Montreal, QuebecS1) Phenom vs. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: A really fun match to kick off. “Ricky” was fun and playfull while Phenom got down to the action eventually getting the win with a Last Rites. Christopher Kennedy Jones was out next despite not being in the next match. He told Travis (who was in the ring) he has booked his opponent. S2) Travis Cantrell vs. Cain Jackal: Jackal looked like an absolute beast. Despite Cantrell’s ariel offence Jackal just pounded on him finishing him off with a Sleeper Hold which left Travis out cold. CKJ then entered the ring standing over Cantrell. He told him that ever since the new students division started up he and his “little partner” X Matt has been a thorn in his side. Now at the next iPPV Matt and Cantrell will team up once more against CKJ. But this time Jones’ partner will be the newly rechristened Cain Jackal. Kevin Steen opens up the main show. He tells the Canadian crowd to stop cheering for him. He says that he can smell that rival El Generico is in the building. He also mentioned he has “unfinished business” with Battle of Canada winner Henry Edwards. Ace Bennett greeted Steen and suggested that tonight they team up to rid the wrestling world of Generico and Edwards. 1) A.J Matthews vs. Jack Powers: Another great match from Powers he can always bring the best out of most guys. Great back and forth action leading to a Power Suplex into a Immortality. 2) Nick Jacobs vs. Jacob Ryler vs. Carson Clark vs. Tom Gerard: The AirDevils obviously teamed up and was able to overcome the other two competitors hitting a Bombs Away then fighting it out for the win. With Clark getting the better of Gerard Battle for Canada 2011 winner, Henry Edwards made his way out. He confirmed that he would challenge for Ace Bennett’s SNW World Title when SNW returns to the states for their second ever iPPV, the Showdown II. Bennett walked out on the stage and told Edwards despite all the hype there was no way he was taking the title off him and he’ll prove that tonight. 3) New Age Lady Killers and Jason Williams vs. House of Cards: A good six man tag with action going on everywhere. The Killers and Jason had the match all but won until the Fatality Squad ran out causing a DQ. The Fatality Squad, Bret Thomas and Steven Kagemann beat down both Lady Killers and hit the Fall/Double Stomp on Sinn. They then rose the SNW Duos titles over the current champions signalling a sign of things to come for the Showdown II next week. FUSE Champion, Drake Fortune was next out with manager, Edward Colgate. They said they have already defeated two “great” Canadians, Kenny Omega and Tyson Dux. They said how easy it was and how simple the Canadians are. Kevin Hart and Cody Rejaro came out to shut them up. 4) Kevin Hart and Cody Rejaro vs. Revolution X: Drake and Edward remained at ringside to watch Cody and Kevin hoping they get taught a lesson from Devine and LyNN. However it backfired with the home crowd supporting their boys and Cody and Hart hitting stereo sharpshooters. Intermission. Drake and Edward looked upset that Kevin and Cody didn’t lose and made their way to the back. Hart stopped him saying he still has his rematch for the title and is using it at the Showdown II, then he’ll move onto World title glory. 5) Fatality Squad vs. Super Smash Bros: This was a top notch match one of the best we have seen from the pairing of Kagemann and Thomas. The SSB put up an amazing fight but fell to the mighty Fall/ Double Stomp combo. Right after the match the New Age Lady Killers ran out in revenge from earlier and all the past attacks. The two teams brawled until the Duos champions got the advantage and the Fatality Squad retreated. Sinn and Parkland showed that it isn’t going to be easy to take the titles of SNW’s best tag team. 6) Mike Hogan vs. X Jack: A good little match with some fun chain wrestling with neither man being afraid to leave the matt and fly through the air. It was ruined by Chris Hammers running in and beating down Hogan. Mike Bockwinkel came out and after “putting the Canadians in their place” went after Red Dragon verbally. Bockwinkel told him that there will be no mercy, no forgiveness and no stopping. At the Showdown II “I, Mike Bockwinkel will kill Red Dragon.” 7) Ace Bennett and Kevin Steen vs. Henry Edwards and El Generico: A wonderful way to end of the evening and the whole tour. Could even be the best match from the entire tour. All four men were so intense even Edwards and Steen who have history. All men can be relied on for a great match any night but adding them all together in one match was a masterpiece. Generico hit the Brainbuster on Bennett then Steen hit a Package Piledriver on Generico. Boasting and shouting in Generico’s face cost Steen the win as Edwards came from behind and locked in a Crossface for the submission victory. Edwards and Generico left the ring quickly celebrating with the crowd and exiting to the back. Just before he left Edwards reminded him that next week the title was his. Back in the ring Steen and Ace started arguing. The SNW Champion pushed “Mr. Wrestling” who responded in a Package Piledriver knocking out the champion. Steen then soaked up some Canadian support but before leaving shouted to the crowd “this still doesn’t mean I like you.” Ace was left a broken man in the ring and in one week he has his toughest challenge to date. Great show, even though neither of my characters looked great tonight. It sure seems like Ace is gonna be dropping the title on the next show, which I guess is understandable. Hoping to see Kagemann/Thomas get the tag belts for some fresh faces with those belts, which I really think needs to be done. Bock/Dragon should be a great match and I'm looking forward to it.

I'm really glad to still see this going as strong as it is man. You have quick and to the point write ups that make it easy to follow, but somehow I fail to read this diary often. I will try and make it a goal of mine to drop in more often to see whats going on. Dragon/Bockwinkel will be sick....

It's great that this is still going as strong as ever, RD. 53 pages is pretty impressive! Boo at Revolution X losing, but I did like the incorporation of Generico and Steen in the main event. The card for The Showdown II looks good and FINALLY a sign-up that uses pictures of the workers. That helps me out alot, man.

These shows in Canada have been great, Red. Really not much bad to say about it expect sometimes I feel like this lacks something, in detail wise.
Anyways, great to pick up the win, and seriously, Cain Jackal just sounds so bad ass.

Ah, SNW. I've always wanted to reply, just never got around to it.
Very good show. It was a nice length, good write ups, and great build up. A bit more detail would be nice as There's about one move stated each match. For some reason this reminds me of Duan's current diary as it's got short write ups, but very fun to read. I really need to follow this as I bet it'd be a whole lot better if I knew all the character's and their rivals. Overall, very good show. I cant imagine having a diary for 53 pages.

Wow I was pretty amazed that there were still people I recognised when I returned let alone a diary Anyway congrats on making it this far, the preview was well done and I like the use of pictures, helps create a visual. I think the show format could use a bit of tweaking though, I don't know exactly what it is though, there's nothing I can really pinpoint as bad about it, it's just hard for me to read. But maybe that's just a problem with me. Anyway congrats on making it this long. And do I have a character in this? I honestly can't remember.

The Showdown IILive from the “FUSE Arena” only on Go Fight LiveThe show starts with babyface students Travis Cantrell and X Matt bouncing to the ring. They are followed by the team of Christopher Kennedy Jones and Cain Jackal. The following two student matches are shown on a live stream to those who pre-ordered the PPV. Dark Match) Travis Cantrell and X Matt vs. Christopher Kennedy Jones and Cain Jackal: A fun match with the now experienced team of Cantrell and Matt taking the early advantage. However Cain Jackal came in and was an absolute animal. Travis and Matt fought back but eventually fell to a knockout blow from Cain. Dark Match) Riley Shamrock vs. Jet Jaguar: The first time these two met at our last iPPV Riley got the win but since then Quinn has donned the mask and become Jet Jaguar. Great action from both students just like before. Jaguar had a slight advantage and looked the better man. Riley went for the Ode to Shamrock but Jaguar rolled through, hit a near decapitating head kick and pinned Riley following the TTM. The student PPV stream then cut out with Jet Jaguar standing over Shamrock to end the show. The main show started 5 minutes later live on iPPV. Live from the FUSE Area, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where it all started. SNW debuted a new theme which was "Invaders Must Die" by The Prodigy. 1) A.J Matthews vs. X Jack: We kicked off with singles action in fine form. Neither man has been particularly prominent in the previous weeks but they both went all out to impress in this opening contest. It was kept relatively short which was a good thing as it kept the match crisp and at its best. A.J goes for the Eastern Execution but in mid air Jack pulls down countering into a small package. A.J rolls through and hits it in his second attempt for the win. We see clips of various wrestlers arriving earlier in the day. Red Dragon hurries into the area with a towel covering his face as he exits his car. Mike Bockwinkel arrives in style with Nick Jacobs in suits and a swish Aston Martin. Henry Edwards arrives and meets some fans outside the arena. Meanwhile Ace Bennett arrives already with title on shoulder. Ace walks over to a young fan to sign an autograph, then rips it in his face. 2) Jack Powers vs. Petey Williams: The “Maple Leaf Muscle” made a special appearance on the iPPV to face Jack Powers, a man with huge skills and potential but can never stay in the main event scene for too long. A great back and forth contest with Powers easily hanging with the Canadian veturn. In the end a fired up Powers takes a Canadian Destroyer to no effect! Powers then nails the Power Suplex and locks in the Immortality for the win. Drake Fortune was interviewed backstage with his manager, Edward Colgate by his side and the FUSE title on his shoulder. Drake tells everyone how confident he is that he will retain the belt tonight against Kevin Hart. Drake said he beat him once in his own hometown now he’s gonna beat him once again. 3) Revolution X vs. AirDevils vs. House of Cards vs. Jason Williams and Cody Rejaro: A completely different match to the last. With bodies flying everywhere and fast paced action in every corner of the arena. RevX was represented by Devine and LyNN while the House was shown by Spade and Diamond. Both Amy and Gavin were at ringside for respective teams. One fall to a finish ended madly with everyone getting involved. Ending with Jason and Cody picking up the win following a SSP Leg Drop from Jason. 4) FUSE: Drake Fortune vs. Kevin Hart: Right into the next match with Kevin coming out first. Drake and manager coming out second. A much better and even match than they had in Calgary. Drake has stepped up his game ever since becoming Champ and in his little reign so far. Hart still looked the better man throughout. Hart locked in the Sharpshooter but it seems as if Colgate helped him get to the ropes. Hart continued and went for the 450 Splash. However Colgate ran in and blocked Hart from making the dive. Hart came down off the top and kicked Colgate to the outside but this allowed Drake to get a roll up victory! Intermission. Drake and Colgate left quickly clutching the FUSE title. Hart looked upset at his loss and left after talking to some fans. There was a short intermission break which the iPPV filled with sponsors and advertisements. After this Iron Sheik made his special appearance, he was hard to understand in his random rant until he started talking about Hulk Hogan. He was interrupted by the House of Cards who mocked Sheik. Sheik said his famous line that he’d “break all your backs and make you humble” but was then attacked. He was saved by Jason Williams and Cody Rejaro. Spade and Diamond made an escape with very little injury however Sheik grabbed hold of Gavin Hart and locked in the Camel Clutch. Jason, Cody and Sheik celebrated. At the end of the segment Gavin was stretched out holding his back. 5) Mike Hogan vs. Chris Hammers: This match came about after their semi-final contest in the Battle for Canada in which Hogan picked up the win. Hammers was upset that wrestlers like Hogan use him as a stepping stone for the main event and challenged him to a rematch. This bout was given just over 20 minutes lots of time for both men to showcase their talents. The match could have gone either way until a mad streak from Hammers in which he hit a Lariat, Liger Bomb and Last Minute Orders to put away Hogan. Mike Bockwinkel was interviewed backstage. Nick Jacobs was next to him giving him words of encouragement and a butler type character was tying Bock’s boots and getting him ready for his big fight. Bockwinkel gave an intense promo where he told the viewers he would be taking out Dragon once and for all. Dragon was briefly shown in his own locker room. He said nothing but was entirely focused on the match. 6) DUOS: New Age Lady Killers vs. Fatality Squad: The defending and easily the most successful tag team in SNW were ready to make a statement to Kagemann and Thomas. Sinn and Parkland wanted to tell them that no one is taking their belts from them. But the Fatality Squad has come out of nowhere and launched themselves into the title chase. Now they get they’re chance. A great tag team match and all four men trying their best to give their team an advantage. Kagemann dives from the ring onto all below in spot of the match. The Lady Killers looked strong in the closing stages of the match until a flying kick from Kagemann knocked Sinn from the ring leaving Parkland to take the Fall/Double Stomp combo which gave the Fatality Squad the win and the titles! Kagemann and Thomas were quick to celebrate. It hadn’t taken them long since they began reteaming to earn themselves a title shot and win it. They celebrated to boo’s from the Milwaukee crowd as they lifted the Duos titles above their heads. 7) Red Dragon vs. Mike Bockwinkel: Just before the fight a video package was shown hyping up all their meetings in SNW. After their entrances they had an intense stare down which lasted a few minutes with the red hot crowd chanting “Dragon’s Gonna Kill You!” directed at Bockwinkel. They then went at it and for a solid few minutes they just hit each other until Bockwinkel got a boot to the mid-section. From there Bock took control keeping the match on the ground. Dragon used his own skills and got the advantage on the floor. Bock then slowed the pace by exiting to the outside. Dragon joined him by jumping through the ropes. The action went back in the ring with good action from both men. Later Dragon went for a second dive to the outside only for Bock to move and Red to go crashing into the front four rows! Dragon recovered and they continued their epic battle in the ring. Dragon lifted Bock on his shoulders for the Red Dragon Driver but Bock was elbowing away on Dragon’s head. This sent Dragon with Bock on his back crashing into the referee who went down. Dragon hit the Driver and went for the count but the official was down. As Dragon realised Nick Jacobs ran out and went to attack Dragon. Dragon ducked and hit a Red Dragon Driver on Jacobs as the referee was coming to his senses. Bockwinkel took advantage spinning Red around and hitting a Bockwinkel Special: Championship Edition which gave Bockwinkel a tainted victory. Right after the match Bockwinkel and Jacobs walked out with arms on each other’s shoulders and smiles on their faces. Dragon was pissed at the result. He started clutching at his mask then went over to the official. In a mad rage Dragon hit a Red Dragon Drivier on the referee as well before leaving upset over his loss. It was then time for the main event. A short video recapping Edwards’ chase and his reign in his first two reigns, it then showed Edwards’ injury and Ace’s chase to the belt. The video ended with Edwards returning and his current chase to the belt which ends tonight. An Iron Madien “The Trooper” cover/rip-off was played for challenger Henry Edwards’ entrance while Bennett made his way out confidently with the title around his waist. The ring announcer did official ring introduction in the ring. It is very rare for SNW to do this, this shows how big of a match this is. 8) SNW: Ace Bennett vs. Henry Edwards: Edwards easily got the best response from the crowd all night, Ace also received a positive and loud reaction much to the surprise of the commentators. Ace stated the action off by walking over to Edwards and slapping him right in the face. Ace then exited the ring and Edwards gave chase. Ace tried to attack Edwards as he came into the ring but Edwards just dumped him to the floor and unleashed a flurry of punches. Edwards controlled the early goings until Ace hit a terrific scientific counter to change the momentum. Later on in the match Ace focused his attack on Edwards’ leg which kept him out of action 11 months ago. Despite the injured leg now exposed Edwards kept up the pace keeping up his striking skills and his size advantage. Ace continued to fight back but was refused by Edwards who hit a quick HE Driver. Ace was able to fall near the ropes and got his foot on the ropes before the 3. Ace had his own chance with a Shining Wizard but Edwards got a shoulder up. Edwards tried his own running kick on the outside, in the form of the Fatal Impact only for Ace to move and Edward to crash into the guardrail leg first further injuring the leg. Ace waited on the apron until Edwards got back up before hitting a missile dropkick knocking Edwards over the guardrail and landing in the crowd. Ace tried to get a count out victory but Edwards made it back in before the 20-count. Ace wanted to finish off the match and went for Syracuse Dropped but Edwards reversed in a spinning powerbomb counter! With both men down the referee made the count but both competitors were up before 10. They traded strikes which Edwards won before hurting his leg when going for a kick. Ace took advantage with a Dragon Screw and went for the Muta Lock. Ace locked in the leg but Edwards prevented Ace from locking in the hold. Ace released and tried to weaken down Edwards only for Henry to pull Ace to the ground and lock in the Crossface. Everyone was certain he would tap but Ace got to the ropes. Edwards was forced to let go but his leg prevented him from getting up properly. Ace saw this and with a quick kick to the leg sent Edwards back on the floor. Ace was luckier in his second attempt at the Muta Lock as he locked it in. With intense pressure on his neck and injured leg Edward was forced to submit giving Ace Bennett the victory. Post match both men lay exhausted on the ground, it was likely Edwards couldn’t be able to get up after all the punishment to the leg. Edwards remained on the floor but dragged himself to the corner then propped himself sitting up against the turnbuckle. Bennett got to his feet and after a little swaying was able to stand up right. Bennett was given his SNW World title then went over to Edwards to gloat in his face. Edwards could not do anything but watch as Ace celebrated and exited with the belt. This is where the iPPV ended. Referees walked out to help Edwards to the back but Edwards didn’t want any help. Even some SNW face’s came out to convince Edwards to accept help. Edward refused but after his leg buckled and Edwards fell onto his knees he was helped to the back by Jack Powers, Jacob Ryler and other SNW stars.

NewsNews is coming in that former two time SNW World Champion Henry Edwards has re-injured his leg. However fans of Edwards will be pleased to hear that he is only likely to be out for 3-5 weeks. Some within SNW feel that Edwards returned too early while others blame Ace Bennett for focusing his attack on Edwards’ leg. Bennett retained the title against Edwards at “The Showdown II” Also at “The Showdown II” the New Age Lady Killers third Duos reign came to an end as the team of Steven Kagemann and Bret Thomas became the new champions. Kagemann becomes the first wrestler to win the Duos championship twice with two different partners (Super Extreme as the first) Meanwhile Bret Thomas takes home his first title in SNW which is a surprise since Thomas has been with SNW from the beginning. Management decided to put the belt on them for all their hard work since SNW’s start. On a smaller note their Fall/Double Stomp combo comes from a double team move Low Ki (WWE’s Kaval) and Homicide used when teaming together. The move can be viewed here. Some fans thought that the battle between Mike Bockwinkel and Red Dragon would end their feud in SNW but after the ending of “The Showdown II” it has been revealed that this is just the beginning. We have previously reported that SNW has big plans for this blood feud. The two are expected to have many matches this year and now the inclusion of Nick Jacobs in a more prominent role should add more fire to the fuel. Gavin Hart of House of Cards and former member of the Real Hart Foundation has left SNW. He has been storyline written off after wrestling legend the Iron Sheik locked him in the Camel Clutch and “broke his back.” SNW are likely to mention this in their next show but not in a serious way. Hart started off as part of the 2nd class of students and joined with his kayfabe brother Kevin Hart as the Real Hart Foundation. After little success they broke up and while Kevin went onto better things Gavin left SNW. Gavin then returned to team with Matt Spade as the House of Cards. Gavin Hart leaves SNW to work in his native land of Canada. NEXT SNW iPPV: BE THE BEST 2011Live from the “Hammerstein Ballroom” only on Go Fight Live 9 Weeks AwayThe iconic Hammerstein Ballroom plays host to one of SNW’s biggest tournaments of the year the return of “Be the Best.” Be the Best is a singles tournament where wrestlers are put in brackets and face off in an attempt to “Be the Best 2011.” Along with the title of “Be the Best” you the winner will also get another kind of title, as the winner will receive a SNW World title shot. Places for “Be the Best 2011” will be very limited and rare to come by. SNW competitors will compete in qualifiers to get into the iPPV. The show itself will contain the final stages of the tournament along with a SNW World Title match and various other non- tournament action. As usual SNW will also have a legendary wrestler to be Special Guest for the event. Do not miss out and Order from Go Fight Live now!

Student Report #6It’s been 6 weeks since the last Student Report due to being on tour in Canada and I would say that the students have come on leaps and bounds since then. All 10 students have been working hard not just in the ring for the student matches but also behind the scenes to get in shape and set up all our live events. Below are the Student rankings following our 2nd iPPV “The Showdown II” 1. Jet Jaguar: (Up 1)The student formally known as Johnny Quinn has jumped back into the number one spot. Jaguar’s masking and heel turn has allowed him to show off his great character. Meanwhile his match with Riley showed his in ring skills. Brawling:D Power:D Technical:C Submissions:C Speed:B Charisma:D Gimmick:C Attitude:A Overall:C+2. Riley Shamrock: (Down 1)Shamrock drops into second but still put on a great few weeks worth of performances. His lack of character allows Jaguar to leapfrog him into first. His constant in ring performances keep him from falling any more. Brawling:C Power:C Technical:B Submissions:C Speed:D Charisma:E Gimmick:F Attitude:A Overall:C3. Travis Cantrell: (-)Cantrell just about maintains his number three spot. Cantrell has improved little over the past weeks but is able to stay where he is because he made such an improvement the report before. He’ll have to improve to keep his spot next time. Brawling:F Power:F Technical:D Submissions:D Speed:B Charisma:E Gimmick:E Attitude:A Overall:C-4. Zakk Static: (-)Zakk stays where he is despite being one of the most improved in recent weeks. His attitude is slowy improving as is his in ring work and as always his mic work continues to be the best in class. If he continues he’ll be moving up. Brawling:C Power:D Technical:C Submissions:C Speed:D Charisma:B Gimmick:C Attitude:D Overall:C-5. Cain Jackal: (Up 1)The newly named Cain has been the most improved since the tour. His new hard working attitude has allowed him to become an absolute monster in the ring. The future is looking bright for Jackal. Brawling:C Power:C Technical:C Submissions:D Speed:D Charisma:E Gimmick:C Attitude:B Overall:D+6. Phenom: (Down 1)Phenom drops out of the top five after a mixed few weeks. His attitude varies depending on what day it is, some days he will be one of the hardest working in class and others he’ll be the worst. His in ring skills have seen little improvement. Brawling:C Power:E Technical:C Submissions:D Speed:C Charisma:D Gimmick:D Attitude:C Overall:D7. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: (-)“Ricky” stays at numero siete after not really doing that much. His language is improving rapidly but he fails to really connect with the crowd like I know he can. His skills are coming along well and I hope to see him rise up soon. Brawling:D Power:F Technical:D Submissions:D Speed:C Charisma:F Gimmick:F Attitude:A Overall:D-8. X Matt: (-)Matt stays where he is but could easily have risen up a few spaces but he did have a flu which stopped him from training for a few days. This had a knock on effect as he wasn’t really able to do real training for most of the tour. Brawling:E Power:F Technical:D Submissions:E Speed:C Charisma:E Gimmick:F Attitude:A Overall:D-9. Christopher Kennedy Jones: (Up 1)CKJ moves out from the bottom spot after showing some ambition to achieve in recent weeks. His mic skills are second only to Zakk but his in ring skills need more work. His cockiness does not aid him at all. Brawling:D Power:D Technical:D Submissions:D Speed:E Charisma:C Gimmick:E Attitude:D Overall:E10. Zeke: (Down 1)Zeke falls into bottom spot after a few weeks of sloppy action. The past few weeks Zeke has seemed like he doesn’t want to be here. However after a talk with him last week he seems motivated to carry on and do better. Brawling:C Power:C Technical:C Submissions:E Speed:F Charisma:D Gimmick:F Attitude:B Overall:EAs I said earlier I am proud of all the students for their growth in skill over the past few weeks and I am pleased to announce that the SNW student division have taken on two new students. They are still in the very early stages of training so they won’t be on the student show for at least the next two weeks. I met both students in Canada and agreed to take them on as new students. They are: Nicholas Lee Huntington: A proud Canadian from Connecticut who has a strong desire to achieve. Nick has been getting along well with the other students. A name change seems likely to have a catchier name. Ron Crockett: A 20 year old from New York who was visiting relatives in Canada and decided to come along. He is a self proclaimed “submissions expert” despite no experience. Hopefully his cockiness doesn’t hold him back. These two new students will be in the next student rankings however I don’t expect them to break into the top 10. The other students have months more experience than them. All students are coming along well and the matches at the iPPV really showed their skills. Our top end students are coming close to matches worthy of being on the main show on a regular basis but as far as a rough estimate for how long until the first student graduates I would still give it a few months. The Showdown 2 was an awesome iPPV. Loved my match with Drake although I knew I wouldn't win. So glad Kevin Hart is looking towards the SNW Championship and that 50th career win.
The Bennett/Edwards match was amazing and I'm so glad Bennett retained. The Bockwinkel/Dragon was highly anticipated and I'm glad it delivered. Pulling for an epic Kevin Hart/Ace Bennett SNW Title match at Be The Best in New York!

An insanely good show man, great write up from start to finish. You've pretty much nailed everything that makes a sign up diary worth reading. I'm a little disappointed that the New Age Lady Killers dropped the titles but I guess it was time, I'm hoping that both men can gain some success in singles competition while staying together as a team.
Great diary man, keep up the hard work.

Great show man. Awesome to see Ace retain the belt, really didn't expect that. Would love to see a Hart/Bennett SNW Title Match here down the line. Glad that Fatality Squad won the Duos belts, some fresh faces is what that belt needs. Also happy to see Drake retain not fully clean to Hart, another fresh face with a title. I can't believe Ace has almost had the SNW belt for a year, I remember he won Be the Best last year to win the belt. Sucks to see Gavin go, because I really liked the House of Cards trio. Keep it up man.

I'm agreeing with Rated R here on how you've nailed everything that makes a good sign-up, while still incorporating the things that make it easier to read. I love the idea of Student Report's, that's a great idea. Would have liked to see Devine and LyNN get the win in the tag match, but what can you do haha. Good stuff as always.

Cannon FodderS1) Phenom vs. Zeke: A quick opener from the students. Phenom tried to use his quickness over the taller and faster Zeke but it didn’t seem to work. Phenom tried to get back but fell to a sudden Trance Out from Zeke. S2) Zakk Static vs. Enrique Rodriguez Jr: This student match had a good amount of time to show off both men in this match. Both have improved dramatically. Zakk is getting great heat from the crowd and got even more after hitting the Brainbuster for the win. The main show then started with the ring announcer welcoming us to the show. He then announced that with the 2011 Be the Best 9 weeks away we will start the qualifiers in two weeks time. More details to follow on SNW’s website. 1) Daniel Sinn vs. Jordan Devine vs. Alex Diamond: The first bout of the night started with some decent action. Diamond was a bit weak and while Sinn had to compete in singles action after his partner has the week off. Devine got the win for Revolution X following the Devinity. SNW World Champion, Ace Bennett then cockily strutted out. He gloated about retaining the title at the Showdown when everyone thought he would lose. He says he already laid his eyes on beating Edwards reign in both defences and length to become the best SNW Champion ever. 2) Jack Joseph vs. LyNN: X Jack made his way out but was introduced as “The Flying Saint, Jack Joseph” which included a new look for Jack. This new style worked well for Jack and he looks back on track after hitting a Pele Kick for the win. 3) The Gentlemen’s Club vs. AirDevils: This wasn’t as much of a squash as everyone thought. At first the Club dominated until Clark and Gerard made a comeback. The AirDevils were able to go for the Bombs Away but Bock threw Clark off the top rope while Jacobs lifted his knees to a diving Gerrard. Bock then hit the Bockwinkel Special on Tom for the 3-count. Following the match Jacobs and Bockwinkel took the mic. Jacobs said that whoever deals with Bockwinkel deals with him. Bockwinkel said it was nice to have Nick by his side once more. “We started to grow apart but now we are united. United against the fight of the Dragon.” 4) Mike Hogan vs. Matt Spade: This was shockingly a very good match. When motivated Spade can wrestle as good as anyone in SNW. They blended well in this match with Spade getting a lot more offence then he would usually. Hogan was still able to put him down following a Springboard Elbow. Intermission. It was announced that a Duos title match would follow the break. This made sure everyone was in their seats when intermission ended. 5) DUOS: Fatality Squad vs. Jason Williams and Cody Rejaro: Cody and Jason won this opportunity at the iPPV beating three other teams. The Fatality Squad looked as strong as ever. Cody and Jason took control in parts of the match but the new champions were too strong which led to the Fall/Double Stomp Combo for the Squad’s first title defence. In a DVD/YouTube exclusive we see Kevin Hart walk up to Ace Bennett backstage. Hart reminds Ace of his title shot he can use at anytime and said he was coming for his title. FUSE Champion, Drake Fortune interrupted and bragged about beating Hart. Drake and Ace then ganged up on Hart verbally and looked like they might attack. Luckily for Hart Jack Power walked in and told them if they want a fight they’ll meet them in the ring later. 6) Chris Hammers vs. Jacob Ryler: Hammers continues his dominant run after disposing of Ryler. Ryler started off well but Hammers was too hot to handle. Recent workouts show an buffed figure on Hammers who hit a Lariat on Ryler then a Last Minute Orders to finish Ryler off. 7) Ace Bennett and Drake Fortune vs. Kevin Hart and Jack Powers: A decent main event with all four men trying hard to show the crowd what they are made off. Ace and Drake wanted to show off their strength as champions while Hart and Powers wanted to show they could be contenders for the World Title. Ace went for the Syracuse Dropped on Hart who countered it with a powerbomb into a Sharpshooter. Drake broke it up and Ace rolled to the outside. Powers then hit a Power Suplex on the FUSE Champ and then Hart locked in the Sharpshooter for submission victory. Following the match Ace grabbed his belt and started to make his exit. Meanwhile Hart and Powers looked on eyeing up the belt. Hart saw Powers do this and told him that the title was his, Powers disagreed but they shook hands.

Good show man. No Cantrell on the student show makes me sad, but its understandable since he has been one of the prominent guys on the shows for a while now. Not sure if I like the Gentlemen's Club teaming again, would've preferred Jacobs as a lackey type character in the Bock/Dragon feud. Seems like a lot of these matches would've been used to put over talent, which is good. Makes sense that Bennett lost here, but that he wasn't pinned. I don't see Powers or Hart being ready to take the belt from Ace any time soon. Keep it up.

Devine winning is awesome, ha! Quite glad to see the Gentlemen's Club getting back together, kind of expected them to win that one. Solid main event, leaving me wondering will Hart or Powers be the next challenger for the FUSE Championship. Good stuff.
