Oh looks like I'm back to Rejaro. Safu must be a Coke drinker if he was so mad at me. Can't wait until the Clash of the Duos tourny. Hope the Can-Am Express go far in it. We could be the upset. And congrats on making this to 60 pages. Thats tough for any diary, especially a sign up.

This is still going awesome, I went back the other day and went through all of Ace's matches and stuff, and its crazy to think how good you have pushed the character. Once a tag team wrestle in a semi-successful, but mostly not tag team to a World Champion, that's awesome in itself. Sucks to see Ace lose here, but honestly expected it with Spade on the team. Ace and AJ's inclusion in Clash of Duos could be interesting, would honestly love winning and becoming the first triple crown champion, but that probably won't happen. I want this to go on forever man, its awesome.
Oh, and C2C ftw!

A Day at the RacesS1) El Hijo de Angel Custodio vs. Zeke: A typical big man facing high flyer match here, the fans loved Custodio but find it hard to remember his name. The Mexican got pin following a Frog Splash. S2) Travis Cantrell vs. Phenom: A decent match which lacked in parts due to Phenom’s work ethic. Cantrell kept the pace and match lively with his quick movements and earned himself a win with a standing SSP. With the 2011 Clash of the Duos only 1 week away there will be preview matches tonight along with the usual top quality SNW action. It was also announced the brackets for Clash of the Duos will be revealed on the SNW website following the show. 1) Fire and the Fury vs. Jacob Ryler and Jet Jaguar: In a rematch from last week the team of Ryler and Jaguar held their own in an attempt to bring momentum with them for next week. However, once again Fury and Arsenic took the win with Arsenic hitting the Dishonourable Discharge. Carson Clark spots Tom Gerard talking with Riley Shamrock in the corridor and accuses Gerard of already trying to replace him. Gerard tells Clark to calm down since they are not going to split up. Clark says they got a tag match tonight and they need to focus and not lose again. 2) Jack Powers vs. Bret Thomas: This match reignited a long past feud which catapulted Thomas into the limelight. Now one half of the Duos champions Thomas looked to put down Powers but failed to as the anger inside Powers boiled up and helped him earn the win with the Power Suplex. Revolution X all walked to the ring to brag over their recent winning ways. Hammers took the mic and proclaimed RevX as the greatest team there has ever been. He says that tonight, while Devine, Safu and LyNN have a match in the main event he has Mike Hogan to compete with. 3) AirDevils vs. Ace Bennett and AJ Matthews: In another preview for next week’s Clash of the Duos the unlucky AirDevils faced the inexperienced team of AJ and Ace. Despite this, AJ and Ace worked well and were putting a beating to the AirDevils. The AirDevils fought back gallantly but Gerard fell to Ace’s Muto Lock. Following the bout, Gerard went to help Clark to his feet but Clark pushed him away. Clark got to his feet and started shouting at him and waving his finger. Gerard slapped his finger away and shouted back before realising they shouldn’t be doing this one week before Clash of the Duos. He calmed his partner down and they left together. 4) Trial 4: Zakk Static and Matt Spade vs. Jack Joseph and Riley Shamrock: A good fun tag match to send the fans happy into the break. Zakk worked the crowd up into a frenzy well and Spade also added to their combined heat which made it easy for the faces to get good reactions. All men performed well and Jack nailed his Pele to earn his team the win. Intermission. To his credit, FUSE Champion Jack Joseph stayed out during the entire 15 minutes break, talking, signing and taking pictures. As he was taking one final photo with a fan someone attacked him and powerbombed him though a table! The man took the FUSE title and stood over Jack, it was AJ Matthews! 5) Chris Hammers vs. Mike Hogan: It looked like Hogan was going all out to impress tonight, he knew he had a good opponent he could work off and this match was top notch. Hammers and Hogan’s chemistry worked well but despite his best efforts Hammers couldn’t keep Hogan down, the lariat, the Liger Bomb and the Senton couldn’t do it but the Last Minute Orders did the trick earning another win for RevX. 6) Mike Bockwinkel vs. Kevin Hart: This match had to be good to top the last bout and it equally impressive. Unlike the previous match the bout was more even. Coming off his title match loss last week Bock was looking for a rebound win while Hart thought a win over a former Champion would shoot him up the rankings. Hart performed well, getting the crowd on his side and almost putting Bock away. However, Bock couldn’t put Kev either and the match ended up a 30 mins time-limit as Hart locked in the Sharpshooter. 7) Revolution X vs. Henry Edwards, Jason Williams and Cody Rejero: A good main event to end, it struggled in the early goings since it had to follow two really great single bouts. As the pace picked up so did the crowd and they got behind the face team of the SNW Champ, Cody and Jason. RevX did look like they would struggle to keep their winning ways but Safu kept his team in the match, breaking up counts and performing like the man monster he is. Safu was so strong he ended up taking out both Jason and Cody while LyNN and Devine took apart Edwards. Devine got the pin for his team following the Devinity.

Haha you would put Ace against C2C:P. Guess I can't have my cake and eat it too. I liked the show and the preview for Clash of Duos. Glad Ace and AJ picked up the win, but now I'm kinda conflicted on who I want to advance in CoD. I don't see either team winning though. Really hope you don't split up AirDevils, it doesn't seem like either of them would do too much, well maybe Clark. RevX is looking dominant, and it wouldn't be surprising to see both teams make it far. Can't wait for CoD.

Clash of the Duos 2011: Night 1Live from the “Hammerstein Ballroom” in New YorkNo Students bouts over the next three nights just straight into the 3rd annual SNW Clash of the Duos. The Trophy was presented but unlike previous tournaments none of the competitors came out for the photo. Instead we kick off into Night 1 action, all matches tonight will be the Round of 16 matches. Winners go onto tomorrow’s Quarter-finals while losing teams will be eliminated. 1) CoD: Kevin Hart & Mike Hogan vs. Incoherence: The young guns of SNW had the challenge of overcoming Chikara’s entrants in the tournament. Hallowicked and Frightmare took control with their chemistry but Hart and Hogan had the home advantage and took the fight to the masked warriors. After taking out Wicked, Hogan hit the Futurism on Frightmare and Hart finished with the 450 Splash. Chris Hammers, Jordan Devine and Amy Lee of Revolution X made their way out for the qualifier. Hammers and Devine both reiterated what they’ve said over the past few weeks about them being dominant and their plan to get both RevX teams to the finals. 2) CoD: Revolution X1 vs. Jacob Ryler & Jet Jaguar: Poor Ryler and Jaguar didn’t stand a chance, Hammers and Devine dominated. Jaguar did look good having a never quit attitude in kicking out to every pinfall but when Hammers focused in it was Jaguar’s partner, Ryler who took the pinfall following the Last Minute Orders. 3) CoD: Ace Bennett & AJ Matthews vs. Coast to Coast: AJ once again entered with the FUSE title, stolen from Jack Joseph. East and West impressed epically while AJ and Ace played the heel roles really well and got the fans loving the TCW representative. Ace attempted the Syracuse Drop but C2C countered it well into the Red Eye Flight. Following the match, everyone had left except Ace who remained seated in the corner. He called over for staff to hand him a mic, which he then snatched off them. Bennett said that he knows he has fallen in the cards recently, from main eventing the greatest match in SNW history at Riot Act IV to crashing out in the first round tonight. He said his luck will change, starting this weekend. Ace’s plan was simple, tomorrow night he’ll call out Kurt Angle. 4) CoD: Revolution X2 vs. Lightning Calling: Safu and LyNN had a hard task of following the other RevX team into the Quarter-finals but they had to face Evan Pagano and former SNW World Champ, Mike Quackenbush (getting a huge fan reaction naturally) Both teams looked strong in this one and the fans couldn’t see either team losing. In the end Safu’s new dominance proved the deciding factor snapping both Pagano and Quack in a Samoan Drop for the win. 5) CoD: New Age Lady Killers vs. Mike Bockwinkel & Katsuhiko Nakajima: Parkland returned to SNW triumphantly with a “Welcome back” chant after being injured since Riot Act IV. Meanwhile Nakajima got a good reaction on his SNW debut and continued to as he shinned throughout. The Lady Killers were pulling out all the stops to advance but they couldn’t break down the team of Bock and the Japanese sensation. However, miscommunication led to Bock shoutind at Nakajima calling him a “Stupid little Jap.” Nakajima had enough and hit him with a head kick and left Bock on his own. Bock then fell to the Pin Pointer. Intermission. It was re-announced that the Duos title bout will main event tonight as the current champions, Kagemann and Thomas take on the AirDevils. 6) CoD: Fire and the Fury vs. Cody Rejero & Jason Williams: Two teams who are considered underdogs in this completion faced off in the first round action. The new team on the block Arsenic and Fury took the fight to Jason and Cody yet the team dubbed the Cam-Am Express stepped up the fight and the newbies couldn’t handle it falling to Jason’s Physco Driver. All of Revolution X, Hammers, Devine, Safu and LyNN made their way back to the ring. Hammers said he was proud of his teammates and their performance not just tonight but over the past few weeks. He continued, saying that they are on the verge of taking over SNW. By having both teams in the final they will prove once and for all they are the greatest stable that ever lived. 7) CoD: Henry Edwards & Jack Joseph vs. Motor City Machine Guns: The World Champ and the FUSE Champ had an unusual challenge in front of them, their titles would be pushed aside for tonight as they focus on coming the SNW Duos Champions. In their way are the team that made it to the 2009 finals, TNA team the MCMG. As always the Guns put on a piece of art in the ring while Jack and Edwards did well to keep up for a makeshift team. In the end the Edwards and Joseph teaming couldn’t handle the super explosive team of Shelley and Sabin who after multiple tag team moves finished off with the Skull and Bones on Joseph to advance to tomorrows Quarter-Finals. 8) CoD: DUOS: Fatality Squad vs. AirDevils: In the main event of the night not only was a spot in the Quarter-finals up for grabs but so was the Duos titles. The AirDevils looked determined not to crash out in the first round despite having possibly the hardest opponents, since they agreed if they put in a bad performance they would split. Of course the champs didn’t make it easy for the team called the “fastest team in pro-wrestling today.” The AirDevils put up an epic fight but the Squad grew more dominant as the match wore on and fatigue set in. The Squad went once more for the Fall/Double Stomp combo on Gerard but he reversed it sending Thomas into the ropes, crotching Kagemann. Clark then recovered jumping off Kagemann’s back off the top and hitting a Swan Dive DDT on Thomas. Gerard then jumped on top to aid the pin and the three count was made! The AirDevils had done it! They had overcome the odds and won the SNW Duos titles when they were on the brink of splitting up as a tag team. The Fatality Squad couldn’t believe it then started arguing on the outside, the champions had been eliminated in the first round! “Underclass Hero” by Sum 41 played proudly as the fans went wild for Tom Gerard and Carson Clark the 9th SNW Duos Champions but they have an even bigger challenge ahead, to defend their newly won titles over the next two nights and walk out not only with the belts but the Clash of the Duos tournament.

Dammit! I thought I had a decent chance teaming with Edwards but I guess it just wouldn't have been right for the Guns to go out so early. Bennett calling out Angle is pretty exciting, I can't wait for that.

Rejeros back! Glad to see The Can Am Express pick up the win. Doesn't seem likely that we'll beat the MCMG. If they do beat us I hope they don't win the tourny. It should be one of the created wrasslers. Pulling for either us or C2C! Sweet to see The Air Devils win the Duos. I really like them, mostly because I like the name. Can't see them losing the Belts so early, so I'm expecting them to knock out the NALK. Good show.

AirDevils winning? Wow, swerve for sure. Not sure if I like it happening in the first round though tbh, Fatality Squad looks weak. I really REALLY hope you don't put Lady Killers over AirDevils in the second round, that would kind of suck if I'm being completely honest. Ace doesn't ever seem to have luck in these team tournaments, not even when he was in an established team haha. But Ace being the potential man to face Angle is awesome, would be a great match for sure. C2C advancing is cool though, would be shocked to see them beat RevX though. Rooting for AirDevils or C2C now though, and I really hope you put the AirDevils in at least the finals. Good work on night 1.

Clash of the Duos 2011: Night 2Live from the “Hammerstein Ballroom” in New YorkNo Students bouts over the next three nights just straight into the 3rd annual SNW Clash of the Duos action. Instead we kick off into Night 2 action, all matches tonight will be the Quarter-Finals matches. Winners go onto tomorrow’s Semi-finals while losing teams will be eliminated. 1) CoD: Cody Rejero & Jason Williams vs. Motor City Machine Guns: The Canadians had a big challenge to overcome in this opening contest, they had to face one of the greatest teams on the planet today. This match was far too good to be an opener to a show, lots of fast action from both teams and plenty of false finishes. After the 20 minute mark, the Guns kicked it up a gear but to their credit Jason and Cody kept up with the veteran team. The Guns nearly had it won with a ASCS Rush which helped them advance back in 2009 but Cody made the save. Shelley also kicked out of the SSP Leg-Drop and the pin was broken from Cody’s Sharpshooter attempt. However, it was the Machine Guns’ Made in Detroit that sealed their victory and sent them through to the Semi-Finals. Following the bout, Jason and Cody look pretty upset over the loss as the Guns celebrates. As the Canadians went to leave Sabin and Shelley brought them back in the ring and raised their arms as the fans showed their appreciation. 2) AJ Matthews vs. Jet Jaguar: AJ once again brought out the FUSE title stolen from Jack Joseph but Jaguar wasn’t having any mind games and looked focused to get the win tonight to get on a run of wins. AJ used his power to dictate the pace early on but Jaguar fought back through his speed and skill. Jag was still hanging well with AJ and this helped to make Jag look much more of a main roster member rather than just another student. AJ locked in the Fujiwara Armbar and Jag looked done, yet he countered getting to his feet. But this was shortlived as AJ pulled harder and brought Jag back down to the mat and made him tap. “Sharply Dressed Man” played and former SNW World and Duos Champion, Mike Bockwinkel made his way to the ring in a sharp suit and sunglasses. He took the mic to brag about how he has the record for longest reigning SNW Duos Champion and how he expected to do well in this tournament especially when he heard that his tag partner would be flown in from Japan. However, he called his tag partner a disappointment. Katsuhiko Nakajima then made his way out and stood toe-to-toe with Bock, not saying a word. Bock then started insulting his former tag partner with racial slurs before Nakajima realised what was going on and attacked Bock. Bock barley got out of the ring and swore revenge. 3) CoD: Revolution X2 vs. Coast to Coast: The first Revolution X team of the night took to the ring in the form of the technical master, LyNN and the Samoan monster, Safu. They faced the outside team of East and West known as Coast to Coast who are representing Twin Cities Wrestling. East and West did brilliantly against LyNN keeping him from making the tag to Safu, who since returning from injury has been unstoppable. However, when LyNN made the tag Safu came in like a house of fire and the TCW team looked in trouble. The fans quickly came to the aid of the outside team and were supporting them in full voice. C2C fought back but in the end Safu was too strong and with LyNN by his side they picked up the win with Safu’s Burning Hammer and LyNN’s neckbreaker. 4) Battle Royal for FUSE Title shot: This match contained a whole load of wrestlers, both competitors eliminated from the competition like Incoherence, Bret Thomas and Steven Kagemannn and non tournament competitors such as Riley Shamrock and Matt Spade. Jason and Cody also showed up but were fatigued from their match earlier tonight so they didn’t last long. The match played out like your basic battle royal match with the only big shock being Steven Kagemann eliminating tag team partner and until yesterday tag team champion, Bret Thomas after the two had teamed up to take out another competitor. Thomas was obviously upset at this but still left before he let his anger get the best of him. Riley Shamrock did great as the underdog who would just hang in after every elimination. The final three came down to Shamrock, Kagemann and AJ. Kagemann and AJ teamed up to throw out Riley but he managed to stay in. AJ then double turned Kagemann by dumping him out to the floor. Riley then fought on but was finally taken out by AJ. Intermission. Lots of predictions on who the remaining two teams will be to go through to tomorrow night, especially on the main event. Some fans are thinking the Lady Killer might win the titles here tonight. 5) CoD: Revolution X1 vs. Kevin Hart & Mike Hogan: With one RevX team already through to the final four the pressure was on leader, Chris Hammers and Jordan Devine to advance alongside their teammates to accomplish the destiny Hammers predicted. Standing in their way was the team of Hart and Hogan who despite their differences were eager to impress and put up a fight. RevX had the obvious experience advantage keeping Hogan from making the tag and wearing him down. However Hogan showed heart and never gave in, eventually making the tag to Hart. Hart came in like a house on fire taking on both opposition members and hitting the 450 on Devine but the number soon became too much. Hammers broke up the pin and attempted the Last Minute Orders only for Hogan to make the save and Hart rolled through into a Sharpshooter, giving Hart and Hogan the victory. Former SNW World Champion, Ace Bennett made his way out. He took a mic from ringside and started insulting Kurt Angle. He said he saw him backstage and is now calling him out. Angle’s TNA music hit and the fans leaped to their feet. After some stalling a midget came out dressed like Angle. “Kurt Angle” barley got in the ring and started impersonating the Olympic Hero. Bennett then admitted knowing this wasn’t really Angle and went onto mock the real Angle. Ace then turned on his small friend and announced “and when you do show up, this is what I’ll do to ya Kurt.” Ace visciously attacked the midget who stood no chance against the former Champ. Ace busted him open, making him bleed through his bald cap and over his singlet. Ace then launched him over the top rope and to the floor before wiping blood over his chest and pointing to the camera with a bloody hand. 6) SNW: Henry Edwards vs. Mike Quackenbush: A fiercely tough test for the champion, Edwards. Chikara founder and former SNW World Champion, Mike Quackenbush. As usual Quack got a thunderous applause which triumphed over the Edwards’ cheers. The match started off slow with both men feeling each other out. Quack was very technical, getting into a variety of submissions not just to wow the crowd but neutralise Edwards. Edwards fought back with his strong style to bring the momentum round his way. Quack made an epic dive to the outside and the crowd were fully on his side but it seemed like they didn’t necessarily want him to become champion. A HE Driver put Quackenbush away for the three count. The finish came out of nowhere and the match only lasted under 18 minutes but still a good match. Following the match Edwards helped Quackenbush to his feet before going to leave. Quack called him back in the ring to put him over via the mic. Quack said he only became champion because Edwards was injured and it was proven here tonight that if Edwards never got injured Quack wouldn’t have become champion. 7) CoD: DUOS: AirDevils vs. New Age Lady Killers: It was big main event time and it was all on the line not just a spot in the 2011 Clash of the Duos Semi-Finals but the Duos titles which the AirDevils only just won last night. Normally a first title defence is an easy one, maybe management will book an easy opponent so that the champion/s can have an easy start into life as a champion but this wasn’t the case here. The AirDevils had to do everything to keep their titles, the Lady Killers looked determined to take back the belts. The Killers had lost a match to the previous champs which didn’t allow them to face for the titles while they were champions but with new holders of the belts came a new opportunity for the Lady Killers. Parkland and Sinn controlled for the most part with the AirDevils doing their best to stay in the bout. The crowd originally were split 50/50 but as the match wore on the underdog story took over the fans and they became firm AirDevils fans. Sinn lined up the Pin Pointer and it looked to be the end only for Gerard to save his partner and knock Parkland to the floor. Gerard then hit a quick senton to the outside onto Parkland while Sinn and Clark battled. Clark reversed Sinn’s Original Sinn into a Small Package for the 3 count! The AirDevils had done it again firstly beating the Fatality Squad and now the Lady Killers! Gerard re-entered the ring to celebrate with his partner as the Lady Killers looked on dejected. The former three time Duos champions and two time Clash of the Duos winners entered into the ring and congratulated the champions. There was no mic but over the crowd’s cheers you could hear what Sinn had to say to the champs, “You guys got the talent and the heart to go all the way. This is your moment.”

Clash of the Duos 2011: Night 3Semi-Finals and FinalsIt’s the final night and the 16 teams have been cut down to the final four for the Semi-finals of the 2011 Clash of the Duos tournament. Chris Hammers’ master plan didn’t quite go to plan as only one of the Revoultion X teams made it through to the final four. Now LyNN and the monster, Safu look to break through to the finals and win the tournament for Revolution X. However, in their way is the team who eliminated their RevX teammates, Kevin Hart and Mike Hogan. The young team have made it all the way to the final four despite having very little teaming experience. Now can they beat the second RevX team to make it to the finals? Meanwhile, Carson Clark and Tom Gerard have gone from zero’s to heroes within two nights. Three days ago they were on the brink of splitting as a team indefinitely but a win in the first night over the Fatality Squad gave them what they had been hunting for since they first teamed up, the Duos titles. They had a tough challenge in their second night facing the New Age Lady Killers. After a tough battle the AirDevils prevailed and move into the final four with their eyes set on the final. The AirDevils won’t have an easy ride into the finals as they face the only outside team left in the competition, TNA’s Motor City Machine Guns. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley have made it to the finals before now they only have one team left standing in their way to getting there once again. However this time, a win would not just send them into the final but also give them the SNW Duos titles. However, the AirDevils won’t go down without a fight.
