Cherry BombDark Match) X Matt and Travis Cantrell vs. Christopher Jackal and Christopher Kennedy Jones: The pre-show kicked off with tag team action. The highflying team of Matt and Travis took on the Christopher’s. Obviously all men were sloppy the team of Matt and Travis botched many of their highflying moves. Jackal has been in SNW briefly before but still looks green. Matt wins with the most messed up Phoenix Splash I have ever seen, he calls it the Golden Gate Crasher. Dark Match) Phenom vs. Riley Shamrock: The first singles match of the third class was a decent affair. They weren’t given much time which was a blessing. Phenom plays a kind of Gangster character while Shamrock is your squeaky clean baby face. The third generation star picks up the win with an old school Crossface Chickenwing called an Ode to Shamrock. The main show started with Revolution X (minus Safu) walking to the ring. Hammers said that Safu will not be here tonight and it looks like he will be out for a while. Hammers said he will have revenge on Pagano but tonight he looks to end the little part Edwards has had since returning. 1) X Jack vs. Steven Kagemann: X Matt’s brother was also in action tonight taking on the psycho Kagemann. This match would shape who would go for the FUSE title in the future. A good fast paced contest which ended when A.J Matthews distracted Jack causing a kick to the back of the head and a DeathDriver for a win for Kagemann. Post match A.J entered the ring and hit an Eastern Execution on Jack. He then locked in the Fujiwara Armbar. Kagemann then started stomping on Jack’s head while he was still in the hold! Kevin Hart ran out and made the save. He scared off A.J and threw Kagemann from the ring. He checked on Jack and told Jason that there’s no way he’s taking the title from him. 2) AirDevils vs. New Age Lady Killers: A good back and forth tag match. There was some comedy at first which we haven’t seen a lot of from the Lady Killers recently. The Devils continued to prove why they are the fastest team in the world with their super fast paced offence. However the Lady Killers took it down to their pace hitting the Pin Pointer for a victory. 3) Evan Pagano vs. Cody Rejaro: A decent match until it was spoilt by interference from Bret Thomas, which caused a quick double DQ. Thomas hit a ScrewDriver on Rejaro before tossing him out of the ring. Thomas then turned his attention to Pagano, who he seems to have come out for. Thomas hit three of his Gory Rack Piledrivers on Pagano before leaving with a sickening smile on his face. Intermission. It was announced that the second half would contain a Duos title match, a six-man tag contest and a SNW World title match. 4) DUOS: Gentlemen’s Club vs. Diamond Fortune: As the teams made their entrances the fans were confused who to cheer for but Bockwinkel made his feelings clear. He told the fans that he would prefer them to boo because it only gets his blood pumping. He carried on cutting a promo until the referee had to physically take the microphone away from him. The match was very good with lots of good action. The crowd took to cheering Bockwinkel and Jacobs as they continually got annoyed at the fans support. The champions regained yet again after narrowly avoiding the Neckbreaker/Frogsplash and scoring the win with a school boy from Jacobs. The Lady Killers appeared at the entrance way. The Lady Killers said that the Club have proven they can beat any team one-on-one... “or would that be two-on-two?” said Parkland confusingly. Sinn then asked how Bockwinkel and Jacobs would do if the match was a two-on-two...on two. Bockwinkel said the Club was upto any challenge and booked the match for two weeks time. 5) Revolution X vs. Henry Edwards, Jack Powers and Mike Hogan: Hammers, Devine and LyNN represented RevX with Amy at ringside. RevX seemed freakishly focused on getting the win, it must be the pep talk Hammers gave backstage. Edwards was good as usual but LyNN wanted to beat Edwards to make up for his loss last week. Hogan was impressive hanging with the main eventers although RevX saw him as the week link and picked on him. In the end it wasn’t Hogan who took the pinfall but Powers who pushed Edwards out the way of the Lariat only to be hit by it himself. Devine was able to hold back Edwards while Hammer made the pin. After the match Hammers challenged Evan Pagano to a match next week for what he did to Safu. He said if he doesn’t accept then he’ll find himself in a 3 on 1 handicap match backstage. RevX then left and Edwards checked on Powers. Edwards went to help up his partner who took Hammers’ Lariat for him but Powers just walked out on him. 6) SNW: Ace Bennett vs. Drake Younger: A really good main event which topped off a good night of SNW action. On paper this was a clash of styles but they complemented each other very well. Ace tried some brawling on the outside and even in the crowd while Drake was able to wrestle with Ace cleanly on the mat well. The action went back and forth with Drake teasing a top rope Drake’s Landing but Bennett reversed it into a Syracuse Dropped. Holding his neck and back Bennett limped to the back. As he was by the entrance Drake grabbed a mic. He told Ace not to go anywhere. Firstly he thanked the crowd for turning up, being a great crowd and supporting him. As the crowd chanted “Please come back” to the Psycho Shooter Younger said “So how about it Ace? We on for a rematch?” Ace didn’t give a response and left.

BLOCKBUSTER MATCHES SIGNED FOR NEXT WEEKNext week’s SNW show titled “Life on a Loo Roll” will be headlined by some major matches. After not answering Drake Younger’s challenge last week SNW officials have decided that Younger will indeed get his rematch with Ace Bennett for the SNW World Title. However this time the match will have no rules. This will favour Younger but Bennett must prove to be a versatile champ to regain the gold in SNW. The semi-main event of the evening will be Chris Hammers taking on Evan Pagano. Pagano unintentionally injured Safu and now the Revoultion X leader wants vengeance on the man who injured his Samoan warrior. As per Pagano’s orders the rest of RevX will be banned from ringside. Due to the bad blood in this contest SNW management has decided to make this also a no rules match. The final blockbuster match on this already stacked card will be for the FUSE title as Kevin Hart takes on Steven Kagemann. Also on the card A.J Matthews and X Jack will face off in tag team action. The Duos Champions, the Gentlemen’s Club, Diamond Fortune and the New Age Lady Killers will all have the night off to prepare for their battle next week for the Duos titles. Safu’s injury looks like it will keep him out of action for up to four months. Red Dragon has been signed for a future SNW event alongside his long-time partner Assassin. It is unknown who the Red Assassins will be booked against at this time. Below is a disturbing video which was sent to SNW. As a result Kevin Steen will face Henry Edwards in a weeks time. Steve Corino is in front of a white brick wall wearing a Pro Wrestling NOAH T-Shirt. Behind him is some signs written in Japanese.Corino: It’s the “King of Old School” Steve Cornio and for those with the intelligence of a dead otter I am in Japan. The reason I am in Japan is because I am competing in Pro Wrestling NOAH. But don’t think that even for a second just because I’m in Japan I don’t know what’s going on in the states because STEVE CORINO KNOWS ALL! I know that a certain wrestler named Henry Edwards has returned to a certain promotion named Sims National Wrestling. Since coming back Mr. Edwards has proclaimed that he is gunning for the SNW World Title, the top title in SNW. But he shouldn’t because many, many months ago Edwards got in the ring with one of the greatest wrestlers alive... no wait THE greatest wrestlers alive. And during that match Mr. Edward hurt himself which resulted in him taking time off SNW, vacating the SNW title and losing his income. But who was that miraculous guy who put the undefeated champion on the shelf? Oh wait, it was me (laughs) so the thing is Eddy I don’t want you going for that title. Heh, I don’t even want you wrestling. Hell, I don’t even want you standing. I want you to be crippled on your back riddled with AIDS being fed though a tube. Why? Because I’m Steve f’cking Corino and when I hate someone, I really hate someone and Edwards I hate you. So what I’m gonna do is send a little present in the form of Kevin Steen. See Steens gonna make sure that your going to be lying on you back crippled, hurt and eating though a tube. Just so when I return to America I can come and visit and shove that tube right up your little gay boy a$$. Why because I’m Steve f’cking Corino.

Student Report #1This is the first ever student report. It’s too early to give the students ratings as we’ve only been training for two weeks. The ratings will offically start next week. Hopefully this report will help you understand the third class better. Overall their all working hard (with a few exceptions, see below) I can see a few stars in the making but it’s a long way off yet. Marc RylandTravis Cantrell: This Canadian likes to fly however he’s got a long way until he can master the top rope moves. He’s a laid back guy who is so far listening well. Christopher Jackal: He has been in SNW before but only briefly so he only learnt little. He has a little bit of MMA experience which we are trying to incorporate into his style. The problem with Jackal is his attitude. Jonny Quinn: The youngest student in the third class, possibly the most focused guy as well. He has a great attitude and always wants to learn. Christopher Kennedy Jones: Like the other Christopher this student suffer from attitude problems but not aggressive. He believes he’s better than not only the students but the SNW roster. X Matt: The brother of current SNW wrestler, X Jack. Still has a long way to go yet like the rest of the students. Suffers from the same problems as Cantrell. Phenom: This student is a bit of a wildcard. Some days he’ll be focused and listen to everything you say, other days you won’t see him as he skips training. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: The guy is very good looking and is a real hit with the ladies. He’ll be a good character in the ring. The problem is he doesn’t speak a word of English. Riley Shamrock: A third generation star and comes from a family of big stars. Already you can see this guy has the it factor. Like the other students give him time and he’ll do great. Zakk Static: The only thing we know about this student at the moment is that he has a real bad attitude. Anything you say to him he turns into an argument which will not help in here in SNW. Zeke: The largest competitor and like Jackal he has been in SNW before. He was part of X Jack’s evil stable in the second class. Zeke didn’t do much apart from stand around and look like the muscle.

Haha, Travis' match sounded terrible. At least his team got the win. Hope he improves in the ring and can be one of the first new students to be called up. Interesting to see Safu out, probably an injury, wonder what dynamic that will have on Rev X while he's out. Still really enjoying the FUSE title scene, really hope it ends with a huge Four Way Match with Hart, X Jack, Kagemann, and Matthews. Seems like Pagano is busy with Rev X, so I'm surpised to see Thomas get involved in the match with Rejero. Meh at the Club retaining against Diamond Fortune, seems like that reign has run its course tbh. I'm waiting for the hopefully eventual Bock/Jacobs feud. Lady Killers/Club seems alright, but I really wish there was a different team in the tag division challenging right now. Honestly surprised to see Edwards' team lose, but the Powers pinfall and possible heel turn could freshen him up a bit. Great main event with Ace retaining the belt against Younger. Not familiar with Younger, but it seemed like a good enough match with Ace out of his element.
First paragraph has a pretty major typo where Evolve officials have a say on what goes on in SNW. Younger/Bennett 2 should be pretty good. Hopefully Ace retains. Hammers/Pagano should also be good, hoping this is the blow off because of this new thing between Pagano and Thomas. Hart/Kagemann should be good, but like I said I hope it blows off in a Four Way so Hart doesn't look as weak in what I'm guessing will be his big push to the main event. Matthews/X Jack should be good also. A Corino/Edwards feud prior to the Bennett/Edwards feud kicking off would be awesome, and hopefully you go that way. Steen/Edwards is a good way to start the feud off.
Good to see Cantrell doing decently in developmental. Hopefully he can soon stand out and be good, by the sounds of it, I could see a potential X Matt/Cantrell team, which could be alright. Keep this up man. As you can tell by the reply, I'm a huge fan haha.

Loved the show, dark matches and the student reports are a good way to develop the characters. I have a feeling Riley might be the first call up whenever that may be. I agree with Ace that the Club has run its course and a feud is completely expected. I think I know whats coming between RevX/Pagano/Thomas but I look forward to that. I feel Kevin Hart is the next SNW champ. Great job please keep up on this.

from the blog of Jonny Quinn:
So, I had my first (pro) wrestling match. Everyone was there: Mom, Dad, Jason, and even Taylor got the night off. Even though most of the crowd doesn't know who we are, my family got a small portion of the crowd to chant "Quinn!"
Alot of us teamed up against Zeke, in the typical "getting the big man out" spot. I was one of the final two along with Zakk Static (who got to wrestle in the main show). After the match, I hang out with X Matt and his brother until he had to leave for him match.
All in all, I'm really excited to finally go pro and learn everything I can from all those who will help. Now I got to get some sleep for the first day of my senior year.

-X Jack over Kagemann is nice. He and his brother in SNW together is cool. -AirDevils over New Age Lady Killers is huge. I read over this diary a few times and heard of the NALK. I think they were tag team of the year. -Also heard of Rejero and Pageano. Bret Thomas interfering could set up some nice feuds. -Unsure who is on the Gentlemen's Club and the Diamond Fortune but I'm sure it was good whoever won. -Yeah I've heard of Henry Edwards. Isn't he like one of the biggest stars in SNW. Well which ever way it goes Hammer making the pin is fine. -Ace Bennett over Younger sounds good. Nice main event.
Good show; for a first reply, I think I did alright. That's just me. This could have been horrible. But still, really enjoyed this.

Life on a Loo RollDark Match) Jonny Quinn vs. Zeke: The show kicked off with the young Jonny Quinn taking on big Zeke. Better than last weeks contest’s but only slightly. Quinn played your typical quick paced babyface while Zeke was the heel who used his power to control Quinn. A quick package from Quinn earned him a victory. Dark Match) Cody Rejaro vs. Zakk Static: This match comes about after Zakk screwed Cody on the main show. It was basically Rejaro showing Zakk who’s boss. Of course Cody is not a student he only appeared on the dark show to beat up Zakk after finishing him off with a discus clothesline. Chris Hammers and the rest of Revolution X enter. Hammers said he will make Evan Pagano pay for injuring his good friend, Safu (who is absent) 1) AirDevils and X Jack vs. House of Cards and A.J Matthews: A really fun match for an opener the main focus was on rivals Jack and A.J. A.J didn’t actually wrestle he took a seat at ringside until he entered attacking the AirDevils. Jack fought back sgainst him and until A.J exited the ring to get a chair to hit Jack when his back was turned. 2) Jacob Ryler vs. Bret Thomas vs. Jason Williams: A fun three-way match up combining three types of wrestling in one match-up. Jason used his daredevil offence, Thomas used his brute strength while Ryler put his technical abilities to use. The end came as Thomas had Ryler in the Fall then Jason flew off hitting a double stomp to Ryler! Thomas then hit the Fall the threw Jason from the ring for the win. The SNW Duos Champions, The Gentlemen’s Club walked out to address the fans in their suits. Jacobs said that they’ve noticed some extra boo’s from the crowd recently. Bockwinkel explains that this is because some of the fans believe that they’ve had the title too long. Bock goes onto say that they will hold onto the titles for a long time so the fans better get used to it. He is interrupted by a video showed on a projector. It’s of Red Dragon who said he’s signed to return to SNW in three weeks. Dragon said he will challenge for the Duos titles. The camera pans out to reveal Assassin who says that the Red Assassins will beat Bock and Jacobs one more time. Jacobs and Bockwinkel started to freak out in the ring. 3) Revolution X vs. Jack Powers and Henry Edwards: Representing RevX were Devine and LyNN. The downfall of Powers and Edwards team was that Powers didn’t trust Edwards after what happened last week. The end came as Powers locked in the Immortality and Edwards locked in the Crossface but Devine pushed Edwards off into Powers breaking both holds. This led to Powers shouting at Edwards leading to a roll up on Edwards and Powers being attacked on the outside. Intermission. The show announced for 3 weeks time which includes the Duos titles match is named “Burn it to the Ground.” Next week Steve Corino sends Kevin Steen to face Henry Edwards 4) FUSE: Kevin Hart vs. Steven Kagemann: A very good match between these midcard competitors. Hart took control with his scientific abilities wearing down “SNW’s Resident Psycho.” Kagemann gave it his all trying to win the title with his stiff kicks and ariel offence. Kagemann blocked the 450 Splash and got a roll up luckily Hart rolled through and locked in a Sharpshooter for a victory. Evan Pagano was in a quick backstage segment. He was walking down the corridor and Ace Bennett appeared. Bennett said how Pagano has had a “fall from grace” since he defeated him. He told him to be more careful in the ring and told him to “try” not to injure Hammers tonight. Bennett walked off laughing at his mind games completed. 5) No Rules: Chris Hammers vs. Evan Pagano: A really fun match, the no rules element didn’t really come into effect in this match apart from a few chair shots. Another ruling was that RevX was not allowed to interfere which left Hammers at a disadvantage. The match was very solid and ended when Bret Thomas smacked Pagano with a chair and Hammers made the count. Post match, Hammers was afraid Thomas might attack him, so it was obvious they weren’t in cahoots. Thomas left but not before shouting something at Pagano. After Thomas left Hammers took his turn to shout at Pagano then picked him up hitting a Last Minute Orders onto a chair. Pagano was later helped to the back. 6) SNW: No Rules: Ace Bennett vs. Drake Younger: This match really lived up to the no rules stipulation. The action started on the outside as Bennett attacked Younger. The match went through the crowd including a suplex onto chairs and then Ace entered the ring. Bennett didn’t stop there and tried to dive from the ring into the crowd but Drake smashed Bennett in mid-air with a chair. The action went into the ring and was very even from then on with both men using weapons. Big spots included a ace crusher from a ladder and Ace using the only ultraviolent weapon on Drake by kicking a lightube into his face. Ace won with a Syracuse Dropped through a table.

Awesome show. Cool to see Ace retain the title once again against Younger. Would be cool to see 3 or 4 more defenses against indy guys before moving on to Edwards or Pagano, who I could see either of them taking the belt away. Glad to see Hart retain the strap, but could see him dropping it very soon to Matthews, X Jack, or Kagemann, though preferably Kagemann because he's deserved a singles title for a very long time. Could see something big for Thomas in the Pagano/Thomas feud, but really hoping Pagano comes out on top. Surprised to see you put Rev X over in a match that was so close to Edwards' big face off with Steen and Corino. Students wise, it looks like Static and Quinn are the two stand outs thus far. Would love to see Cantrell become one of those himself. Keep up the great work.

Down for the CountDark Match) Christopher Jackal vs. Riley Shamrock vs. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: The first three way bout of the third class. Still the students are sloppy, problems all around with the language barrier of Rodiguez. Jackal didn’t sell much at all while Shamrock tried his best to pull off a decent match. Rodriguez gets a sunset flip win on Jackal. Dark Match) Travis Cantrell and X Matt vs. Christopher Kennedy Jones and Phenom: This is the second tome Travis and Matt have teamed up its due to them becoming friends outside the ring. Jones lost last time he was against these two but had the gangsta Phenom by his side. More sloppy action with badly blown spots from Matt and Travis ending with Travis nearly landing on his neck after a SSP. 1) Cody Rejero vs. Drew Parkland vs. Mike Hogan vs. Jordan Devine: The main show started in a four way between four men who are not really doing anything at the moment. Rejaro and Parkland reformed their brief team for a moment before splitting again after more arguing over which is better: Pepsi or beer. Hogan gets the win with a Futurism on Cody. Post match Devine grabs the ring bell and smashes Hogan with it. Devine tells him that if they met one-on-one Devine would have won. He challenged him to a singles match next week. The Duos Champions then came out and looked scared. Bockwinkel said that he’s found out that the Red Assassins are in the building. This got a loud response from the crowd. Their music hit but two smaller guys came out in blue masks claiming to be the Blue Assassins. 2) DUOS: The Gentlemen’s Club vs. The Blue Assassins: The Club just messed around with the jobbers (who I could identify as the AirDevils due to their small stature) Bockwinkel teased the wrestler named Blue Dragon finally putting the mockery of a title match to an end with a Bockwinkel Special. Kevin Steen was backstage and delivered an impact felt promo to Henry Edwards telling him he was called to come here to destroy him and that’s exactly what he’ll do tonight. 3) Chris Hammers vs. Daniel Sinn: A really good match, not top 25 category but still a highly rated contest. When the Lady Killers do stop teaming (let’s hope that’s far away) Sinn could easily become a good singles competitor as all his singles matches are quite good. However it was Hammers with a running powerbomb then a Lariar which earned him a win. Intermission. Our ring announcer told us to check the SNW website tomorrow for a huge announcement concerning the tag division. 4) Diamond Fortune, Ace Bennet and Steven Kagemann vs. Jack Powers, Kevin Hart, Jason Williams and Jacob Ryler: A blockbuster 8-man tag match, lots of action from the bell. Jason and Kagemann supplied the high risks, Diamond Fortune showed some good tag moves while Powers, Hart and Ace delivered their excellent scientific wrestling. As ever the Bennett/Hart portion was the highlight. Hart had the Sharpshooter locked in but Bennett hit a springboard dropkick and locked in a Muto Lock for the submission victory. Evan Pagano made his way to the ring in a shirt and jeans and asked Bret Thomas to come out. Thomas did and Pagano asked Thomas why he attacked him. He guessed it was Hammers who paid him off. Thomas denied this and told Pagano he was sick of seeing him getting title shots and main eventing shows. Thomas said it should be his spot and he wants to take it away from Evan. Thomas then attacked but Pagano smashed him with the mic busting him open and sending him retreating. 5) X Jack vs. A.J Matthews: The rivals clashed in their first encounter since the anniversary show. This was given lots of time due to its placement on the card and both men relished in the opportunity. The match dragged a little in the middle showing that both men still have a while to go before they main event shows. Jack tried for the X but A.J countered into three consecutive powerbombs and then transitioned into a Fujiwara Armbar to win via submission. Matthews was exhausted from the match and left unassisted. X Jack was knocked out cold and the staff and students helped him to the back. 6) Henry Edwards vs. Kevin Steen: What a match to end of a terrific night. The intensity in this match was sky high both men came out like they wanted to murder each other. Every strike was hard, every suplex was stiff and every drop could have killed any normal man. Edwards was busted open the hardway following some punches from Steen. Steen kicked out of the H.E Driver and Edwards got an arm up to the Package Piledriver so both men tried for their secondary finishers which were the same move, the Crossface. Both men knew multiple counters to the move and traded locking in Crossfaces for around 5 minutes of the match-up. In the end Steen ran out of counters and Edwards wouldn’t let him move an inch which made Steen tap out. Post match Edwards somehow leapt to his feet screaming at the crowd who were on their feet supporting him. Edwards slowly faded and fell to his knees before slowly exiting on such a highly competitive match. Steen had already left before the crowd could thank him for his efforts.

BREAKING NEWS: BEST OF DUOS RETURNSThe highlight of the tag team calendar returns for 2010. The Best of Duos tournament returns but with a different twist. The current SNW Duos Champions (Mike Bockwinkel and Nick Jacobs of the Gentlemen’s Club) have fought off all competitors and the Best of Duos have been announced to give the Gentlemen’s Club the ultimate challenge. Last year the whole contest was held over two nights however this year there will only be one. The demand for spots will also be higher as the completion drops from 16 teams to 8. 3 of the 8 teams will be announced by SNW over to upcoming weeks. The remaining 5 spots will be fought out on SNW shows and will be exclusive to SNW talent. The reigning Best of the Duos, the New Age Lady Killers will not be automatically entered and will have to earn their spot. SNW has confirmed that like last year the Duos champions will have to defend their title in all their matches in the competition. The First team announced for the competition is the reigning SNW Duos Champions. However with the SNW Duos titles being on the line in two weeks against the Red Assassins it is impossible to predict who will walk out with the titles. SNW told us that match at “Burn it to the Ground” will be the last Duos title defence before the Best of Duos event. This means whoever wins this match will have a guaranteed spot in the Best of Duos 2010. NewsNew Japan Pro Wrestling has been in contact with SNW about bringing in a top level wrestler to their next tour. NJPW allegedly asked for the recently returned Henry Edwards after seeing his performance on tour with Pro Wrestling NOAH last year while he was still champion. SNW seems to have declined and offered Evan Pagano instead. The general feeling is that Pagano needs something to freshen up his character. It seems like Pagano’s momentum has dropped since losing his feud to Ace Bennett. He has been put into a feud with Bret Thomas to try and elevate Bret Thomas. Jason Williams will also be jetting off to Japan in the near future to continue his partnership with the Dragon Gate family. Jason competes with Dragon Gate throughout the year and has been working with them for over a year. On his last tour, earlier in the year he joined the WARRIORS-5 team lead by CIMA. On his forth match in Japan he is to team up with CIMA to challenge for the Open the Twin Gate titles. SNW are happy with Henry Edwards return. He is shaking off his ring rust and seems to be in great condition. Steve Corino’s website has listed a “SNW Event” on his schedule page, the date coincides with SNW’s “Burn it to the Ground” Event. The match should be official announced this week. Congratulations to Cody Rejaro and X Jack who followed in the way of Ace Bennett and Jason Williams to appear as SNW representatives in Chikara’s Young Lions Cup, a show that promotes young wrestlers aged 25 or under. Unlike Bennett in last year’s competition neither man got through their first round opponents losing to Frightmare and Green Ant respectively.

Student Report #2Welcome to the 2nd Student report, I’d like to start with an announcement of sorts. Originally I penned that the student report would be a bi-weekly occurrence but I feel at the moment there is very little to report. From now on Student Reports will be random. There may be two in one week or it may go a month without a single report. Hope you SNW fanatics understand and let’s crack on with the report. I’ll just mirror what I said last week. It’s still very early to give grades to the students but I hope to start this soon when I get a fair assessment of all the students. The general problem with the students is their eagerness. All of them want to get in the ring and compete however ring training isn’t everything to becoming a wrestler. Each student must first be in top physical shape to compete in the ring. Their dark matches at shows are more like a treat, for one or two this was the first time they have stepped into a SNW ring. Only two students have started ring training along with their normal training (Quinn and Shamrock) a few others are close and are expected to start soon. Marc RylandTravis Cantrell: Travis has taken a liking to fellow student X Matt and they are getting on well. Although don’t expect him to start a regular team with him. The previous two matches were just a mini-storyline. Christopher Jackal: Jackal’s attitude continues to let him down. Unlike the other bad boys in the group (Jones and Static) his attitude comes out in anger. So far he’s stormed off hitting stuff over in a hissy fit 3 times. Jonny Quinn: Like I said last time Quinn is the youngest but seems to most mature out of everyone. His days are spent training hard and listening to everything the trainers say. Christopher Kennedy Jones: Jones sat out on two days training as punishment after not listening to the trainers. He told the trainers that he wouldn’t take part in their “silly little games” and thus was suspended from training for two days. X Matt: X Jack’s brother is getting along just well. Aside from the aforementioned friendship Matt is a little too eager to get in the ring and compete. Meanwhile Shamrock and Quinn have learned not to. Phenom: This Oklahoma boy is a little different to current SNW star and Oklahoma boy, Drew Parkland. Phenom is getting along well. Although his demands to be called Phenom rather than his real name does get rather annoying. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: The situation is still the same with Enrique, his lack of English is a huge barrier to training him. He’s starting to learn actions and certain words but it’s still a large obstacle. Riley Shamrock: Riley has been spending time with Johnny Quinn recently due to their desire to succeed in SNW. Both men are highly focussed and started ring work. Zakk Static: The ultimate bad boy of the group. In the past two weeks he’s done the least training out of all the students after missing two sessions due to Zakk not waking up and being suspended for 3 for fighting. Zeke: Our big bad Englishman is getting along just fine. Apart from when Zakk verbally and physically attacked him. Luckily the students and trainers pulled them apart before anything really happened.

Nice show. Good to see Ace pick up a win in tag team action, but I can't help but think his SNW Title reign is going kind of like Sheamus' when he wasn't the focus of the show. Cool to see Cantrell continue to be winning in dark matches, wouldn't be surprised to see a Cantrell/X Matt feud come from this though. The main event with Edwards/Steen sounded cool, I just wish Ace could get some more focus in the shows. Good news to see Best of Duos back, don't really want to see a team with Ace as I feel there aren't really any good choices for who his tag partner would be. Hoping to see Travis enter the ranks of the elite students with Quinn and Shamrock. Keep it up.
