I know exactly what the pic fed board is going through at this point, because it's the exact same thing that happened to the pose board. For a few years, we had like, 10 - 12 really really solid posers who were loyal to the board, and kept it running like a real company. I mean, people were getting heat and everyone knew what was going on. Now, it's basically dead. I don't want that to happen to the pic fed board. I know I probably let a lot of you down by not getting my fed done before I went to college, but going to college 2 hours away from my house has it's advantages. I still have my arena set up (in the garage) and I'm still making customs, so expect me to have shows up from time to time, but on a montly or bi monthly basis. Probably like, PPVs only type deal. But, while I am at college, I can still reply to feds. I think that replies can be just as inspiring as seeing other feds, if the reply is meaningful. Anyway, from now on I'm going to try to reply to as many feds as possible. In return, I hope it motivates me to get my fed going again, especially by seeing all the great ideas you guys can come up with. I hope I can help keep this board going in some capacity, so that's what I'm going to try to do.

Today I just looked at my Micros (Mainly my Tyler Black custom) and I am thinking of doing a micro fed. If not I'd do a normal sized fig-fed. Please PM me tips guys.

I don't know about anybody else but right now I think the picfed board is atleast good if not great. I came in here July of this year and have posted 5 shows up. The only reason why I think the oldskool fedders are saying its bad now is because I think they refuse to give up and coming feds a chance. I think since my first show I have improved considerably buy yet my post supply is still in the 10-15 range. So basically the same people are replying to the shows which is good and stuff, and then you get a more recognized fed post a show and they get 20-30 replies, its politics I tell ya. Thats just like with NBW, dude posted a awesome show just the other day but yet the "oldschool" dont even give his fed a chance. Hell mallett's first time seeing my show was my 5th episode and he's the friggin moderator. This is one of the challenges of this board. And Deskjet really goes out of his way to reply to new feds. Honestly I am partly guilty of this, I am known for having favorites and it can't be helped that new feds have to have that "it" factor to get a decent amount of replies. I rarely get a huge turnout too, the biggest ione i had was Beatdown 5 which i think was my best, So what i can observe is that you really have to have things going on before you get a decent amount of replies. Once you get a following they would keep replying. I've also brought this up before that we can NEVER replicate what has been done before. Those years would always be the "golden years" and we can only make a name for ourselves. We can just try to keep dishing out shows here and there. What I can suggest is to have a committed team of at least 4 or 5 people that would give constructive criticism and pointers to new feds however "sucky" or great they may be. Of course the "review" team should be comprised of vets. And i hope that this would help others dish out a reply. I've always said that when I do a show, i was looking forward to a "KC" reply. He always gives that insight and personalized analysis and suggestions which i really appreaciate. There are also the emotional replies that really feel like they are that into your fed. this also feeds the pic fedders.

to be completely honest people are trying too hard to compare today with "back in the day" with all due respect... those days are over and we have to get use to it. as long as people are on the boards and having fun which seems to be happening right now it doesnt really matter how many "good feds" we have. there is a lot of conversation. a decent amount of feds and shows and everyone is enjoying themselves. thats how i see it.

We still have some good feds.
MWF, AWF, G-Next, MWFA, NWA, hell, even FTW is alright.
This is the "new era" of pic feds.
The past is like the "attitude era". We're like the "Entertainment era", 'cept better.

I might try Generico though. (Thank god for extra Rey Mysterio's) Also I started on Kensuke Sasaki's turn into becoming a micro. I just resized the GHC heavyweight belt too.

The Golden Age might be behind us, but the Platium age is just ahead. Last time I checked, Platium was better! ;D

I think this is the chance for the new era to shine, its hard to get a good fed going though, alot of noobs want to start feds, but they dont listen. I dont see why its so hard to look at someones fed that gets good replies, take pics like them, and put forth some effort with things. Sorry KoW isn't up, I had to go register for this thing today and it took ages, tomorrow I'm taking my drums to my friends house and trying to get this band rollin'. But after that I'm gonna try to get it up.
Night fellas.

Just wanted to chyme in here guys. Yeah, the boards been slower compared to summer with people starting school, work, etc but i really like this core group of fedders we have on here. Since the rejuvenation everyone's been pretty steady with shows, replies, discussion, etc. And it seems to have been encouraging more people to come on board. Up and downs are expected but i really think this board is as strong as it's ever been. And that's really a credit to everyone commiting themselves to getting this place back in shape.
Now i know i haven't been around much, same issues as others probably, but I'll be back soon with some more Genext action:) Also I have alot of replying to do i see so I may just sit my butt down this afternoon and knock some replies out. You guys just keep doin what you're doin. We dont have to nececarrily go back to how it was, just keep progressing towards what you want it to be.
luv, dad...lol

Today I got up super early (3:00 am) and for some strange reason started too film more of NSA. I actually filmed a the tag match and part of the Orton/Hart match. Oh and I also discovered a new feature on my camera that makes pictures look extra crisp, its called "macro" which is meant for pictures up close. I discovered this at the start of the Hart and Orton match. So after work I will prob finish that match, then work on the MainEvent and then backstage segments etc, etc, etc,. Still alot of work to do but I think I can get it done in a timely fashion
