Breaking News Commentator Edward Colgate leaves SNW, staff shake up
Edward ‘The Genius’ Colgate, SNW’s lead commentator has left the promotion. Colgate has been with the company for many years, first as backstage staff then in front of the camera as a manager and then commentator. Colgate first appeared in front of the camera as the manager of the ‘Ultimate Jock’ Patrick Everson. But once Everson fizzled out of SNW, Colgate took up a commentator seat and has been calling matches alongside James Simmons for the last few years.
Colgate leaves SNW and is heavily expected to join rival promotion Alt:Pro. Colgate is close friends with his former client Everson and in leaving SNW, this will allow Colgate to tour the indies more with Everson. SNW were reportedly a little taken back by Colgate’s decision not to sign a contract extension but were quick to announce an all new staff line-up.
Previously, SNW hasn’t made any announcements regarding staff. But after Colgate’s departure, the company has decided to give full disclosure on the staff and also some new faces:
Play by Play Commentator: James Simmons – Simmons has been on commentating duty for the last few years alongside Colgate. Simmons was a former wrestler in SNW, known best for his team with Jordan Devine as UK’s Finest. Colour Commentator: Drew Parkland – The Original 16 member, retired from action last year at Riot Act and has been keeping busy running Synergy and SNW’s academy. One half of the most decorated tag team in SNW, now adds to his repertoire by taking up a permanent commentary role. Announcer: Peter D’Angelo – Unlike other announcers, SNW’s ring announcer is never in the ring, he does the announcing backstage. The name may not be familiar but the face would be if you saw him, complete with eye patch, sword and parrot. Senior Referee: Nicky Hernandez – Nicky has been with SNW since the very beginning and begins his new role as SNW’s senior referee. Referee: Adam Keith – The bald headed 6 footer has been with SNW for a number of years. His other job as a security guard makes him a referee you don’t want to mess with. Referee: Enzo Stile – Enzo is the nephew of Original 16 member Bruddah Stile who was apart of Just Another Gangsta team, a tag team who didn’t last long in SNW, as Stile picked up an injury and decided to leave wrestling but Bruddah’s connection with SNW allowed him to get his nephew a job in SNW. Enzo has been working at Synergy for a while now and will make his SNW debut at the next show. Interviewer: Katie Foster - Alicia Bennett has been on interviewing duties as of late but SNW it wasn’t right considering her history with a lot of SNW’s roster and her affiliation with her brother and Matt Spade. Katie is Dave Demento’s girlfriend but that is not expected to be used in storyline.

There will be 16 competitors in a knock out bracket competing over two nights. All 16 men are ranked, they are in order based on current form and previous achievements. Then the matches are set depending on the rankings, for instance competitor 1 takes on competitor 16, competitor 2 takes on competitor 15 and so on. Champions Carnival Night 1 2016 Live only on SNW Player
We kick the tournament in the usual tradition, the group photo. Best reactions came from Bennett, Hart and Hammers.
1) Nick Jacobs [4] vs. Cody Rejero [13]: This was a good hot opener, Cody had the crowd on his side but Jacobs was still cheered, 70/30 for Cody. There was some good technical ground work at first before they kicked it into full gear for the final few minuites, Cody countered a brainbuster on the apron into a back body drop. Good to see Cody acting serious here, showing what he can do when he wants. Cody went for a springboard but got caught in a German Suplex, Jacobs followed it up with the Jacobs Drop to advance.
2) Safu [8] vs. Jet Jaguar [9]: A good old fashioned big man versus little man. Although this wasn’t too traditional, Jag had plenty of offence and played the clever game, keeping his distance. But when he got too close Safu destroyed him. Fans loved Jaguar. Jag kept going and picked up the big win with flying diving knees.
3) Ace Bennett [5] vs. Cameron Stone [12]: This was another interesting encounter, Stone is the stronger man and used this to his advantage but Ace is a young vet himself and knew how to deal with Stone. This was one of Stone’s best matches in SNW, if he does retire in SNW, he has had plenty of top matches over the last year. The Syracuse Lock earned Ace the submission victory.
4) Jordan Devine [2] vs. Jack Joseph [15]: After so much good action, this was a bit of a let down. Which is a massive blow for Devine who SNW are relying on as a top star. Jack didn’t help either and it will be interesting to see how SNW reacts to this. Jack missed the top rope Pele and Devine countered with the Devinity for the win.
5) Jack Powers [7] vs. Bret Thomas [10]: The crowd has been silenced after the last match and these two struggled to win them back. It wasn’t a bad match but it wasn’t a match good enough to reawaken the crowd. What didn’t help was that they both played heels. Thomas played the powerhouse well while Powers tried to ground him. Thomas powered out from a Camel Clutch and improvised well with the Fall for the win.
6) Kevin Hart [3] vs. Jason Williams [14]: Thankfully before SNW went into a break, the crowd were loud and cheering again thanks to these two Canadians. These two are friends outside of the ring and put on a great match to lead into the break. It was the best match on the show, which is a big compliment considering all the best in SNW were competing tonight. Jason hit a spectacular springboard Phoenix Splash to the floor which was when the crowd came unglued. This led to the finish as Hart caught Jason with a superkick from a springboard SSP. Jason kicked out and Kev then hit the Maple Leaf Revenge to win.
Intermission. Fans were thankful for the last match. They are unsure about the final two matches. No-one came out at the break which was disappointing.
7) Mike Bockwinkel [6] vs. Steven Kagemann [11]: Fans didn’t need to be unsure over this match because this was an absolute treat. It’s hard to think of a time when these two faced off before because they are so different but that is what made an interesting match. Bock went traditional while Kagemann used his trademark reckless style with kicks, dives and stiffness. This made Bock go more shoot which led to Kagemann being busted open and a spectacular shoot finish. Kagemann came out on the strike fest with a trio of kicks, the last to a kneeling Bock’s face. Kagemann then went up top and hit the amazing Fire Tornado for the win. Fans loved this stiff bout.
8) SNW: Chris Hammers [1] vs. Jacob Ryler [16]: There were a lot of concerns over Ryler main eventing and challenging for the title but Ryler proved the doubters wrong here. Although usually a jobber, Ryler started off in SNW as a main eventer, he showed that he had that in him again here. Although it wasn’t the best match on the card it was still a great classic main event, with big moves and plenty of near falls. Ryler ducked the Lariat and locked in a small package for a very close call. The finish came after Ryler missed the Broken and Beaten legdrop, Hammers followed it up Lariat and the Last Minute Orders.

Champions Carnival Night 2 2016 Live only on SNW Player
The final eight men in the tournament will face off in singles matches. SNW has promised another night of top action, likely without any segments or interviews.
1) SNW: QUA: Chris Hammers [1] vs. Bret Thomas [10]: Thomas was a bit of a surprise into the quarters after he beat a former World Champion, now he got a championship shot. This bout was unlike usual SNW matches as it was two big men hammering the hell out of one another. The crowd got really into this and Thomas looked like an absolute beast. A triple powerbomb from Thomas was countered on the second bomb, which allowed the champ to hit the ropes and hit a final Lariat to knock Thomas out cold. The referee called for the bell and Hammers advances.
2) QUA: Kevin Hart [3] vs. Jet Jaguar [9]: Hart followed up last night’s MOTN performance with another contender. The match was so different to the previous match as the pace was fast and the spots were high. Jag has been showing all year that he has the qualities to be a big star and stepped up yet again against the second Triple Crown champion. Hart missed a 450, Jag rolled through into a pin then hit a head kick for a close count. But the finish came as Jag springboarded in and Hart grabbed the legs and locked in the Sharphooter for the submission victory.
After Hart had left, Jack Powers ran in and attacked Jet Jaguar. They faced off at Riot Act where Powers defeated the youngster but Jag got the last laugh with the Asian Mist. Jag wasn’t so lucky here and was beaten down by the former World Champ, who was probably pissed that Jag went further than him in the tournament.
3) QUA: Jordan Devine [2] vs. Steven Kagemann [11]: After Jord’s lacklustre match last night, it’s good to see him in a good bout tonight. Although, it wasn’t up to the standards of the last two matches, it was still a good match. Kagemann was his usual frantic self, hitting a diving double stomp from the apron to the floor. Kagemann’s wound from last night re-opened and wore a crimson mask for about half the match. Devine managed to fight back hitting a suplexbomb on the apron. Devine soon followed it up with the Devinity to seal the win.
4) QUA: Nick Jacobs [4] vs. Ace Bennett [5]: The final of four quarterfinal matches gave the fans an interesting encounter. The match was very back and forth with either man likely to walk out as the winner. Highlights included Ace hitting a brilliant step up dive to the floor, Jacobs hitting a deadlift German superplex and the finish came when Ace locked in the Sycaruse Bound and had Jacobs tapping.
5) Mike Bockwinkel, Jack Powers, Safu and Cameron Stone vs. Cody Rejero, Jack Joseph, Jason Williams and Jacob Ryler: This was a break in the tournament action, a nothing match really, involving all the talent who had been eliminated last night. Nothing really to note, other than the obligatory dive spot which ended when Jason’s fantastic springboard 630. Bock got the win for his team with the Bockwinkel Special: Championship Edition.
6) SNW: SEMI: Chris Hammers [1] vs. Ace Bennett [5]: The tournament continues to pump out truly great matches, this was a call back to their feud last year when Revolution X and Team Bennett clashed on numerous occasions. But this was still a very fresh match. Hammers was the more aggressive and more confident. But Ace took his time and plotted his way back in the match. Ace did seem to legit twist his knee at one point so there was a brief pause but he did solider on. That knee injury made have just been kayfabe as it came into the finish. Hammers reversed the Syracuse Drop into a top rope powerbomb for a near fall. But it was the Lariat that put down the first ever Triple Crown champ and allowed the Champ to advance to the finals.
7) SEMI: Jordan Devine [2] vs. Kevin Hart [3]: Great match, maybe a dip in performance from the match. This was a rematch from the Be the Best 2016 final, Devine won that bout but Hart went into that match with an injury. I think SNW will be disappointed that Devine isn’t getting a better reaction from the crowd over the two nights, with Riley out injured, they seem to be building him up in a match against Hammers. However, Hart always gets a loud reaction and really took the fight to Devine. Despite being FUSE Champ, Hart still can challenge against SNW’s top dogs. There were some good spots including Devine hitting an exploder suplex on the apron. Hart hit the 450 for a close count but it was Devine who looked to be advancing until Hammers showed up at the apron. Devine looked over and was hit by a superkick, Hart collapsed on Devine and got the win.
Intermission. Hammers shook his head and left. It was unclear whether Hammers distracted Devine on purpose or just came out to see his teammate get the win. No-one came out at the break again. It seems SNW is really pushing weekend as “100% wrestling” and they have certainly delivered.
8) Fatality Squad vs. Nick Jacobs and Jet Jaguar: A filler match from the competitors eliminated earlier tonight. This was your standard Squad match, they worked over the smaller Jaguar before he made the hot tag to Jacobs. Jag then hit a dive to the floor but ended up taking the fall after the Ball and Chain.
9) SNW: FINAL: Chris Hammers [1] vs. Kevin Hart [3]: The first ever final of the Champions Carnival pitted the SNW World Champion against the SNW FUSE Champion but that didn’t make it a one sided bout. Hart is a Triple Crown Champ and went blow-for-blow with the World Champ. The match started with both men wanting to start off with their style of wrestling, Hart wanted to go technical and Hammers wanted a strike game. This led for an interesting start until Hammers gave in and went to lock up, then he blasted Hart with an elbow. Hammers then controlled the bout until Hart hit his first superkick for an early near fall. Hart then worked over Hammer’s leg, he went for the Sharpshooter but the champ got to the ropes and pulled himself onto the apron. Hart was caught with another elbow and lifted over to the apron. The two battled until Hart hit a brainbuster on the apron. “Calgary’s Own” then hit a Suicide Dive. The title couldn’t change on a countout so Hart rolled him into the ring and went for the 450. Hammers moved and caught the FUSE Champ in a triangle choke. Hart just about got to the ropes. Hart was busted open after a few stiff shots and the “Irish Doomsday” was well on his way to retaining. He hit a lariat for a close count then decided to end it with the senton. But Hart moved. The two struggled to their feet before Hart avoided Hammers and hit a superkick. Hammers fell through the ropes and onto the apron. Hart then dragged Hammers to the top rope and went for a superpex but the champ reversed it into a Tiger Bomb from the top. But Hammers didn’t go for the pin, he lifted Hart and hit him with the running Liger Bomb. But Hart kicked out! The World Champ called for the end, lifting Hart yet again, this time for the Last Minute Orders. But Hart fought back. He fought valiantly back and hit the superkick, but Hammers hit a stiff elbow, Hart responded with a superkick and hit the Maple Leaf Revenge. Hammers kicked out! Hart then locked in the sharpshooter. Hammers seemed like he would pass out from the pain but made it to the ropes. Back on their feet, Hammers hit another elbow and finally hit the Last Minute Orders, which was enough to keep Hart down for the count.
Chris Hammers wins the 2016 Champions Carnival. He was handed the trophy and the SNW World Championship. He had gone through two nights of defences and walked out as champion. Cementing himself not just as the current best in SNW but also possibly the best ever. RevX came out to celebrate with him but Devine didn’t join him in the ring, he stood at the entrance with his arms crossed.

Alt:Pro – Matthews vs. Arsenic II
Edward ‘The Genius’ Colgate opened the show. He recently left SNW from his commentator role. He put over Alt:Pro and said he wanted to be part of the fastest rising wrestling show. He then joined the commentary table.
The first match of the night pitted the best friends from Detroit, Tobias Black and Nate Ryan against the Owner’s handpicked team, Falcon and Robert the Bodyguard. The heels are awful in ring but the youngsters managed to get the crowd going after the hot tag. For some reason the heels went over, Falcon hit a F5 on Black to win. Fans boo’ed hard.
The theme followed as Vincent Valintino took on youngster Dane Warron. Both were faces and had an excellent back-and-forth fast paced match. The match was tainted by Valintino getting the win with the SSP. Fans boo’ed hard again. Why are Alt:Pro using their talented youngsters as jobbers? They shook hands afterwards but the fans chanted ‘F*** you Vincent’.
A quick squash match followed which did nothing to excite the crowd. Alexander Kuleshov squashed Pablo 'Speedy' Gonzalez. Again another youngster was jobbed out but booking wise, at least this made sense. Kuleshov beat his long-time rival at the last show and Alt:Pro may have big plans for him.
In a worrying occurring theme, one of Alt:Pro’s young talents lost as Vincent Fury beat Jake Swindell. But again, this made booking sense as Fury is one of the big names of the promotion. Plus, this did wonders for Swindell as it showed he could go against Fury. Fury did the same to Warron in his first match. Although he lost (after a Fury Strike) Swindell looked good in defeat.
Another squash match, blame Alt:Pro’s booking team. Twisted Assassin beat Antonio Benitez pretty quickly doing his same stuff he’s done every show. The fans still like him and his whole ‘arrive, win, leave’ gimmick but if they keep doing this it’s going to get stale quickly.
Four way action followed as four of Alt:Pro’s finest faced off: Matt, Ron Crockett, Patrick R. Everson and Phenom battled it out in a good contest with plenty of action. Colgate put over on commentary that this will have World title implications but avoided any comment on his former client Everson. It was Everson who took the fall as Crockett hit the German Suplex Hold after a finisher flurry. Rivals Kris Havok and Christopher Kennedy Jones faced off again tonight. Last time they battled it was a dud. Tonight they led into the break so were given less time. Which worked on this occasion. It was a good bout just nothing special, both are better on the mic and in the ring. But Kris is still young and will improve. CKJ got the win with his feet on the ropes, probably suggesting this meaningless feud will continue.
The tag titles were on the line in our semi-main event under 2/3 Falls rules. The popular Blaze Brothers took on the Brits Arthur Williams and Rory Wiseman. The Brits isolated Lloyd from tagging out to his younger brother but then the hot tag was made and after a few high spots, the champions hit the T-Bone Suplex/Corkscrew Moonsault Leg Drop to get the first fall. The match continued with the commentators putting over that the Brits constantly lose to the Blaze’s. Just as they said it, Williams hit the Excalibur to tie it up at one win a piece. The match continued with the fans really into the closing stages. Max took a dive to the floor and missed, leaving Lloyd to battle the Brits alone. He fought back well but got hit by the Excalibur. But Max broke it up! He hit a dive to the floor and the second T-Bone Suplex/Corkscrew Moonsault Leg Drop followed giving the Blaze’s the win in possibly Alt:Pro’s best ever match.
Now the World title match had to follow, luckily the match was held under ‘Anything Goes’ rules which saved this match. Last time out there was a lot of stalling but these two went straight into it. The Champion A.J Matthews was in control but the sneaky Johnny Arsenic battled back into it. He even tried a fireball at one point but AJ stopped him and powerbombed him through the table. Arsenic sent the champ though another table with a spear that knocked AJ off the apron. Arsenic kicked out of an Eastern Execution and used a kendo stick to get out of the Fujiwara armbar. But the second Eastern Execution onto a chair gave the champ the win. Ron Crockett then ran in and attacked the champ and locked in a Crossface. He then posed with the belt. Quick Result: 1) Falcon and Big Bob def. Tobias Black and Nate Ryan 2) Vincent Valintino def. Dane Warron 3) Alexander Kuleshov def. Pablo 'Speedy' Gonzalez 4) Vincent Fury def. Jake Swindell 5) Twisted Assassin def. Antonio Benitez 6) Ron Crockett def. Matt, Patrick R. Everson and Phenom 7) Kris Havok def. Christopher Kennedy Jones 8) TAG: 2/3 Falls: Blaze Brothers def. Arthur Williams and Rory Wiseman (Defence 3) 9) WORLD: Anything Goes: A.J Matthews def. Johnny Arsenic (Defence 3)

BREAKING NEWS Pagano gone from TNA?
There are rumours swirling of whether Evan Pagano has left TNA. The former SNW Original 16 has had his profile removed from TNA Roster page which seems to indicate that he has left SNW. There has been rumours that Pagano has been unhappy with TNA over the last few months. He originally joined TNA thinking that it would be a Launchpad for his talent but instead the company has struggled. Meanwhile, the company that he left, SNW has gotten bigger and bigger. If Pagano has left SNW, he will be expected to join back up with SNW. SNW are currently in the UK with two big shows, Magnificent 10 in Scotland and the Anniversary show which will be in London. Whether SNW will fly Pagano out to the United Kingdom seems unlikely. But then again... this is SNW.

Magnificent 10 2016 Live from O2 ABC in Glasgow, Scotland
1) Mockingbird vs. AirDevils: Excellent opening bout, exactly the kind of match that you want to kick off with. Lots of highflying, big spots and good heel work by the MBirds. Elliot takes advantage of a referee distraction, to low blow Cantrell and roll him up for the three.
Big heel heat for the MBirds post match. When they get backstage the AirDevils cut a promo on how the MBirds are ruining the tag division and they challenged them to a match at EIGHT. This promo was uploaded to YouTube and shown to the crowd later on in the night.
The 10 competitors of the Magnificent 10 came out for the official photo. Lots of fun chants from the Scottish crowd especially towards Bockwinkel. Both Hart and Bennett had “Best in the World” chants, strangely.
2) M10: Ace Bennett vs. Mike Bockwinkel vs. Carson Clark vs. Jordan Devine vs. Kevin Hart vs. Jet Jaguar vs. Jack Joseph vs. Jack Powers vs. Cody Rejero vs. Safu: As always the beginning was a bit of a cluster. The action broke down with action in the ring, outside the ring and even into the crowd. There were a few dives that led to the eliminations. Clark dove onto everyone then Joseph went up top but Hart stopped him and hit the 450 in the ring for the first elimination. Clark was the next to go after a Bockwinkel Special. Eliminated: Jack Joseph and Carson Clark
3) Ken Slayer vs. Baby J Jamerson: These two are still green and the Scottish fans gave them hell. Slayer began to take control but Joseph Stone ran out which caused the DQ.
Loud boo’s from the Scottish crowd as the beatdown continued. El Hijo then ran out and despite a few springboards, he ended up being beaten down alongside Slayer. Stone and Jamerson then set up a table and went to put Slayer through it. Then Scotland’s own Jacob Ryler ran out to a raucous noise. He fought both men off and put Joseph Stone through a table with a Leg Drop which got a tremendous ovation.
4) M10: Ace Bennett vs. Mike Bockwinkel vs. Jordan Devine vs. Kevin Hart vs. Jet Jaguar vs. Jack Powers vs. Cody Rejero vs. Safu: The Magnificent 10 action continued. Jaguar and Powers squared off while the teaming of Devine and Safu looked pretty dominant. Cody knocked back a can of Pepsi hoping it would give him Popeye-like strength. It didn’t work. He fell to the Samoan Drop/Neckbreaker. Hart took both men to the outside with superkicks. Powers and Jag then took the centre stage. Powers locked in the Immortality but then was briefly distracted by the action on the outside, allowing Jaguar to roll through and pin Powers! Eliminated: Cody Rejero and Jack Powers
Powers was enraged by a youngster like Jaguar pinning him. He took his frustrations out on him, further damaging his arm. Hart slid in to and Powers ran away.
5) Grado vs. Dave Demento: Massive reaction for Scotland’s own Grado. He did the full “Like a Prayer” entrance with the fans singing along. Demento then came out and took the mic. He ran down Grado saying he was the epitome of Scotland and everything that is wrong with this land. He said it was a disgrace to wrestle him, then Grado took him down and brawled with him. The match was a comedy bout with the Scotsman frustrating the SNW athlete. When Demento hit back, he hit back hard. He hit his F***tard for the win.
Big heat post match but that’s expected in Scotland. The crowd are always riotus. Demento took the mic again and referenced his promo from the last time he was in Scotland. He called it the “moment that made the man”. But then turned, saying he is who he is and will always be, “The saviour of SNW, kicker of the F***tards.” He then booted Grado again. During this final bit the fans started throwing rubbish into the ring. Demento made his escape while he could. This match and promo was obviously set up to get Demento nuclear heat and it worked.
6) M10: Ace Bennett vs. Mike Bockwinkel vs. Jordan Devine vs. Kevin Hart vs. Jet Jaguar vs. Safu: As the competitors made their way out, Jack Powers attacked Jaguar (who already had his arm bandaged up). Powers was pulled away by staff but the damage was done. Before the bell rung the referee asked Jag if he wanted to continue. Being the plucky youngster he wanted to carry on. He didn’t last long, Devine applied an armbar to take him out. The action continued with Safu and Devine’s teaming looking strong, the former tag team champions Bennett and Hart re-vived they’re partnership to take on RevX. It was all going well until Ace turned on Hart, crotching him on the rope and hitting a Syracuse Drop. Eliminated: Jet Jaguar and Kevin Hart
Scottish fans were chanting “Oh no he didn’t”. Hart squared up to Ace but Bennett just shrugged. He offered the hand, Hart was hesitant. But then he accepted. This meant nothing, other than two old rivals accepting that anything goes when it comes to the M10.
7) Fatality Squad vs. Knife Fight: This was never really a match. Fans weren’t too into this match to begin with then the two just started brawling with one another. The two fought to the outside where Kagemann used a chair. But then Jackal used a chair on the otherside of the ring. Result - double DQ.
The two teams brawled all around the arena which really got the crowd going. Static even used some beer from the crowd to smash over Kagemann’s head. Kagemann hit a dive onto everyone. Then the teams got back in the ring. The Squad attempted the Ball and Chair but it was broken up and chair shots from Knife Fight sent the former Duos Champions up the ramp. Static took the mic and challenged them to a match to “end this”. He suggested a match the Squad know very well, a match Kagemann invented himself, “the Kagemann Deathmatch.”
8) Beast Kong, Amy Lee and Red Fire vs. Kourtney Love, Taliah Winters and Rose Parkland: This six woman action didn’t get much time. Which is good because the crowd gave them a hard time chanting “get your tits out for the lads”. Kong was the difference maker, she destroyed all the other team putting down Love with the Kong Bomb.
After the match the referee raised Kong and her team-mates hands. Kong then turned on Lee and Fire hitting them with a Kong Bomb on top of each other. This was a good segment to put over that there is no one in SNW that can beat Kong.
9) SNW: Chris Hammers vs. Nick Jacobs: The crowd invested greatly to this, in a strange way. Hammers was cheered, Jacobs didn’t get much of a reaction. This was not down to Hammers being Irish, more likely due to his brawling style as opposed to the more technical Jacobs. Nick tried to work over the champ’s leg in the early goings and the fans didn’t respond well. Hammers then blasted the challenger with a Lariat and the crowd exploded. Jacobs kept his mind and focused on the leg, it was good ring psychology but the fans wasn’t buying it. But they loved Hammers and everything he did. The big spots got great reactions, a Death Valley Driver on the apron by Jacobs, a big Backdrop from the top and the Hammers’ combo: a lariat, Liger Bomb and the Last Minute Orders which put Jacobs down for the count.
10) M10: Ace Bennett vs. Mike Bockwinkel vs. Jordan Devine vs. Safu: The story of the final four, is that it is all even. All four men have eliminated one man each so far. As the bell rung Jord and Safu came together and looked across the ring. Bock saw this and struck a deal with RevX. The three went to face Ace but then Jord and Safu turned on Bock. Bennett, using his brain left the ring and let RevX to work over Bock. Safu hit the Samoan Drop for the elimination of Bockwinkel. Ace then springboarded in and took out both men with a double dropkick. He tried taking on both men but his strategy of leaving Bock high and dry had a downfall as he was left in a two-on-one situation. RevX turned the tides and Devine hit the Devinity to eliminate the first ever Triple Crown Champion. And then there were two. Revolution X had finally done what has taken them 8 years, they were the final two in Magnificent 10. Now they just had to battle it out between themselves. Both men had two eliminations so far tonight. Lots of hard hitting to start, which is strange considering they’re friends but then it also showed how much this meant to them. Of course, this being in Scotland might have helped. The added RevX twist was that the winner would face RevX leader Chris Hammers for the title at EIGHT. The action continued with a Samoan Drop outta nowhere but Devine powered out. Jord struggled to deal with the Samoan’s physicality. But found his way back into the match with a drop-toe-hold into the corner and then a fisherman suplex into the turnbuckle. This stunned the Samoan enough so that he could drag him into the ring and hit the Devinity. But Safu powered out. Devine didn’t know what else to do but then a spark of inspiration hit him. He lifted the big man to his feet and hit Hammers’ finisher the Last Minute Orders to seal the win and be crowned the 2016 Magnificent 10 winner.
Amy Lee joined Devine in the ring as he was handed the 2016 Magnificent 10 trophy. LyNN then came out and checked on Safu. After the Samoan sat up and was fine, LyNN congratulated Devine. Safu then got to his feet with a little aid of LyNN and after a brief pause, he shook Devine’s hand. Chris Hammers then showed up and got in the ring. There was a long tension pause. Before Hammers congratulated Devine and shook his hand. He then told Devine something before leaving with LyNN and Safu, allowing Devine to celebrate with Amy Lee.

BREAKING NEWS Pagano tweets plane pic
After reportedly leaving TNA, Evan Pagano has tweeted a picture looking out of a window of a plane. It is rumoured that Pagano has left TNA after becoming upset with the company’s future. If he has, the plane picture will seem to suggest that he is on his way to the UK to compete for SNW. SNW was the company that trained Pagano and turned him into one of the hottest properties in Pro Wrestling. In his time with SNW he was constantly high up in the card, left SNW with the fans acknowledging him as the "Best never to win" the SNW World title. SNW already has held one show in Scotland, with another planned in London. The question is will Pagano make it in time?

Countdown to EIGHT Featuring SNW vs. UK
James Simmons kicked off the pre-show at the commentary table alongside commentator Drew Parkland and Petey the Pirate. Simmons run down the card before our first contest, the first of three ‘SNW vs. UK’ bouts.
1) Matt Joseph vs. Marty Scurll: Fun opener, Matt isn’t really a singles worker. Scurll was the highlight in his gimmick of “The Villian”. His wicked ways got him the win with a school boy with his legs on the ropes.
Back to the pre-show panellists where they talked about some of the matches on the main card. Simmons highlighted the opener where he predicts Slayer to get his comeuppance on the Stones and Baby J. Drew said Jaguar will make tonight his with a big victory over Jack Powers. Petey put over himself in the multi-man later. Drew mocked the Pirate clad fan favourite and Petey responded telling Drew to sit down otherwise he'd beat him again like he did nearly eight years ago. Drew was angry but Petey fought him off with a toy sword.
2) Kourtney Love vs. Taliah Winters: Good women’s match, since this was the pre-show crowd, there were less fans, so they were less rowdy. The fans got into the match as it went on. Winters worked over the leg setting up for the Texas Cloverleaf but Love won with the Lovesault.
The pre-show panellists were back with more comments on tonight’s card. Simmons talked about the feud between the Squad and Knife Fight saying it was going to be a brutal finale tonight. Drew said that he wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a new Women’s champ tonight. While Petey put himself over talking about the mutli-man. “Really?” said Drew.
3) Cody Rejero vs. Noam Darr: This was the second in the ‘SNW vs. UK’ matches and was the highlight of the entire pre-show, too good not to be on the main card. Darr is an excellent technician but Cody had the fans on his side, they loved his Dr Who entrance. Cody hit Darr over the head with the Sonic Screwdriver which led to the Pepsi Driver to tie the series at 1-1.
More comments on the card with the pre-show panellists. Simmons said it was going to be tough for Kevin Hart to retain tonight as he faces Zack Sabre in front of his home crowd. Drew said that his sons will have to dig deep to retain tonight but expects them to retain. Petey went to talk but Drew threw his mic away.
4) Amy Lee and Red Fire vs. Wasp and Rose Parkland: This was probably the worst of the night, it just didn’t click. However, Rose has been improving slowly and looks partly decent in the ring. Fire hit a Suicide Dive to liven things up. But Wasp got the win with a Buckle Bomb into the Deadly Sting on her old rival Amy.
Final predictions now on the main event for the panellists. Simmons said that tonight is Devine’s night, “if he doesn’t do it here he never will”, Drew said Hammers is the man at the moment and doesn’t see his reign ending here. Petey asked “have I mentioned I’m competing tonight?” and Drew chased him away.
5) Jack Joseph vs. Dave Mastiff: Good speed vs. size bout to cap off the pre-show. Mastiff got a good reaction in from of his hometown crowd and then pulled out some big spots to thank them. This was the decider in the series and Mastiff put Joseph away following a diving senton.
Afterwards, Team UK came out to celebrate. Matt Joseph was already at ringside entered and Cody soon ran out. The two stared at each other before Mastiff and Jack hugged. All six-men shook hands and raised their arms. Mike Bockwinkel made a surprise appearance at the entrance. He mocked all the competitors in the ring saying it was "nice" to see the jobbers and the yellow teeth Brits get along. He even got a dig in at Red Dragon. Likely will lead to nothing but nethertheless a cool moment for those who came to the pre-show as Bock always delivers on the mic.
EIGHT (Anniversary Show) Live from Alexandra Palace in London, England only on SNW Player
The Palace is a great arena but SNW has sold it out. Maybe they’re going to need a bigger boat? The set-up looks professional with a big screen above the entrance. The commentators are up in their own box.
1) Cameron Stone, Joseph Stone and Baby J Jamerson vs. Ken Slayer, El Hijo de Angel Custodio and Jacob Ryler: The show opened with the six-man elimination tag, Slayer was looking to get revenge but it all started going down hill. Cam Stone has done some good training on Joseph and Baby J who look like they might make a decent pairing. Jamerson put El Hijo away with a Roaring Elbow and a Dragon Suplex pin. Ryler was pretty over but fell to big Cam and his Cam Slam. Slayer caught the elder Stone with a school boy, then took out Jamerson with the Stun Gun. Fans were behind Slayer, unlike in the US. The two put on a good little contest until Jamerson reappeared, allowing Cameron to come in and Lariat Slayer. El Hijo and Ryler ran them off but the damage was done. Joseph hit the Moonsault for the win
After the fun opener, we were taken to usual video of our main eventers arriving in the arena earlier today. A limo pulls up and the World Champion, Chris Hammers gets out with Safu and LyNN. Devine then shows up in a Land Rover with Amy Lee. Commentators note that they all usually arrive together. Is this the end of RevX?
2) Jack Powers vs. Jet Jaguar: Powers went to attack Jag on his entrance like he did at M10 but Jag saw him coming and hit him with the Asian mist. The match then started in the ring but Powers still couldn’t see. Powers eventually got started but put his technical skills to one side, going for the big moves to put Jag away. Jag countered with some big spots like a rana off the top and a double jump corkscrew to the floor. Back in the ring Jag springboarded in, Powers caught him dumped him on his head, locked in a headlocked, suplexed him and locked in the Choke Out. Jag tried to get out but passed out. This little feud was a great way of getting Jaguar over and also keeping Powers strong.
We see a video filmed in Japan on a camera phone. SNW’s Mike Hogan and rookie Noah Lee are standing in an empty Japanese arena. Hogan says he would love to be in the UK right now but assures the SNW fans that they’ll have a night they’ll never forget. He and Noah hold up the IWGP Jr Tag Team titles which they just won and dedicated them to the UK fans. Hogan puts over Lee and how much he has improved. He promised they’ll be in the UK next time SNW comes to the UK.
3) AirDevils vs. Revolution X: A fun yet short and pointless tag bout. The Devils were over but they always are but Clark and Cantrell didn’t click as well as Gerrard and Cantrell which is to be expected. The Devils did their spots but fell to the Samoan Drop/Neckbreaker combo. Next in line for a Duos title shot? Quite probably.
Interviewer Katie Foster was backstage for her first interview, it was with FUSE Champion Kevin Hart. She asked him about competing in front of the UK fans. Hart said he respects and loves his British fans but he knows tonight they are going to be chanting for his opponent. He said he is representing SNW and will keep the title. Foster then linked it to the next match, where another outsider is challenging for the belt.
4) WOM: Beast Kong vs. Keeley Matthews [TCW]: This was the first of four title matches on tonight’s card. Matthews’ didn’t back down from the fight and went toe-to-two with the champ from the bell. Fans got instantly into this hard hitting encounter. Matthews went all MMA on Kong and hit some great suplexes. Matthews hit some knees then locked in the Key-Lock. Fans chanted “Tap” and she did. We have a new champ and she’s from TCW!
Interviewer Katie Foster knocked on the door of the Fatality Squad’s locker room. She entered and saw both men in street attire, Thomas taping up his fists while Kagemann was sitting on top of a locker. Thomas cut the promo saying tonight they end Knife Fight and show everyone why they held the Duos titles for a record length. Kagemann then hopped down and revealed a basket of weapons, he pulled out a barbed wire bat and chanted at Katie, who then ran away.
5) FUSE: Kevin Hart vs. Zack Sabre Jr: Excellent bout but isn’t that expected with these two ring technicans. The pace was so slow at times but the still had the crowd in the palm of their hands. Sabre showed off some of the moves he learnt in Japan, stiff strikes and back suplexes. Hart roared back with the fight of a true champion. 450 Splash was blocked with knees, the superkick was met with a uppercut and the Maple Leaf Revenge countered into a small package. It looked like Hart couldn’t find anyway past Sabre. That was until he fought out of an armbar and hit the rarely used Fisherman Suplex Piledriver he calls the Calgary Special to retain the title.
Mockingbird were walking down the corridor when they spot Rose Parkland using a vending machine. They warn her not to go out to the ring tonight. Reid starts hitting on her, then they see the Parkland Bros walking down the corridor shouting at them. MBirds leave but remind Rose not to go to the ring tonight.
6) Kagemann Deathmatch: Fatality Squad vs. Knife Fight: All four men entered in street attire and Kagemann brought out a basket of weapons. There were two weapon pits, one of glass another of thumbtacks. There were two plains of glass to. The match broke off into two, Kagemann / Static and Thomas / Jackal. The action went into the crowd and Thomas dumped Jackal onto a pile of chairs. The two pairs met up and then Kagemann dove off onto all. Jackal turned the tides hitting a Spear into the set on Thomas. Kagemann and Zakk then went into the ring and Zakk tipped the trolley onto Kagemann before suplexing him on a barbed wire bat. The two fought into the ring where they teased a superplex to the floor then Jackal showed up and helped to send Kagemann into the thumbtacks. Thomas then showed up and threw the trolley at Jackal and hit Zakk with a chair shot. Kagemann somehow pulled himself out of the pit and the Squad hit the Fall/Double Stomp combo onto a upright char. But Zakk broke it up and the match continued. Zakk took the Ball and Chain through the glass, although it hurt Kagemann almost as much. Jackal broke up the count and Speared Kagemann through the ropes into the other pain of glass on the outside. The men finished when Kagemann took the bump into the glass pit and Thomas ate the Brainbuster/Spear combo.
Intermission. Kagemann was an absolute mess, he took the brunt of the punishment in that match. FUSE Champion Kevin Hart was out at the break, fans loved him. About five minutes in, Zack Sabre Jr showed up and it looked like they would come to blows. But they shook hands instead.
After the break but off the iPPV stream, Red Dragon came out and personally thanked the fans. He got some ‘Sheep shagging b*****d’ chants but laughed them off. He said the entire crew loves coming to the UK which is why he is pleased to announce that they will return in 2017. He announced a full UK tour stopping in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England and said the Palace will hold a special event. He said to check the SNW website and Social Media for updates.
7) DUOS: Parkland Bros vs. Mockingbird: Fantastic way to welcome the fans back from the break. Fans took to cheering Mockingbird oddly, mainly for Reid which is likely is because he is English. After their altercation earlier, Rose didn’t come to the ring. And maybe that affected her brothers mentally as they were second best for the first portion of the match. The MBirds wore down Axel and cut the ring in half to stop the tag. This all changed when Rose came running out, Axel fought back and tagged out to Duke. The Parklands fought back into it and Duke went for a suicide dive but Reid pulled Rose in front of him, which was enough for his partner, Caufield to sneak attack Duke. The MBirds were back in control and isolated Axel yet again. Rose once again rallied the troops and Axel managed to tag out, leading to the Parkland’s ruling things yet again. Duke even hit the KFC on Reid but then Caufield was out the outside threatening to brainbuster Rose. Duke didn’t make the pin and went after Caufield. But Dean didn’t care and hit a brainbuster on Rose on the outside! Duke fought off Caufield before Axel dove off the apron in a senton onto Caufield. Reid then woke up and hit a dive over the turnbuckle to the floor. He rolled Duke in the ring but got caught in the Confederacy Choke, fans thought it was it but his partner broke it up with a diving foot stomp. Axel then speared Caufield through the ropes leaving Reid and Duke. Reid countered Duke’s KFC attempt into an Eat Defeat and then hit a 450 Splash to win the titles!
Mockingbird are the new Duos Champions. Elliot Reid and Dean Caufield celebrated with their belts, they are the 20th Duos Champions in SNW history. After they left, Rose left on a stretcher with her brothers looking on worryingly.
A video package aired of the early days of SNW with all eight competitors shown early on in their career. Then they all made their way out separately apart from Bennett and Gerard who entered to their old American Airforce music. Petey the Pirate was the last man out but he stopped at the enterance with a mic in his hand. He explained how much he wanted to wrestle tonight but has found someone who wants to wrestle more. So he is giving up his spot to a fellow member of the Original 16. ‘Wildside’ by Motley Crue played and the fans went ballistic. Evan Pagano then stepped out from the back and shook hands with Petey and invited him to ringside.
8) Nick Jacobs, Daniel Sinn, Matt Spade and Evan Pagano vs. Ace Bennett, Mike Bockwinkel, Tom Gerard and Jason Williams: This match was very much the Evan Pagano show. The fans chanted for him throughout the match and anytime he was in the ring the fans were going wild. But that is overlooking lots of other good performances. Fans also chanted for Gerrard as he is English. With all these experienced guys there was plenty of history, Bock and Jacobs battled off, Ace squared up to his current partner Spade then teamed up with his old partner Gerard. There was a wicked divefest that ended with a silly springboard inverted 630 to the floor by Jason. Ace was first back in the ring and was followed by Pagano. The two went face-to-face. Ace faced Pagano in his last match in SNW. The two had a great series of moves with Pagano getting out of the Syracuse Drop, hitting the SicKick and the Calling only for it to be broken up. The end had a series of finishers: the American Airforce hit the Bombs Away on Jason, then Sinn hit the Original Sinn on Gerard, Bock hit the Bockwinkel Special on Sinn before Jacobs caught Bock with a Jacobs Drop, Jason then joined in with a SSP Leg Drop on Bock but Ace broke it up and hit the Syracuse Drop on Jacobs. Pagano came in and hit his second Calling on Ace to win the match for his team.
A video played hyping up the last shows of the year. SNW will go to Mexico for three tour shows including Viva La Lucha and the returning Showdown IV from the FUSE Arena. Both will be available on the SNW player.
A video referring to the Japanese symbols appeared. A Tiger was then shown (see below). A Tiger roar was then heard as the screen went blank.
9) SNW: Chris Hammers vs. Jordan Devine: Great main event but that always going to be the case between two real life best friends. Hammers got cheered which is odd but the fans have been pretty strange for who they cheer for other than the English people. Hammers offered the handshake to start, fans told Devine not to and he didn’t instead slapping Hammers! Hammers responded with a forearm and we had ourselves a brawl. The two just squared up beating two bells out of each other. Hammers is the better brawler and took advantage, cutting open Devine with a vicious elbow. Devine stumbled backwards and Hammers saw the moment and hit the Last Minute Orders but Devine powered out. Hammers continued his stiff offence on Devine, channelling some Japanese vibes with a big backdrop driver for a close count. Devine then came, countering a Lariat by driving two knees into Hammers’ arm. Devine then worked over Hammers’ arm and being the better technician, by keeping Hammers on the mat, he was staying in control. Hammers battled out of a armbar and started a one arm comeback until he charged at Devine and was lifted to the apron. The two battled on the apron until Devine hit a sick powerbomb on the apron. Devine rolled Hammers back in the ring for a close count before continuing his arm work. Hammers tried to brawl back into it one-armed but a shot to Hammers’ arm sent him to his knees. Allowing Devine to hit a running knee strike for a close count. Devine called for the end and went for the Devinity but Hammers managed to power out of it and dump Devine on the top rope. A stiff forearm sent the challenger to the floor. On the outside Hammers removed the protective padding and hit a powerbomb on the concrete! He rolled back in hoping for the countout win but Devine got in at 19. Hammers then pulled his opponent to the outside hoping to do the same again but Devine countered with a back body drop sending Hammers onto the concrete. Devine entered the ring but instead went for a suicide dive only to be met by a forearm from Hammers. The champ then lifted Devine from the ring into a ropehung brainbuster on the floor. Hammers rolled Devine into the ring and got a close count. He called for the end and went for the Last Minute Orders but Devine elbowed out of it. The two went into a another strikefest with Devine looking done after a particularly stiff strike from the Irishman but Devine got some Japanese fighting spirit and battled back, until Hammers hit the ropes and hit a huge Lariat. Hammers then went uptop, the strike exchange had busted him open over his eye. He went for the Diving Senton but Devine got the knees up and locked in a Kimura. Hammers spent a while in the hold before breaking it powering to his feet and slamming Devine on the mat. The two lay on the mat but got up before the 10 count. They traded blows again before Hammers’ arm injury affected him and Devine capitalised with Hammers’ own move the Last Minute Orders. But Hammers kicked out! Devine lifted Hammers and went for the Devinity. Hammers countered and hit a spinning elbow, Devine responded by attacking Hammers’ arm but the champion found a counter and hit the Last Minute Order. Another kickout! But Devine looked out of it and Hammers’ arm was shot to pieces. Hammers struggled but managed to get Devine on the top rope and with no resistance from Devine, hit a top rope Last Minute Orders to seal the win and retain the title.
Epic end to an epic match on another great show in London. Fans got to their feet to applaud both men. Both men stayed down for a long time. Medics came out to check on both men. The iPPV ended with Hammers stumbling to his feet and having his arm raised. After the iPPV went off Devine seemed to wake up and was aided to the back. Petey the Pirate came out to thank the crowd once again.

I know you don't post as often as you used too but really surprises me how few responses you to get to this show, this diary deserves a bit more respect in my opinion.
EIGHT was a great show you've been telling a fantastic story over the SNW title over the last couple of shows, you have got a great talent of adding one line in a paragraph which really captures the story your telling.
I really enjoyed reading this show, love how you've built this from the ground up - honestly one of the best shows I've read on here for a while not just for the individual show but also the possibilities which could come from it.

Synergy Issue #17 Halloween Special
Drew Parkland made his way out to the ring, he was followed by Petey the Pirate who gave out sweets. Parkland got on the mic and told the fans that tonight Synergy would hold the first ever Rumble Royale and the winner would challenge for the Synergy title later tonight. Petey took the mic and asked why Drew wasn't dressed up for Halloween, Petey told him he would get a costume for him later.
1) Ken Slayer, Carl Simmons and Kourtney Love vs. Liam Hendrick, Simon Glockerburg and Taliah Winters: All the fifth class youngsters faced off (with Love added in) for an inter-gender six-person tag. The rookies were given some time to show off. Slayer picked up the win with the Sling Blade.
2) Joseph Stone and Baby J Jamerson vs. Parkland Bros: This was Rex’s second match and he teamed with his brother Axel. Rex got his first real taste for action as he was beaten down by Stone and Baby J. Rex made the hot tag but it wasn’t enough as Stone hit the Moonsault for the win.
3) RUMBLE ROYALE: Including Justin Allusion, Dean Caufield, Red Fire, “El Hijo Nature Boy” Pedro Flair, Simon Glockerbug, Liam Hendrick, Cain Jackal, Jet Jaguar, Baby J Jamerson, Kourtney Love, Axel Parkland, Duke Parkland, Rex Parkland, Elliot Reid, Cody Rejero, Jacob Ryler, Carl Simmons, Daniel Sinn, Ken Slayer, Zakk Static, Joseph Stone and Taliah Winters: This massive intergender Royale Rumble worked like its WWE doppelganger. The match started with Mockingbird of Reid and Caufield being forced to fight it out. Some notable moments included Winters eliminating Baby J, Reid taking out his own partner and Sinn eliminating all three Parkland’s! That final spot gained Sinn huge heat. The final four were Sinn, Jaguar, Slayer and Cody. Slayer took out Cody, then Sinn quickly dumped out Slayer. Jaguar and Sinn went back and forth with Jaguar staying out of elimination as he had done all match (he was entrant number 3). A rana took Sinn up and over the top giving Jaguar the win.
Intermission. The fifth class youngsters were out to talk to the fans. Hendrick was particularly nice. Glock and Simmons were a little bland.
4) Duke and Rose Parkland vs. “El Hijo Nature Boy” Pedro Flair and Red Fire: Mixed tag welcomed the fans back from the break. This was kept short since the Rumble Royale was long and so was the main event. Both teams were in fancy dress, the Parkland’s were zombies while Fire was a vampire. The match was made to make the Parkland’s look strong. Especially Duke who picked up the win with the KFC.
Duke and Rose stayed out as Petey the Pirate came to the ring. He said Drew was backstage and in his costume. He got the fans to chant his name to bring him out from the back. He then showed dressed up as a Pirate. He was reluctant at first but then he danced with his old rival. 5) SYN: Dave Demento vs. Jet Jaguar: A great main event, possibly the best in Synergy history. An extra note was Jaguar had special Halloween attire, he was dressed in orange and had a pumpkin mask. These two have great chemistry as shown by their set of matches in SNW. The problem with Synergy is because it is a casual crowd, they can’t do storylines but because of the Rumble Royale, the story was already set. Jaguar had gone through the Rumble Royale earlier and now had to fight the champion. It told a great story, with Demento playing an excellent heel in control of the fatigued babyface. Jaguar fought back into it and scored a near fall with both a springboard crossbody and a SSP. Demento looked like he would retain following a Backdrop Driver but he missed his Running Kick. Jaguar rolled him up in a school boy, hit a head kick and rolled the champ up for the small package for the win!
Afterwards, faces flooded the ring to congratulate Jaguar winning the title. Demento sulked out of sight.

I haven't been keeping up with this and that's a shame. I had no clue or had totally forgotten that Kevin Hart had the FUSE Title again. Sabre would work great with Hart. Excellent show as always man. Look forward to getting back into this completely.

SNW in Mexico
SNW has travelled to Mexico for their end of year tour. First some roster news, there are no women on the Mexico tour. Meanwhile in other big news, Bret Thomas has announced that he is on a hiatus from wrestling. Thomas wanted to leave after dropping the titles. However, his tag partner, Steven Kagemann persuaded him to put over his former protégée’s Knife Fight. Thomas had previously been on a break from wrestling before but some suspect that his attitude is a contributing factor to him leaving SNW. Despite this, he is expected to return sometime in the future.
SNW kicked off their Mexican tour with two back-to-back shows in Monterrey and Guadalajara. Next they will travel to Puebla for the Battle of Mexico tournament. The tour will conclude with their biggest Mexican show to-date in the capital as SNW presents Viva La SNW.
Show 1- Monterrey, Mexico – 200+ Attendance 1) AirDevils (Carson Clark, Tom Gerard and Travis Cantrell) beat Knife Fight (Zakk Static and Cain Jackal) and Jason Williams [9:22] when the AirDevils hit the three-man Bombs Away. 2) Steven Kagemann beat Matt Spade [6:47] with the Fire Tornado. 3) Daniel Sinn, Joseph Stone and Baby J Jamerson beat Joseph Brothers (Jack and Matt Joseph) and Ken Slayer [8:31] when Sinn hit the Original Sinn on Jack. 4) Klauteren Qualifier: Jordan Devine beat Nick Jacobs to qualify [12:54] with the Devinity. 5) Riley Shamrock, Jet Jaguar and Parkland Bros beat Chris Hammers, Mike Bockwinkel, Jack Powers and Dave Demento [14:12] when Jaguar hit the TTM on Powers. 6) El Hijo de Angel Custodio and Jacob Ryler beat Revolution X (Safu and LyNN) [9:05] when El Hijo hit the Spanish Fly. 7) Ace Bennett beat Evan Pagano [22:36] with the Syracuse Drop. 8) DUOS: Mockingbird (Elliot Reid and Dean Caufield) beat Kevin Hart and Cody Rejero to retain [18:20] when the MBirds hit the surfboard / springboard Legdrop combo on Rejero.

SNW continued their fantastic year with two hit shows in SNW. Here are the talking points:
MockingChamps: Elliot Reid and Dean Caufield have been living up to their nicknames, ‘The Star Attraction’ and the ‘Highlight Reel’ by main eventing both shows in Mexico. The pair recently captured the Duos titles and defended them at both shows to prove they can back up their talk by being fighting champions. On the first show, they defeating the Calgary Sons debuting their new tag finisher, when Caufield held El Hijo in a Curb Stomp and Reid hit a springboard legdrop. Meanwhile earlier on the show, SNW’s lone Mexican El Hijo de Angel Custodio teamed with Jacob Ryler to earn a shock win. The two teams faced off on the second show with the titles on the line and once again the MBirds came out on top. The MBirds will put the titles on the line again at Viva La SNW against Knife Fight who earned their title shot winning Kagemann Deathmatch at the Anniversary show.
Klauteren Ahoy: We’re in top gear heading to the Showdown IV where the SNW World title will be on the line in a Klauteren. This will be the second Klauteren in SNW history, the first time Mike Bockwnkel narrowly walked out as champion. Devine qualified on the first event, while Bennett added his name in Guadalajara. Also in Guadalajara, Shamrock and Pagano beat Bockwinkel and Sinn, these four will face off in the final two qualifiers with Shamrock facing Sinn and Bockwinkel battling Pagano. With such tough competition. Will Hammers walk out champion?
Gold Rush: While some were fighting to get into the Klauteren, the SNW World Champion, Chris Hammers had his own ‘qualifier’. He had to defend the belt in a triple threat bout which meant he didn’t have to be pinned to lose the title. However, ‘The Irish Doomday’ retained with the LMO on Cody. In other Championship action, Kevin Hart’s FUSE title reign continued with a win over Matt Spade. Hart will have another challenge in Mexico City as he faces Steven Kagemann and Cody Rejero in triple threat action.
The War Continues: Ken Slayer has been feuding with Cameron Stone all year. Stone has thrown everything in Slayer’s way, firstly Baby J Jamerson and later turning Slayer’s own partner Joseph Stone against him. So far Slayer can’t find the right partner to defeat Jamerson and Joe Stone. Instead, in Mexico City, he ditches the tag team idea and goes on-on-one with Jamerson. Then at Showdown, Slayer will finally clash with his former partner, Joseph Stone to end the feud, once and for all.
Multi-Man Mayhem: With SNW being in Mexico they have adapted to suit the audience with a more Lucha Libre style. The tag rules have been changed accordingly and there has been plenty of multi-man matches. The AirDevils have performed well as a trio, showing why they won the last Masters of Three tournament. The AirDevils will be in multi-man action yet again in Mexico City and at the Showdown, can they continue their hot streak? We also saw a debut in an AirDevils match when the Devils teamed with the Parklands in 12-man tag team action. Rex Parkland, the third son of Drew Parkland, made his SNW debut. His team even scored the win. A good start for Parkland boy number 3. Meanwhile. his brothers, Duke and Axel will be using their rematch clause to challenge for the Duos titles at Showdown.

Alt:Pro 5 – Call to ArmsThe show opened with fan favourite, Dane Warron battling the seemingly management favourite, Falcon. Falcon has been booked bafflingly well despite his lack of talent. Meanwhile, in comparison, Warron has plenty of talent, the fans are behind him but isn’t booked well at all. The match was good but that was only because of Warron. Dane missed a dive to the outside and after a brief comeback, he fell to the Rising Falcon. Huge heat post match for having Falcon go over. A loud ‘F*** you Miller’ chant started, directed at the Alt:Pro owner. It’s odd booking, as Warron is Alt:Pro’s brightest prospect at only 19 years old. Especially odd booking after all the criticism from the last show for ‘jobbing out’ their youngsters. Six-man action then followed as Kris Havok teamed up with the two Mexicans: Antonio Benitez and Pablo 'Speedy' Gonzalez to take on Havok’s rival Christopher Kennedy Jones and the Brits Arthur Williams and Rory Wiseman. This was a fun affair with plenty of action, the Mexicans providing great spots. After Havok had chased CKJ to the back, Williams got the win for his team with a running Uppercut on 'Speedy'. In a quick squash match, Alexander Kuleshov defeated Jake Swindell. Swindell is another talented youngster at 21 years old but is used in job matches. He didn’t last long against the big Russian. As Kuleshov was leaving the music of Twisted Assassin played, he passed Kuleshov on the ramp in a move ripped straight out of the feud between Bull Dempsey and Baron Corbin in last year’s NXT. Vincent Valintino then made his way out to face Twisted Assassin and like all Assassin’s matches, this didn’t last long. Kuleshov watched on from the ramp and caught TA’s attention on a few occasions which allowed Valentino to get some offence. He even managed a dive on the outside onto TA but Assassin fought back throwing Valintino into the barricade. Back in the ring, Assassin wrapped up the easy win with the Assassin’s Fury. He had a staredown with Kuleshov afterwards, seems like the two undefeated stars will be facing off soon. After two squashes we were treated to a third. However, it wasn’t two one sided despite what the competitors might suggest. The Fire and the Fury took on the young duo of Tobias Black and Nate Ryan. Nate Ryan played the youngster in peril and the hot tag to Black took the roof off. The Alt:Pro fans are hugely behind their young talent. Black went for the Flip Piledriver but got caught in a piledriver of his own, an Assisted Piledriver to give F&F the win. The night continued with singles action with Patrick R. Everson taking on DJ Hughes. Again, this was one-sided and the fans voiced their displeasure chanting ‘Same old s***’. Hughes got a bit more offence than any of the other job matches. But everyone knew how it was going to end. Everson hitting the Harvard Hangover for the win. Finally we had a competitive match as Matt took on Phenom. Matt played up his power game to take control but Pheom battled back with his street style. Phenom landed badly on the outside and after checking with the referee he continued. Matt slowed the pace down and later got the win with the Dominator. Alt:Pro owner, Zachary Miller made his way out to loud boo’s as the fans were unhappy with the show so far. He announced that he is just doing ‘What is right.’ And announced a new tag team, who he said will be the team to take the titles off the Blaze Brothers. The champs Max and Lloyd walk to the ring, and Lloyd said that he is sick of Miller picking teams for them to face when the fans would rather see the likes of Pablo Gonzalez and Benitez or Black and Ryan challenge for the belts. Miller said that no-one tells him what to do, not the Blaze Brothers or the fans. So he was booking the title match right now with his new team getting a shot at the titles. After a lacklustre show, business started to pick up. The tag title challengers were former SNW tag team, Beast and Jugg. The two men mountains were just too strong for the Blaze Brothers. Beast and Jugg were most recently seen in SNW’s Synergy but because of the family friendly atmosphere, they couldn’t really do much. Here they put on a great speed versus strength tag bout. Max played the underdog in peril perfectly and the hot tag was made out to Lloyd. But the size and strength was too much for the champs and they fell to the Utter Destruction. We have new tag champs. Miller celebrated with his new signings post match. In the main event of the evening we had the second title match as champion A.J Matthews was looking to avoid following in the Blaze Brothers’ footsteps as he took on Ron Crockett. The submission specialist, Crockett won a four way at the last event to become number one contender. Crockett lived up to his nickname by keeping AJ grounded, locking him up in a variety of submissions. As AJ used his power to get out of it, Crockett found a new submission. This was until, one time when AJ powered Crockett off the ground and dumped him to the mat. He then followed it up with a Cactus clothesline into the crowd. Back in the ring, the action was pretty even with AJ avoiding Crockett’s Crossface. AJ tried his Fujiwara Armbar but Crockett new the counter, so AJ hit the Eastern Execution to seal the win.
Quick Results: 1) Falcon def. Dane Warron 2) Christopher Kennedy Jones, Arthur Williams and Rory Wiseman def. Kris Havok, Antonio Benitez and Pablo 'Speedy' Gonzalez 3) Alexander Kuleshov def. Jake Swindell 4) Twisted Assassin def. Vincent Valintino 5) Fire and the Fury def. Tobias Black and Nate Ryan 6) Patrick R. Everson def. DJ Hughes 7) Matt def. Phenom 8) TAG: Beast and Jugg def. Blaze Brothers (New Champions) 9) WORLD: A.J Matthews def. Ron Crockett (Defence 4)

The FUSE Champ bested former WWE superstar, El Patrón Alberto in the finals. But the match of the night was El Patrón Alberto beating Jet Jaguar. JJ is becoming one of SNW’s go-to guys to have good matches.
Onwards to the Klauteren: In the capital of Mexico, another two men qualified for the Klauteren at the Showdown IV. Former Champ, Riley Shamrock will be looking to get back his belt after he defeated Daniel Sinn. While, Mike Bockwinkel qualified at the expense of Evan Pagano. Also, the AirDevils showed off their tag experience, winning alongside Mexican El Hijo with a sick four man Bombs Away. Also, Ken Slayer beat Baby J and will now face his rival and former tag partner, Joseph Stone at the Showdown.

The main events concept is neat. Of course I'll be going for Bockwinkel, but maybe it's Jords time.
