Has anyone ever tried to make something like Gotham City? If you have can you post pics? Im interested, since I want to create one. You mean like a backdrop/diorama type deal? I can get you a few links to friends of mine who do that kind of thing, if so.

Found these today at Burlington Coat Factory, $12.99 for the Lanterns and $5.99 for the AL pack. Didn't see a KnightFall 2-pack, which I believe shipped to TRU with the Lanterns. I'm not sure if that Action League wave ever made it to "regular" stores.

Yes and yes. The second 2-pack was Batman (battle damaged) and Azrael. And that wave of Action Leagues did make it to retail. There was also a 52 styled(?) Batman with some sort of jetpack and a GL (Hal) with constructs. I found them at TRU right before Christmas.
Actually I found the Knightfall DCUC 2-Pack right before Christmas as well. It was either Dec 23 or Christmas eve...I just remember being quite happy as it was my number one want for Christmas.

Hi guys, want to get a few figures from the dc lines just can't decide which ones. I have the dark knight rises movie masters batman and bane so I would want the others to be in scale. Also am going to get superman from man of steel. I want a green arrow figure preferred with some good articulation and a hood but debatable I was looking at the injustice figure but it isn't in scale so that stopped that. Also after a flash figure no preference in this area. Any ideas or suggestions?

movie masters are almost a full in shorter than DCUC. As a matter if fact the SDCC MM DKR Transforming Bruce Wayne to Batman was actually a DCU/YJ Teen base body. So the MM will be quite small compared to the DCUC

Okay, let's see...this one is mine from a while back, I was doing some scenery for my stop-motions. I start getting into the buildings at about 1:50 - JDMeg6314 does a lot of AWESOME dio building. It's a little more complex, but it comes out looking great. I've started doing a little of this kind of thing lately, check out his work at about the 22:50 mark - He mentions Lunkermouth and AJ Frost, which are two other awesome guys for diorama building. If this stuff is more complicated than you want, check out SlingsAweb - His buildings are easier to replicate, plus they give a lot of options. Check out his BSWS (Behind the Scenes With Slings) videos, he gives a LOT of awesome display options for backdrops, props, shadow boxes, basically anything you could want in a figure display. Also, if you're looking to expand past the city, check out the Batcave diorama I made

I saw a thread on Fwoosh that said the release date was being pushed back to May then a seller on ebay told me it was pushed back to the end of June. I wasnt sure if spamS actually shipped them yet. I saw this at comic con last year and it look great. Also why I passed on the MM DKR 3 pack from TRU. I really wanted a batman with a legit cloth cape.

Pushed back a little bit is actually OK right now. Took my truck in for an oil change on Friday and mentioned a grinding noise I had started hearing. It turned out the baring housing(?)on the front drivers side was about to go...so my oil change went from $20-$30 to $400. I haven"t seen the bill yet as they were closed when zi went to pick it up yesterday. So the mechanic was just walking out. So he got me the keys and said just come back on Monday to pay. So I'll see exactly what was replaced/fixed tomorrow.

^ That Medicom Batman looks awesome. I, too, am in a spending freeze right now due to my horrendously low amount of money. REALLY should think about a new job But that figure is nice. At first I thought it was the Play Arts Kai one, but this one says it's just over 6" tall, which would put him about in scale with Movie Masters, right?
