Never had this happen before but I picked up my CM Punk figure earlier today and his left arm just falls off. I thought this was odd. Anyway, I try to snap his arm back into it's socket and the right arm falls off.
Is this a problem with just this figure or has anyone had this happen before. I was shocked! I now have a figure that's fairly useless. I may try to hot glue it back on.

If it was ECW1, then that has happened to a lot of people. Sorry about your luck, my AD29 Cody's arm has just broke too  |

I'm just saying that figures are expensive now. Trying to find out how a $10 piece of plastic just falls apart like that. Pretty shitty construction. |

If you still got recipt that the shop you buy this fig off from, so sent them back, and they should give you an full refunding or replaced. So that won't affect to your statutory rights

I've had an ECW1 CM Punk action figure for about 10 months now, I play with it and his arm never fell off.

I remember it happened to me I had to wait for my TRU to get another shipment I got another one and it's fine but then again I don't use that fig anymore because I got PPV 17 and like 5 other punks in my extras box if you want pm me and maybe I can trade mine if you want ecw 1 punk

Sorry, but I've heard this story a thousand times and no one's ever posted a picture or explained exactly which bit broke. It's strange that so many would break and after hearing about it so often I'm curious to know what exactly breaks.

Okay listen, don't make a habit of doing this, but go up to your local TRU or Walmart or whatever and buy a new Punk fig. *KEEP THE RECEIPT* When you get it home, open it carefully along the edge where the bubble meets the card with a Xacto or a sharp knife. Take out your new CM Punk and replace it with the ECW1 fig, then take it back for a refund. If they ask why you're returning it, say the arm fell off.
I know its dishonest, and some guys on here will bash you for it, but it is a nice failsafe to fall back on when you get a sh*tty product.
