damn... i know they dont have to because they sell well...but if only the DC universe would make stands and add acc like marvel selects I know you probably mean packed in with the figures but Mattel do sell stands on the MattyCollector website for DCUC figures; $12 for a pack of 25. I have to admit; i'd like to see the stands included as well, i'm always nervous at just who might topple over and take the rest of them with them. At least i know my figures on stands are safe from this.

I've yet to have a Mattel DC figure fall over and take out another figure. Now it's happened plenty of time with DCD & ML, but not with Mattel's DC lines.

I think we know what kind of displays, we've seen them before. And while they're nice, they would only add to the overall price which has already had it's price increase.

I just got up the nerve to order Series 12 from spamS. After all the money I dropped on Mattel's WWE this line I really didn't want to say to my wife..."Hey when you get a chance can you write me a check for $140 top spamS?" I was just going to wait to find it at WalMart, but after doing the math it came out to the same price...so I ordered it and sent her an email. lol

That sucks about Mattel canceling comic shop orders for Wave 11. In other news, I have now completed Wave 12:

Dr. Mid-Nite is cool, but Iron is pure awesomeness. He's my favorite of this wave.

Found Eclipso, Mid-Nite, and Specter today at WM, so I guess they skipped over series 8, 9 , 10, and 11.
I wish they would pack multiples of figures that are actually in the wave than pack-in Superman and Batman. I know the idea is that they are the big names and will always sell, but if that is the case why are there so many of them on shelves when characters like Lead, Copperhead, and Desaad are nowhere to be found?

The Worlds Greatest Batman & Superman were part of Series 11.

The Worlds Greatest Batman & Superman were part of Series 11. Unless they packed figures with the new carding in Wave 11 cases, these were from Wave 12.

Great! Now I have to find that Batman, because I love the new carding. (Not that I've found any around here) Hell I only found 1 Shark, Worlds Greatest Batman & 2 Superman from Series 11.

series 14 seems to be official as someone at TNI forums got an early copy of toyfair w/ pics.
1. Green Lantern: It's Alan Scott and after many, many misfires by DC Direct, it's finally a PERFECT Alan Scott... at least from the pic accompanying the article. He looks to be a young Alan and comes with a golden age style lantern.
2. Obsidian: This is one of my all time favorite DC designs and the figure looks great. I expect some to find fault with his coloring. He looks to be blue and black rather than grey and black but it doesn't bother me. He also appears to be smiling, but if that's really the case, it also doesn't bother me.
3. Hourman: This is the Golden Age Hourman rather than the modern version. I prefer Rex to Rick and he also looks perfect.
4. Gold: The Four Horsemen really hit a homer with Iron and it looks like they do it again with gold. He's AMAZING!
5. Kamandi: Let me say up front, I'm not a big Kamandi fan. I don't hate the character but I just have no interest in this character as a figure. With his denim cut offs, long blond locks, tool belt, and work boots, he looks like the ultimate homo-erotic fantasy. This is definitely fifteen bucks for the C&C piece.
6. Zatana: We're getting the classic magician's outfit with Black Canary fishnets. I'm guessing she'll also have the BC articulation but it didn't bother me on BC so it won't bother me here. She looks great. She appears to have a wand. I'm not sure if it's removable or not.
7. Tyr: That Super Powers line up is another figure closer to completion. If you've been waiting for a Tyr, you won't be disappointed by this guy.
C&C: Ultra-Humanite: This is another of those C&C figures like Kilowog and Grundy that screams perfection. I don't know if he's reusing the Grodd limb, but I don't care. This guy looks great.

Great! Now I have to find that Batman, because I love the new carding. (Not that I've found any around here) Hell I only found 1 Shark, Worlds Greatest Batman & 2 Superman from Series 11. I went back to get the Batman, and he was gone. On the back of the Nightwing it shows Superman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Power Girl, and possibly Wonder Woman, so I would assume that all of these will be released on the new carding.
