Sup everyone I got a couple questions I'm hoping someone can answer.
I placed an order on the TNA webstore on Sunday yet my order status hasn't changed at all. It still says "payment received". Do they ever change the status to say shipped or does it just stay like that?
Regarding the TNA cards that just came out… I bought one of the autographed Velvet Sky cards off Ebay and noticed there is no number stamped on the back. I've seen other pictures of her card on there as well and they weren't stamped either. Yet it seems everyone else's cards are number stamped. Is it just her cards or what?

Give it time. It should change - I ordered something on Sunday, got the "Shipping Notification" on Monday, status never changed until late last night.

Well I haven't even got a shipping notification yet. All I've got is the order confirmation email. It's not even like I ordered a ton of stuff either. It was just a DVD & 2 photos.

I got a Velvet Sky auto too and it is not number. I have found 8 auto cards in packs and the only one numbered is my Tomko, 40/50 (that one i got off ebay)

Thanks for that response about the cards. I guess some just arn't stamped.
Anyways I'm pretty pissed about the TNA Shop. My status STILL hasn't changed. I've sent 2 emails and got no response. Has anyone called them before? Do they actually pick up?
If not it looks like I'll be forced to file a despute and claim against them on Paypal. This is just terrible customer service. Not to compair them to WWE but I just placed an order there and had it in 2 days flat. Yet here it is over a week later and my TNA order hasn't even shipped.

Hm. I'm not sure what to tell you - I've never had any problems with ShopTNA orders. But, I would wait until Monday to see if the status changes and if it doesn't call them (if you don't have the phone # lmk I've got it) and see what's going on.
