I'm pretty sure I heard that B.S.K stands for Back Stage Krew but I could be wrong.

Al Snow said that it stood for "Back Stage Krew", and that The Godfather, Mideon & Rikishi have the same ones.
But it could also stand for The Brotherhood of Solitary Knights (a biker gang).
It could also stand for Bone Street Krewe

People have claimed it means "Brotherhood Of Solitary Knights" or "Back Stage Krew" (which is a hip-hop reference), but Undertaker himself has never commented on it publicly."
