I'm going to No Mercy on Sunday and I'm taking a few signs with me, but I want to make sure that I wont get any of them taken away or get kicked out for any of them. I'm not worried about three of them, but the other three I'm iffy about. They are "Sexual Chocolate", "I Came Here To Watch Batista Botch" and one with a link to my fed's website.

Only signs they pick up, are Benoit signs..and those are usually in bad taste.

You should be fine, with those. Most people there won't even know what "botch" means, especially the security! lol

You should take a "WrestlingFigs.Com" Sign, that'd get you some attention.

They don't throw you out. They take them away. I brought a "I have diareha" sign and as soon as I got it on TV they took it away. (I was on the camera side, ringside. They edited it out on Smackdown). After that I put up a sign that said "Change the Channel" and they yanked that one quick too. They didn't threaten to throw me out.
The Website one will get taken. The Batista Botch one won't get taken, but you can come up with a better sign than that. Sexual Chocolate won't get taken

I could never understand why my "Foley Sucks" sign got taken away as I was entering the security gate to see SummerSlam in 2006. Foley was a heel at the time, so whyyyy

They probably would've booted you the third time. I once saw a guy get booted for signs at a Smackdown/ECW show 2 years ago...one said "Change the channel," they took that. Next sign was "This isn't the real ECW," they took that. Next sign was "We Want Paul E," and they finally ejected him.

I think signs are stupid anyway. It's an inconvenience to sit there holding something the entire time, chances are the people behind you can't see, and you are just giving security a reason to eject you if you try and be a smart ass and write something bad on there.

That sucks that WWE are so nazi-esque about signs.
You'll definitely get in trouble for the Batista botch sign.

I've been to many many Live events and have only had 2 signs taken away of the hundreds i've brought. "I miss Nitro" was taken and edited out of Raw during the Christian vs RVD Ladder match and "Orton Pooped in my Bag" was taken but still made it on the No Mercy 2007 PPV & DVD, look for it around the time Orton is presented the title in the begining (Bright yellow sign).

I was hoping Ricky Ortiz would be on the card for the sole purpose of me making a "Ricky O Rally Towel" sign with toilet paper on it.

Agreed. Most of the time, if you are over the age of 6 and have a sign, you are an annoying person.
