webpage:
“GFW has concluded its internal consideration of the events surrounding the suspension of Alberto El Patron. While it is apparent that initial reports unfairly characterized El Patron’s involvement in the incident in the Orlando airport, we are nonetheless disappointed with the manor in which he dealt with this situation; we expect more decorum from all on the GFW roster, especially the World Champion. We have communicated with El Patron our decision to strip him of his championship title. No decision has been taken as to the date on which he will be reinstated to the roster, the conditions of which are a private matter between the company and El Patron.”

Sounds like a losing situation. Credit: www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2017/0730/629632/update-on-gfw-broken-universe-trademarks/All four Broken Universe-related trademarks that Global Force Wrestling filed for registration have been given an initial refusal by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), according to PWInsider. The trademarks, originally filed by TNA Entertainment (prior to the name change/re-brand), were refused for a variety of reasons. Matt Hardy filed the trademark for "Broken Matt Hardy" first, which the USPTO could see as confusingly similar. If GFW is going to get it, they'll have to prove there is no conflict between the two. They'll also need to indicate whether "Broken Matt" refers to a living person and if it does, Matt will have to sign off. Since Matt filed the trademark first, his application will hold precedence. The trademark for "Brother Nero" was refused because Global Force Wrestling failed to indicate whether or not it was to identify a living person. If it does, they will need the consent of Jeff Hardy, whose legal middle name is Nero. The trademark for "Broken Brilliance" was refused because GFW failed to specify whether or not the term has any significance in professional wrestling or if it is just a "term of art" in the wrestling business. It's likely the trademark for "Vanguard1" was refused because it is confusingly similar to a non wrestling-related trademark. Further, all four trademarks also received initial refusal because the wordings used for identification and classification of goods and services in the initial filing were too broad. The USPTO requested additional clarification.

It seems the company has taken another major hit, as Davey Richards announced his departure from GFW. On July 24th, Richards announced on Twitter that he came to terms with his release with GFW to pursue his dream of becoming a doctor. He went go on to say that there were no hard feelings between GFW and himself and that he wanted fans to continue to support them even after his departure. GFW has released a statement on the Lone Wolf, thanking Richards for all he's done. Former WWE Superstar Matt Morgan announced on the wrestling.inc podcast that he will be leaving GFW/Impact Wrestling. He mentioned that he had only signed with GFW under the impression that he would only be performing on the weekends but then they changed the taping dates to weekdays and are also planning to travel soon, which forced his hand with the decision. "So when I first talked to Jeff [Jarrett] about this, the idea was you know, you guys are 20 minutes from my house, you guys are there on the weekends. As long as you guys are there on the weekends I can do this." Wrestling News Co reports that Madison Rayne, Magnus, Brandi Rhodes, and Matt Morgan may have left the company. In case you didn’t know... Talents have been leaving GFW in droves since Anthem Sports acquired a majority interest in TNA Impact Wrestling back in January. The most notable people to have left the promotion thus far are The Hardy Boyz, Drew McIntyre, Maria Kanellis, Mike Bennett, Shane Helms and Al Snow among others.
