Awesome to see Rejero with the win. The singing contest sounded amazing, especially the jewish line.

I'll try and catch up with this as I know I signed my guy up.
Just read the last Student Report and CKJ being 8th is not bad, hopefully he can improve soon.

I cannot wait for One Night in Philly, that should be awesome. I looked back to some recent shows I didn't read and I loved that I teamed with Bennett. I especially loved his comment "don't touch them, they might have rabies" Would love to see the infamous Bennett/Hart rivalry come to SNW. I wonder if I'm the first FUSE Champion to main event over the World Title. Anyway, love that I retained and I see that I've tied Ace Bennett for the most defenses by a FUSE Champion. Maybe the World Title's in my future as well Kevin Hart's SNW RecordSingles Record: 30-11-1 Tag Record: 13-19 Overall Record: 43-30-1 Championships/AwardsFUSE Champion [1] First Student Cup Holder [1] 2010 Most Improved Best Student Award Winner

I know it was for the title, and I like that I was in the main event but these loses are getting boring.

Strawberry Fields ForeverDark Match) Christopher Kennedy Jones vs. X Matt: Jones has tried to beat the team of Travis and Matt several times in tag matches but failed. However he has beaten Travis in singles action tonight he tried to beat Matt in a singles match. A boring plain match with Jones winning with a roll up while holding the ropes. Dark Match) Enrique Rodriguez Jr vs. Riley Shamrock vs. Zakk Static: A decent three way although nowhere as good as last nights. Riley performed well and so did “Ricky” who worked some basic lucha. Riley continues his wins making Zakk submit to the Ode to Shamrock. Post match Zakk storms to the back. Riley tells Enrique that he put up a good fight and that it would be an honor to face him again. Enrique seemed to accept although no-one knows because no-one speaks Spanish. The main show kicked off like last night with the Beatles playing on the speaker system. It was interrupted once again by SNW Champion Ace Bennett. Bennett came out to brag about his title defence. FUSE Champion Kevin Hart walked to the ring and told Ace to shut up. Hart said he isn’t bragging about his title defence last night. Ace then asked how many defences Hart had made with the belt. To his surprise Hart is drawing with the most defences with the FUSE title with Bennett. Ace then challenged Hart to a match tonight for the FUSE title claiming that he doesn’t want Hart to beat his record and another title on his shoulder would look rather good. Hart bargained that if he won he would get a future SNW title shot, Ace agreed. 1) X Jack vs. Alex Diamond: Diamond continued his singles quest against Jack who narrowly missed out on becoming FUSE Champ last night. Diamond was a bit sloppy and Jack took advantage hitting the X for the win. Jordan Devine was backstage assuming the role as leader of Revolution X. He was talking to Amy and LyNN, he mentioned that with Hammers away they must prove they can work just as well without him. Devine said they’ll prove it tonight when they win the Duos titles. 2) Drake Fortune vs. Cody Rejaro: Cody and Drake joked around for the first portion of the match until Drake realised the referee was distracted and hit a low blow. Drake took control from then on, Cody made a comeback but was taken out with a Frogsplash for the 3-count. Post match Edward Colgate came out again to walk with Drake from ringside. The former manager and Drake walked backstage with smiles on their faces. 3) Jack Powers, Jacob Ryler and AirDevils vs. Nick Jacobs, A.J Matthews and House of Cards: Huge eight man tag with lots of action happening all over the place. The pairings were random but it served as a fun filler. Powers gets the submission victory with the Immortality on Gavin of House of Cards. Mike Bockwinkel walked to the ring ready for action. He said he needed a challenge, he wanted a guy to face him tonight so he could show Red Dragon why he should never have messed with him. Jason Williams accepted the challenge and Bock laughed. Bock said he killed him last night why should he face him again? Jason bitch slapped Bock and the match was on. 4) Mike Bockwinkel vs. Jason Williams: Once again Bockwinkel completely picked apart Jason in perfect technical holds which had Jason screaming but he would not give up. Jason was not fully recovered from last night and took another beating. Bockwinkel finished him with a Bockwinkel Special. Intermission. Jason Williams was helped backstage by students X Matt and Travis Cantrell. There was an announcement that the SNW website will be updated following this show. It concerns SNW’s first iPPV. 5) DUOS: The New Age Lady Killers vs. Revolution X: A good match nothing too special, Revoultion X was represented by Jordan Devine and LyNN who have very little experience teaming together so they didn’t make for a good team. Once Amy was banned from ringside Parkland scored a submission on LyNN with the KFC. 6) Henry Edwards and Mike Hogan vs. Bret Thomas and Steven Kagemann: Bret Thomas’ partner turned out to be former friend turned rival turned friend turned rival and now apparently turned partner. Lots of good action with both teams working together very well. A sick Modified The Fall/Double Stomp combo from Thomas and Kagemann earned them the victory. Both SNW World Champion, Ace Bennett and FUSE Champion, Kevin Hart took their time making their entrance. It was a great atmosphere and the fans were ready for a classic despite the title on the line only being for the FUSE title. 7) FUSE: Kevin Hart vs. Ace Bennet: It’s a well known wrestling formula that many promotions have used, Hart + Bennett = top quality wrestling. This match didn’t disappoint, Kevin showed he could hang with Ace back at “Restart.3” but looked even better tonight due to his improvements in the ring. Surprisingly it was Hart who controlled much of the match even hitting his 450 Splash but Ace dragging his foot against the rope. Ace did have offence and used it wisely including a sick springboard dropkick from the barricade to Hart who was in the crowd. Once back in the ring, Hart had multiple Sharpshooter attempts but all were stopped by the SNW World Champion. Ace even hit his Syracuse Dropped only for Hart to kick out. Ace went for the Muto Lock but couldn’t lock it in allowing Hart to reverse the momentum and lock in the Sharpshooter. After over a minute in the hold Ace tapped! After 27 minuites of action both men were exhausted on the canvas. In a shock turn of events, FUSE Champion, Kevin Hart pinned the SNW World Champion, Ace Bennett. And per pre-match stipulations Hart gets a World title shots whenever he pleases. “Error Operator” played proudly over the speakers as Hart took hold of his title and posed on the ropes.

Amazing main event, I love the Bennett/Hart rivalry. I'd love to see us main event the first PPV for the World Title and although I'm most likely to lose, it'll be huge for my career. Love that I beat Bennett to break his record for most FUSE Title defenses. Can't wait for One Night in Philly.

Fun for all the FamilyDark Match) Jonny Quinn and Enrique Rodriguez Jr vs. Zakk Static and Zeke: An odd student match to kick off the student section of the show. Quinn was working his ass off to impress the crowd and move up the rankings. Quinn was let down by “Ricky” after Zakk hit him with a quick Brainbuster. Dark Match) Riley Shamrock vs. Christopher Jackal: A pretty decent match. The time was kept short so that they cut piece together a watchable match. Although we continually say how good Riley is he still looks extremely green. Jackal put up an awesome fight against Riley but the Ode to Shamrock gave Riley the win. SNW World Champion, Ace Bennett opened up the main show instantly calling out FUSE Champion, Kevin Hart. Ace was clearly upset about losing to him. Ace told Hart to tell him when he wants his title shot. Hart told him that he’s keeping it back as he doesn’t want to use it yet. Ace tried to get a real answer but failed leading to Ace attacking Hart. Hart fought back but AJ Matthews and X Jack ran out to help Ace. X Jack and Mike Hogan then made the save chasing off the three attackers. Hogan challenged them to a 6-man tag later tonight which was soon accepted. 1) AirDevils vs. House of Truth: ROH stars, Josh Raymond and Christian Able made their SNW debut in this interesting bout against the super fast team of Carson Clark and Tom Gerard. The House of Truth were without manager Truth Martini but it didn’t seem to effect the duo who wan after Josh’s Corkscrew 450. Bret Thomas and Steven Kagemann were backstage. Thomas thanked Steven for teaming with him last week. Kagemann acted surprisingly normal and told him it was “no problem.” Thomas left with a closing line “maybe we should do it again sometime.” Kagemann answered definitely. 2) Alex Diamond vs. Jason Williams: Diamond has been on a bad roll as of late and Jason is nearly always on a bad roll. Jason had the advantage throughout controlling Diamond with ease until Matt Spade distracted the referee. Gavin Hart then ran in and hit a leg lariat on Jason. With Spade and Hart gone Alex picked up the win. Following the match Matt Spade and Gavin Hart came back out to the ring once more. Spade (who has now developed his mic skills) introduced Diamond as the new member of the House of Cards. Backstage in Revolution X’s locker room, Chris Hammers was shouting at LyNN, Jordan Devine and Amy Lee. He called them “losers” for losing when the title was on the line last week. He says luckily he has managed to schedule a non-title match against the champions tonight but he’s going to be in the match. 3) New Age Lady Killers vs. Revolution X: With a win here RevX could get another title shot and they threw everything at the champions to get it. Joining Hammers in RevX was Jordan Devine as LyNN and Amy watched on. Amy and LyNN tried to interfere but were sent to the back. While the referee was focused on the other two competitors Hammers hit a low blow followed by a lighting fast Lariat on Drew for the 3-count. Intermission. It was announced that Chris Hammers and Jordan Devine would be challenging for the Duos titles against the New Age Lady Killers live on iPPV at One Night in Philly. 4) Jack Powers vs. Drake Fortune: Fortune has been on win streak since splitting from his partner and has had some big wins over big names tonight seemed just the same. Drake is improving well but is still unable to hang with the top dogs. Powers controlled a little over half the match and locked in the Russian Armbar on Drake. Luckily for Fortune Edward Colgate came out and pushed the ropes nearer Drake. As Powers complained Drake got a roll-up win. 5) Bret Thomas vs. Cody Rejaro: A decent enough match but like the other singles matches before it this was a little one sided. Thomas is an absolute beast and took control over the smaller Cody to begin with. Cody made a comeback only for Thomas to seize control once more. Henry Edwards then ran out and attacked Thomas causing a direct DQ. Edwards was paying Thomas back for multiple interferences in the past few weeks. “Sharply Dressed Man” played and former SNW World Champion and former Duos Champion, Mike Bockwinkel made his way to the ring. Once inside he talked about his rival, Red Dragon despite not bringing himself to mention him by name. He told Dragon if he has any guts, honor and pride at all he'll meet him in Philadelphia. 6) Ace Bennet, A.J Matthews and Steven Kagemann vs. Kevin Hart, Mike Hogan and X Jack: In a quite weak show this main event stood out and made up for the rest of the card. Lots of quick action from the get go with all 6 men going all out to impress. The ending seemed like something out of Chikara with epic combos and craziness from all men. X Jack hit move of the show (and year so far) after a Spanish Fly on Kagemann from the inside to the outside onto Hart and AJ below. This allowed World Champ, Ace and Hogan to go toe-a-toe which resulted in an upset victory following a Futurism on Ace. Ace was completely shocked and went to attack a celebrating Hogan post match. However Hart and Jack slid in and Ace made his escape. As Ace exited Hogan motioned that the belt would soon be his.

One Night in PhillyLive from Philadelphia's "The Arena" only on Go Fight LiveSNW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BOUT SIGNED FOR iPPVAfter the shocking events of our last show the main title fight of SNW’s show has been booked. It will be plucky youngster Mike Hogan challenging for the title against current SNW World Champion, Ace Bennett. Hogan has just recently put his name in the hat for a title shot and with his recent performances and a pinfall victory over the champ he has been given his chance to win the title. It’s a huge leap for Hogan but can he make the jump? DUOS CHAMPIONSHIP BOUT SIGNED FOR iPPVThe second of SNW’s title matches has been signed with SNW visits Philadelphia’s famous arena. The current Duos Champions, the New Age Lady Killers will have tough competition as they face Chris Hammers and Jordan Devine of Revolution X. After failing to win the titles with LyNN, Devine now teams with RevX leader, Chris Hammers to challenge for the titles. Can Revolution X add another accomplishment or will SNW’s most famous team rack up another title defence? RIVALS MEET IN PHILADELPHIA“The Arena” has seen many rivals meet face-to face inside the ring over the years but none quite like this. Live on iPPV bitter rivals Mike Bockwinkel and Red Dragon will meet in Philadelphia. These two men have lots and lots of bad blood and expect some to spill out when these two meet. The two have been at each other’s throat for much of the later part of last year and it’s time for these two to meet in Philly. Student Report #4Welcome to the first SNW Student report of 2011. We’re two weeks back from our New Years break and we have focused mainly on development of gimmicks. For some gimmicks will be a big part of their wrestling career, for others they can just be themselves. Already some students are well away on developing their character, which is very good to see. The ratings have barely changed due to the focus on gimmicks but some students have moved in the rankings. 1. Jonny Quinn: (-)Quinn moves to the top of the rankings after starting to develop his character. Quinn is toying with the idea of going under a mask which originates from his love of Lucha Libre where masks are highly important. Brawling:D Power:E Technical:C Submissions:C Speed:C Charisma:E Gimmick:D Attitude:A Overall:C2. Riley Shamrock: (Down 1)Shamrock just falls off the top spot after failing to start development of his gimmick. This is the only thing separating these two. Hopefully a gimmick can start to develop soon. Brawling:C Power:D Technical:C Submissions:C Speed:E Charisma:E Gimmick:? Attitude:A Overall:C-3. Phenom: (Up 1)Phenom enters the top three after a good week. Although his gimmick is just an extension of himself it works well. His attitude is also improving and he has been consistent in his ring work. Brawling:C Power:E Technical:D Submissions:D Speed:C Charisma:D Gimmick: D Attitude:B Overall:D+4. Travis Cantrell: (Down 1)Cantrell drops one spot and falls from the top 3. However this is no shame and I’m sure he’ll bounce back. Not much character shown from Cantrell but enough to stop him falling any further. Brawling:F Power:F Technical:E Submissions:E Speed:C Charisma:E Gimmick:E Attitude:A Overall:D+5. Zakk Static: (Up 1)Static climbs one spot after being the best in class in terms of charisma and character. His young punk-ish attitude may be trouble for us trainers but its good character he plays in the ring. Brawling:C Power:E Technical:C Submissions:D Speed:D Charisma:C Gimmick:C Attitude:F Overall:D6. Christopher Jackal: (Up 1)Jackal moves up after some good in ring performances and a decent development of character. His shoot style works well but his finisher doesn’t fit. I’m sure this will be changed by next report. Brawling:C Power:E Technical:E Submissions:D Speed:D Charisma:E Gimmick:E Attitude:D Overall:D7. X Matt: (Down 2)Matt drops two spots after a weak two weeks. His average performances keep him from falling futher but his lack of character holds him back. I’m sure he can bounce back and climb back up soon. Brawling:F Power:F Technical:E Submissions:F Speed:C Charisma:E Gimmick:F Attitude:B Overall:D-8. Christopher Kennedy Jones: (-)Jones is improving but not quite enough to climb the rankings. His posh character seems to work well but maybe is a little too cliché for a modern promotion like SNW. Should start moving up soon. Brawling:D Power:E Technical:D Submissions:D Speed:F Charisma:C Gimmick:D Attitude:D Overall:E9. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: (Up 1)“Ricky” has begun to learn some English YEY and manages to move up from the bottom spot. He does this after putting on good performances. Character is needed but its going to be hard to teach to him. Brawling:F Power:F Technical:D Submissions:E Speed:C Charisma:F Gimmick:? Attitude:B Overall:E10. Zeke: (Down 1)Big Zeke drops to last place due to his continuation of average performances and his strange gimmick idea. He has a gimmick he calls a “Fairytale in a Trace” which sounds awful but we’ll give him a chance. Brawling:C Power:C Technical:E Submissions:E Speed:F Charisma:D Gimmick:F Attitude:C Overall: EOverall I’m impressed with the students. With the exception of two all of them have started on gimmicks which is a great start. Hopefully over the next few months they can develop onto these. The next step will be to develop this in ring skills. As an added treat some higher ranked students will perform as a special extra on SNW’s IPPV. If you Pre-order the event you will receive special access to view two special student matches. Marc Ryland

Fire and BrimstoneDark Match) Travis Cantrell, X Matt and Enrique Rodriguez Jr vs. Christopher Kennedy Jones, Zakk Static and Zeke: The feud continues between CJK against Travis and Matt but this time in six man tag. Little more character shown from all men and it ended after Cantrell fell off the ropes onto Zeke. Marc Ryland came out and called out his two top students, Johnny Quinn and Riley Shamrock. Both men came out and Ryland told them that he’s been very impressed by both men and so far there’s nothing separating them. However at the iPPV they will face off to prove who the best is. 1) Steven Kagemann and A.J Matthews vs. Christopher Jackal and Phenom: students got wrecked and punished by both men ending in an Eastern Execution, Double Stomp and a Fujiwa Armbar. Edward Colgate came out with Drake Fortune by his side. Colgate announced that Fortune is his new client and this is the start of the “Colgate Connection.” Jason Williams came out to shut him up and start a match. 2) Drake Fortune vs. Jason Williams: A decent enough match but nothing special. Colgate served as the ultimate distraction and helped Fortune get the win over the ultra speedy daredevil Jason Williams. Following the match Fortune and Colgate left with a long heel-ish laugh. Jason Williams, left in the ring swore revenge. 3) Alex Diamond vs. Cody Rejaro: Slightly below the quality of the previous match but the action was much the same. Lots of interference from the outside leading to Diamond getting a sneaky win following a neckbreaker. 4) Kevin Hart and X Jack vs. AirDevils: The action kicked up a notch with all four men going all out to prove themselves. The AirDevils went all out to impress after a string of losses but Kagemann and Matthews interrupted causing a double DQ. Kagemann and Matthews beat down the fatigued athletes and threw the Devils from the ring. They concentrated on Hart and Jack and finished them off with a DeathDrive and a Eastern Execution. Intermission. Kevin Hart and X Jack was helped to the back. The ring announcer said that following tonight’s show we will get an update on the FUSE title match for SNW’s first iPPV One Night in Philly which is NEXT WEEK! 5) The Gentlemen’s Club vs. Henry Edwards and Mike Hogan: Big tag match with some solid action front he Club who have hit a slump recently. Hogan and Edwards are looking for some momentum against their opponents Bret Thomas and Ace Bennett respectively. Hogan pins Jacobs after a Futurism. Lots of post match action starting with Bockwinkel shouting at the camera saying they lost because his “mind wasn’t in the game”. Then Bennett came out on the entrance with his title staring down Hogan was saying the title will be his when they meet in Philly. After Hogan left Thomas attacked and exiting Thomas. Ryler made the save leading to... 6) Bret Thomas vs. Jacob Ryler: Thomas was mostly dominant, Ryler had little amounts of offence mostly to the matc being kept reasonably short due to Edwards getting back to his feet and ringside and attacking Thomas. Thomas and Edwards continued to fight with neither man getting a clear advantage. They went into the crowd then Edwards threw Thomas into a door sending them fighting to the outside. 7) DUOS: New Age Lady Killers vs. House of Truth: The House of Truth get this title shot after an impressive showing last week. They were up against tough competition but they held their own well. The Killers put the visitors away after a Pin Pointer. One Night in PhillyLive from Philadelphia's "The Arena" only on Go Fight LiveFUSE CHAMPIONSHIP BOUT SIGNED FOR iPPVKevin Hart has had a rough ride as champion thus far but every time he has walked away with the belt (even after defending against the World Champion) but now he has a bigger challenge as the FUSE title will be defended in a tag team match. Hart will team will X Jack to face Steven Kagemann and A.J Matthews with the pinfall winner becoming FUSE Champion. Hart doesn’t have to be pinned to lose the title, this could be his toughest challenge yet. Who will walk out FUSE champion in Philly. I think the Bock/Dragon feud might need a stipulation. Can't expect to go into Philly with such a heated rivalry without one and have it end in a DQ

One Night in PhillyLive from Philadelphia's "The Arena" only on Go Fight LiveThe special pre-show pre-order kick off started with 8 students in the ring. The ring announcer called out all the competitors and the two teams before leaving the ring for the match to begin. Dark Match) Travis Cantrell, X Matt, Enrique Rodriguez Jr and Christopher Jackal vs. Christopher Kennedy Jones, Phenom, Zakk Static and Zeke: Basic student match each student was only given a few minutes in the ring so it was unlikely a student would botch in their period in the ring. Matt and Enrique both hit stereo dives to wipe out everyone on the outside while Cantrell hit a Shooting Star Press on CKJ inside for the ring. Dark Match) Riley Shamrock vs. Johnny Quinn: Both men came out with real entrances and the announcers put over both men. They shook hands as a sign of respect then got on with the match. The match was very good but was mapped out before hand by the trainers and themselves. Lots of decent chain wrestling leading into submissions. Quinn attempted a missing dropkick but Riley powerbombed him and locked in a cloverleaf. Quinn wriggled out of it then got locked in the Ode to Shamrock which made Quinn tap. Post match, Quinn went to leave quickly. Riley pulled him back and asked for a hand shake. Quinn shook his hand then headed quickly for the back with his head held in shame. Riley celebrated his win which would hopefully for him put him top of the Student rankings. The pre-show feed then cut out to prepare for the main show which was to start in 10 minutes time. The iPPV officially started with a 3 minute hype video of SNW and highlighted a few of the main feuds in tonight’s main event spots. Right after the hype video ‘Take Me Out’ Franz Ferdinand played and the young and cocky, Drake Fortune bounced his way to the ring alongside his manager, Edward Colgate. Colgate called Drake the “Face of the Colgate Connection.” He was interrupted by Jason Williams who wanted revenge after Drake cheated to win last week. 1) Drake Fortune vs. Jason Williams: A much improved match from last week. Their styles complimented each other and they performed on a fast pace which got the crowd in the perfect mood for a night of top class wrestling. Jason dazzled the crowd with his offense but once again Drake stole the victory this time with his feet on the ropes while Colgate held them secure. 2) LyNN vs. Jacob Ryler: These two men just walked out to fight each other in SNW’s second match of the iPPV. Amy Lee accompanied LyNN to ringside. It was a bit of a slow match, LyNN kept Ryler grounded and couldn’t do anything to stop him. Ryler fought back hitting his trademark Lionsault but for only a two. LyNN pulled out the win following a Dragon Suplex pin. The former duo turned trio, House of Cards came out. Matt Spade did most of the talking with Alex Diamond and Gavin Hart agreeing in the background. Spade called out their long time rivals the AirDevils to challenge them tonight. Tom Gerard and Carson Clark appeared and accepted an brought a friend along. 3) House of Cards vs. Cody Rejaro and the AirDevils: A great match to re-light the crowd after they dumbed down from the previous match. Lots of tags, lots of fast paced action and lots of dives. The Cards performed well in their first real challenge as a trio. The end came after a Bombs Away on Hart, Spade taking out both Devils, Cody hitting a facebuster on Matt only to be followed up by a neckbreaker from Diamond for the win. 4) Nick Jacobs vs. Jack Powers: A fairly decent unannounced match between two men who have been lacking recently. Neither have been involved in storylines or big matches. The two worked a fairly technical match with Powers taking the advantage. Jacobs proved his strength by kicking out of the Power Suplex. Powers then followed up with the Immortality. Intermission. The intermission was broken in two parts. The first was normal intermission for live fans and a SNW video for the iPPV. The second part was wrestling legend Terry Funk talking in the ring about his times in the Arena. This was for both the live fans and the iPPV. Funk put over SNW and all the young athletes. He was interrupted by Chris Hammers, Jordan Devine and LyNN. Hammers asked him how he got let out of his old people’s home. Hammers said this time could be better used to hype up his and Devine’s title win later tonight. Funk then called Hammers an Irish B*stard which resulted in a beatdown on the Funker. The New Age Lady Killers ran out to make the save and fight back against RevX. After Devine and Hammers retreated. Funker hit a few punches on LyNN and finished him with a piledriver on a chair. 5) Henry Edwards vs. Bret Thomas: This heated feud came to a quick start after Thomas attacked Edwards during his entrance. Thomas threw Henry into the Philly crowd then began to pound on him. Thomas even got a few chair shots aloud as the match hadn’t really started. Thomas threw Edwards into the ring for a pin but Edwards kicked out. Thomas continued to dominate until Edwards made a late comeback. Edwards’ strong strikes busted Thomas open above the eye. Soon after a Crossface focused over the cut gave Edwards the victory. Post match a referee helped a bloody Thomas to the back. Edwards briefly got on the mic and told the fans that he’s back on track to getting his title shot. The fans were well behind Edwards who is easily the top face in the promotion. He now fights to reclaim the title he didn’t lose. 6) DUOS: The New Age Lady Killers vs. Revolution X: Chris Hammers and Jordan Devine were the challengers and early on they looked like they were going to be winning the belt. There was confusion early on after Hammers hit a strong Lariat which Parkland was just about able to get a shoulder up from. The Killers fought back although it seemed like Drew was injured from the earlier Lariat but he continued to fight. Hammers hit a sick Liger Bomb on the outside taking out Drew. RevX then focused on Sinn, who was able to fight the 2 on 1 advantage. Knowing this Amy Lee attacked the referee from behind allowing LyNN to run about and begin a 3 on 1 on Sinn. However Terry Funk made the save with a fire chair! Funk swung for Hammers and Devine but missed. He teased about hitting Amy but turned around to hit at a charging Devine. The Funker then piledrived Amy and brawled with LyNN to the back. The referee awoke the the Lady Killers hit a Pin Pointer on Hammers for the win. Following the match “The Funker” reappeared to present the New Age Lady Killers with the belts. Funk got on the mic one last time to call the Lady Killers the “best damn tag team in the world.” Sinn told him not to leave yet and got the crowd to continue their “Thank you Terry” chant then thanked him himself. “Sharply Dressed Man” hit over the P.A system and Mike Bockwinkel made his way out in a dress shirt, smart pants and some fine Italian shoes. Bockwinkel talked about all the stuff he and Dragon had been though even their feuds in SCW and NWL. He focused mainly on their SNW encounters and said tonight he just wants to talk. “Burn Burn” by Lost Prophets then played and Red Dragon walked out in T-shirt, jeans, trainers and obviously his mask. Dragon began to talk about when they first met. Dragon said he knew they weren’t going to get along but didn’t expect them to be such big rivals after all this time. Bock said that even Red’s voice makes his blood boil. Dragon said there’s only one way to settle it, in a bout in SNW. Bock agreed and they decided that they would face off at the next iPPV “The Showdown II.” Bock wanted to shake on it but Dragon was hesitant. He eventually did only to be hit in the nuts and stomped on. Bock pulled out a chair and started smashing him with it shouted obscenities and telling Red to die. Bock was eventually pulled off his long term rival. Before the next match started the iPPV cut to a video promoting the FUSE title match. It recaps the history between the four men, starting with A.J Matthews and Steven Kagemann teaming up to attack Kevin Hart then X Jack coming to help him. It showed all their various kinds of matches, it was majorly hyped up that Hart didn’t have to be pinned to lose the belt. When we came back there were weapons, a table and a small barbed wire net all-round the ring. 7) FUSE: Kagemann Deathmatch: Kevin Hart and X Jack vs. Steven Kagemann and A.J Matthews: Lots of sick spots mostly performed by Kagemann as it is his speciality. Jack took a few big spots as well including toppling off the ladder with Kagemann to the outside to a sick thud and multiple shots from a barbed wire bat. Kagemann was bleeding heavily while A.J and Jack were bleeding as well however Hart was not. After throwing the ladder at Jack A.J hit the Eastern Execution on the champ but Kagemann went for the cover. This is when Kagemann and A.J fell apart them continued to fight until Jack came back in hitting both with a springboard ladder shot. Kagemann ended up in the barbed wire after Hart pushed him from the top rope to the outside, this left him tangled up in the web until the end of the match. Hart was able to hit a 450 on AJ through a table but his own partner broke it up. As AJ fell to the outside in a semi unconscious state you could see Jack say that he wanted the belt as well, Hart understood and we were left with a bloodied Jack and the champion going toe-to-toe. Hart locked in the Sharpshooter but Jack just wouldn’t quit! Hart left go of the hold and grabbed a chair. Hart smashed Jack in the legs over and over until Jack was completely out of it. Only then did Hart re-apply the Sharpshooter and Jack could just whisper to the referee to quit. Following the match Hart celebrated briefly with his title then limped backstage. A.J Matthews was helped to the back, Kagemann had to be cut out from the barbed wire and X Jack left on a stretcher. While this was going on there was a hype video for our main event. It focused on their match at ‘Best of Duos 2010’ Hogan and Ace both gave pre-taped interviews. Ace said he’d hold onto the belt just like he’d done all this time. Hogan said “it’s a new year, it’s a new chance and tonight... a new champion.” 8) SNW: Ace Bennett vs. Mike Hogan: SNW World Champion got a mixed response from the crowd. However he got most of the crowd hating him before the match. Mike Hogan got a good response from the crowd. The match started off slow with each man trying to get the advantage. Some of the crowd were turned off by this chess like beginning but it showed real skill from both men. After trading holds Bennett got Hogan over in position for the Muto Lock. He went for it early but Hogan rolled away. They locked up again both trading advantages until they broke away. Hogan’s quickness showed as he came in for a quick superkick which looked like it caught Ace so off guard that he knocked him out but Ace kicked out just before 3. The action continued and slowly and cleverly developed into more of a SNW style match up. Ace later went for a springboard but in mid air Hogan caught him in a rana. Hogan slammed his shoulders down in an amazing counter but Ace got a shoulder up once more. Hogan had yet another close call after hitting a Futurism but Bennett’s leg was over the rope. The Syracuse Dropped have put away many opponents but Hogan was able to wiggle out of it and hit his own normal frankenstiener for another close call. Ace ultimately locked in the Muto Lock and it looked like a repeat from “Best of Duos 2010” but Hogan pulled himself to the ropes despite the full weight of Ace on top of him. They battled to the top rope where Hogan went for a top rope Futurism only to be stopped by a kick to the head my Ace. Ace then hit his infamous Syracuse Dropped and covered Hogan for the pin count. The crowd were on their feet just like they have for many matches tonight. They were applauding both men and their great chemistry with one another. Ace has retained and in doing so adds another defence to his title reign. Now he looks to the future, what challenges will await him?

NewsIt was announced today from SNW owner, Marc Ryland that SNW would be going on tour to Canada. The SNW wrestlers and students started their journey immediately after their iPPV “One Night in Philly.” The tour will last 5 weeks, will contain 6 shows, in 6 different locations over Canada. There is expected to be double shot somewhere in the tour. Expect a “Battle for Canada” tournament later on in the tour. Terry Funk had a post show interview with a wrestling news website and put over SNW massively. He said that the SNW main roster are some of the hardest working athletes in wrestling today. He said like big companies they perform every week but unlike bigger companies their matches can last up to half an hour on any regular show. He also mentioned he spent some time with the current class of student and said that they will fit just fine in SNW when they get called up. Early numbers for “One Night in Philly” look good. Surveys answered after the iPPV received positive feedback. However SNW management were upset at the lower card. They blame this on themselves as none of the matches had any build. Any build that there was on the lower card matches was either made on the night or the show before. SNW management gave Mike Hogan a shot at the SNW World title at “Best of Duos 2010” to test him out in the main event spot. He performed well and that’s why he was rewarded with a title shot at “One Night in Philly.” Management are currently unsure what to do with him now. Management are also unsure on what to do with former champion, Henry Edwards. Some feel it’s too early to put him against Ace for the title as they want huge build up. Ace Bennett has impressed management with his skills and personality as champion. There were rumours early on that he would drop the title if he was not living up to expectations but this hasn’t happened. Another champion, Kevin Hart is expected to drop the FUSE title soon. This is due to his long reign as champ and his recent performances especially his title fight with Ace Bennett. NEXT SNW iPPV:THE SHOWDOWN IILive from the “FUSE Arena” only on Go Fight Live 6 Weeks to goAlready announced:Mike Bockwinkel vs. Red Dragon -Preview coming soon-

I was under the impression that the Bockwinkel/Red Dragon match would happen here. I'm liking the push Mike Hogan is receiving. Reminds me of Tyler Black chasing the RoH title, bjust hope Hogan wins it before the novelty wears off like Tylers seemed to do.

Love that I retained my belt on the biggest night in SNW history and continue arguably the most impressive FUSE Title reign in SNW history. I don't mind that I'll be dropping the belt soon, as long as I can rise to the SNW Title.
