As we have previously noted, Joe was offered a new contract last year but turned it down; it now seems they have worked out a new deal and any rumors of him going to WWE have been quashed. www.pwmania.comSamoa Joe's contract with TNA Wrestling is not expiring anytime soon. There have been rumors circulating around the Internet over the past couple of days that his future with the company is uncertain as his contract is getting ready to expire later this year. Those rumors are inaccurate as Joe has said that he is legally bound to a TNA contract until at least 2010. |

Probably the smarter move on his part. He already has an upper midcard-main event position in TNA, there's no guarantees as to what he'd get in WWE.

Dang, even though it was a long shot I was hoping to see him in ROH one more time. TNA better start using him right. This whole contract signing thing is weak. Put him in a good fued and put Nash with someone else. Joe needs to stand on his own. Less talking and more destruction.

Goddamnit, him. He was all making it seem like he hated TNA for so long just to end up signing another contract with them. ROH>TNA forever. I hope Joe continues to enjoy getting **** on in TNA. He wasn't "making it seem" like anything. Internet sites and "Joe's friend" that visit this forum made it seem like something worse. He'd be stupid to downgrade to ROH. No matter how bad TNA is right now. |
