Henry Edwards is in the gym. He has a bottle of water in one hand and a towel in the other. Edwards is sweating showing the amount of effort he is putting into his training.Edwards: Many months ago I faced off against the legendary Steve Corino. During that match I felt something rip, I knew something was wrong. I was able to win the match and so keep my belt but two weeks later I would have to surrender that belt. I was depressed and miserable, everything I ever wanted and everything I had achieved was about to be taken away from me. I knew that it was going to be a long road back into the ring. Not just getting better but getting back in shape to step in the ring. So I trained and I trained knowing that the harder I work the closer I get to stepping in the ring. And now its here. The time is upon us for Henry Edwards, the 2010 MVP of SNW to return to the ring. Although I never lost the belt I knew that I wasn’t going to be offered an instant title shot. I have to work my way back up the ladder by stacking up the wins and this will start next week. At SNW’s anniversary show I will get back in the ring and I have been booked against a formidable opponent, Jack Powers. For both of us a win would certainly mean title contention and I know Powers wants that more than anything in the world. But the problem is, so do I. Another great show man. Two is shaping up really well. No surprise that Ace cost Pagano and his team the match in the main event. Love how you are building up Matthews, kind of reminds me of PTW in a way. Really hope you don't team Rejero and Williams because I still want to see a Williams FUSE title run. I could see the Gentlemen's Club finally dropping the tag belts to Hogan/Daniels, but wouldn't really be surprised either way. Keep it up.

Thought my team would win the match but at least I wasn't pinned. Hope my team with Jason isn't permanent. I've teamed with him in every sim! Good show

Love that I made it into the Magnificent 10 and made it past the first set of eliminations. This feud with Bret Thomas is great and I hope I retain in an awesome match at Two. Keep up the excellent work bro.

Two (Anniversary Show)The new SNW Owner, Marc Ryland makes his way out to thank the fans for coming to this special event. He then introduces a highlight package of FUSE/SNW which includes build up to most of tonight’s matches. 1) AirDevils vs. House of Cards vs. Cody Rejaro and Jason Williams vs. Adrenaline Boyz: The mystery team was SNW’s first ever Duos Champions, Steven Kagemann and a special one-off appearance by Super Extreme. There was some great spots including 7 consecutive dives to the floor ending with Jason hitting a springboard 630 onto everyone on the outside. Rejaro got the pin with Codebreaker on Spade. Henry Edwards was shown backstage in a private locker room. He was shown tying up his boots, putting on his wrist tape and adjusting his kickpads in preparation for his return to the ring. 2) X Jack vs. A.J Matthews: As soon as A.J entered the ring Jack pounced onto his former pal. Although usually the most aggressive of the two A.J decided to play mind games with Jack by exiting to the outside on three occasions. A.J dominated the last quarter of the match and eventually went for the Eastern Execution but he took too long holding Jack in the stalling suplex position which allowed Jack to get a knee and roll down into a small package. After the match Matthews argued with the referee while Jack celebrated. A.J then jumped Jack and locked in a Fujiwara Armbar which he refused to let go. Referee’s ran down trying to pull him off but they failed. A.J then let go with a sick smile on his face as Jack rolled around in agony. We then saw a clip of SNW Founder, Austin Aries who was backstage at ROH. He mockingly wished he could be in the FUSE arena but decided he didn’t want to waste his time. He said he was offered a spot against RevX later tonight but declined it for two reasons. One: he actually liked Revolution X and two: he hates Roderick and the Machine Guns. He said he is proud of many of his students and not so proud of others. 3) New Age Lady Killers vs. Diamond Fortune: The winners of this match would be next in line for a shot at the Duos titles so both teams tried everything to get the win. DF have evolved into a really great team and this match with the two time winners of the best team at the SNW awards really showed. Great back and forth action leading to a Pin Pointer on Diamond but Fortune broke it up. Minutes later the Neck/Splash combo gave Diamond Fortune the win. FUSE Champion, Kevin Hart was standing backstage. He talked briefly about his feud with Thomas. He said last time they met neither man could get the victory but tonight Hart will walk out of here with the title on his shoulder and a win against Bret Thomas. 4) FUSE: Kevin Hart vs. Bret Thomas: Great match to lead into intermission. Any of these pre-intermission matches could have easily co-main evented. Thomas was looking like a brute giving Hart little offence early on. Hart built up a wave of momentum but went for the 450 too early giving Thomas the advantage. The action continued until Hart found enough strength to go for another 450 Splash but he missed this one again however he was lucky enough to counter Thomas’s move into a Sharpshooter for a submission victory. Intermission. AirDevils, Cody Rejaro, Jason Williams, the Lady Killers and FUSE Champion Kevin Hart came out to meet and greet the fans. A few fans chanted for Rejaro to sing which of course he accepted. Rejaro led the crowd into his own rendition of ‘Don’t Stop Believing.’ “Seriously we need to get new music” Cody exclaimed at the end of the song. Before we kicked off the second half of the show we saw former SNW World Champion Henry Edwards training backstage. He was with his trainer working the kickpads. 5) Elimination: Revolution X vs. Roderick Strong, PAC and the Motor City Machine Guns: The faces got a huge reception from the fans in the FUSE arena. Great action, first eliminated was LyNN after a Corkscrew SSP from PAC. PAC was then eliminated five minutes later after a Devinity from Jordan. Safu was out next after a ASCS Rush from the Guns. Chris Sabin was then eliminated following a Last Minute Orders from Hammers. Strong got taken out after Amy distracted the referee leading to a low blow and a roll-up from Devine. Against the two on one odds Shelley managed to take out Devine with a Shiranui. After a great 4 minutes of action Hammers put away Shelley with one more LMO. After Revolution X had left the four ‘friends of SNW’ got a standing ovation from the crowd. Strong and Shelley both got on the mic and put over the SNW wrestlers. Shelley also hinted that he had his eye on the Duos titles. The Gentlemen’s Club were backstage still dressed in suits with champagne. Jacobs said they didn’t need to get ready until right before their match because after all the match will only last a few minutes. Bockwinkel cut another one of his great promos directed at Hogan and Daniels. After Powers’ entrance we saw Edwards’s long walk to the ring. He was accompanied alongside with his trainer. Building up his return to the ring. 6) Henry Edwards vs. Jack Powers: Edwards got the biggest pop of the night on his return to the ring. Edwards’ entrance had a MMA feel to it, he was with his trainer. Right after they shook hands the match began. Of course Edwards wasn’t on top form after being away from the ring but putting up against Powers was a great idea. It looks like Edwards has been doing some MMA training which has really widened his repertoire. The action was great with some of the best ground action we have seen in SNW. In the end Powers choose his Choke-Out submission to put away Edwards but Edwards was able to transition it into a Crossface to make Powers submit. After the match both men were exhausted on the ground. The match had gone past the time-limit but was sanctioned to continue by Marc Ryland. Pre-match Powers seemed upset but still shook his opponents hand. Edwards took the mic and talked about his injury and how he came back from it. He thanked the crowd for supporting his and told “whoever leaves champion tonight” to watch their backs. 7) DUOS: The Gentlemen’s Club vs. Mike Hogan and Christopher Daniels: Great tag match, Hogan has rapidly improved under Daniels guidance. Hogan and Daniels displayed some great tag moves and nearly put the champions away. A Bockwinkel Special on Daniels was broken up by Hogan and a Angels Wings on Jacobs was broken up by Bockwinkel. The end came when Daniels was caught with two knees after attempting the BME, which sent him to the outside. Hogan tried to get the win but with his partner on the outside he fell to the numbers advantage, falling prey to an assisted Bockwinkel Special. A promo video was then shown of the feud between Ace Bennett and Evan Pagano which has raged on for nearly half a year over the reigns of three World Champions. The video also had clips of both men backstage saying why they were going to win. We also had clips with SNW wrestlers predicting who they thought would win. Aries, Strong and Shelley also made their predictions. 8) SNW: Ace Bennett vs. Evan Pagano: Amazing main event and a great way to top off the show. This match of the night will defiantly be in the top 25 matches in SNW history. Like their other encounters this match was a fast paced affair. But as they haven’t faced off in such a long time the match was fresh with lots of new offence. Bennett’s Syracuse Dropped was countered and his Shining Wizard was blocked, it looked like the champion wouldn’t be walking home with the belt. It especially didn’t look good for Ace after Pagano hit the Calling. Luckily Bennett’s hand dropped over the top rope and by the time Evan pulled him into the middle of the ring for another pin Bennett had recovered and kicked out. After much more great action Bennett was able to lock in his new submission, the Muto Lock. Pagano tried to escape but exhausted he couldn’t counter or pull himself to the ropes and eventually submitted. Although hurting and fatigued Bennett still found a way to get to his feet and gloat about his win. Bennett even did a lap of victory around the centre of the ring. This all stopped when Bennett was interrupted by the guitar riff of Iron Madien’s ‘The Trooper’. Bennett looked up at the entrance and saw Henry Edwards appear. With one simple stare Edwards told Bennett that he was coming for his title.

NewsHenry Edwards returned to SNW after being sidelined with an injury for months with a whole new side of him. Edwards gave his first return interview today with a online wrestling website, Edwards said that while he was away he got really into UFC/MMA. When Edwards was fit enough to train he went to train in MMA training camp, Xtreme Couture. There Edwards learnt to incorporate MMA into his wrestling and he also became good friends with many UFC stars most notably Forrest Griffin. Edwards isn’t expected to be thrown into a title fight with Ace Bennett yet. Ryland wants to have a big build up to this feud and it to be billed as a ‘first time ever match.’ It is expected that Bennett will rack up a few defences while Edwards builds his way up to a title fight with Bennett. Another reason for this is for Edwards to shake off some ring rust and get into the swing of things. One of Marc Ryland first changes when he became owner was to change the time limit from 30 minutes to 20 minutes. Now Ryland has changed the time limit back to 30 minutes. This change comes after a recent event, ‘Two’ where three matches went over the time limit. Instead of stopping the matches Ryland continued the match. World Title matches will continue with no time limits. Some SNW fans are wondering why A.J Matthews used a Fujiwara Armbar rather than a Crossface on X Jack following their match. The reasoning behind this is that A.J was asked to change his finisher now that Henry Edwards has returned as SNW don’t want two wrestlers using the same finisher. A.J is expected to continue using the Fujiwara Armbar from now on. Plans for Mike Hogan and Christopher Daniels apparently changed for ‘Two.’ Original plans called for the team was to take the titles off the Gentlemen’s Club. However this was changed after Daniels decided to return to TNA. It is likely that ‘Two’ was Daniels’ last SNW appearance. --- Student application form will be up after replies.

Nice show, can't really reply much because I'm in college right now for a couple weeks, but I will say that I'm glad Ace retained the title. Won't be surprised to see Edwards dethrone him.

Sounds like my match with Thomas was great as I expected. Loved that even though I missed the 450 twice, I still found a way to win. The team of Strong, PAC & The Motor City Machine Guns is amazing, so RevX beating them is huge. Also, great main event, and nice to see the return of Henry Edwards, especially with a new MMA style.

The main event scene is heating up pretty nicely. I wonder who Jacobs and Bockwinkel will defend their titles against next.
