When I first saw this thread a couple hours ago I seriously wanted to go. I even called my friend about a possible road trip next week to the house and Six Flags. But now I dunno..I don't really believe in ghosts (although I've witnessed **** that can't be explained by the laws of physics, so who knows), but going there as a fan is disrespectful IMO and the possible ****storm of bad karma/dreams overshadows the shock and awe factor. What do you guys think? I could understand bad vibes, but disrespect? This guy murdered his family. Only a complete ignorant bunghole would respect him in any shape or form. |

I guess the house is just hangin around nowadays since noone wants to buy it. Plus to tour a house withing that price range they will give you a credit check to see if your even in the range to buy it. The things that went down in their are so low down and cruel that  ing canadian piece of ****. It wasnt his fault my a$$ after years of roids and chairshots and headbutts it caught up to him and unfortunately nancy and little daniel. you benoit AHHH hahaha you said "Hanging around" |

I would seriously doubt you'd be able to see the house in the first place. Generally to purchase real estate in this price range you have to have a pre-qualification letter for the loan. A realtor is not going to waste their time showing you houses that you can't afford to buy. What's the point? They're looking for a sale. If you can't afford it there's no point in them showing the house to you. Dude, the ASKING price is 9. With all the houses on the market right now selling for dirt cheap due to the mortgage crisis, and stigma of what happened (which anyone willing to pay that much for a house will find out about), not to mention so many homes just like this one w/o a horror story being sold right now? You really think they're gonna get anything NEAR 9? Or even 7? lol The brokers know all this man, and they'll let out a HUGE sigh of relief if they can sell it anytime in the next half year. All I need is good credit, which I've had since I was 18. I'll let you know if I'm wrong. I don't know how many times you've been house hunting, but you need more than just good credit to get a pre-qualification letter. The lender will want to look at your credit, your work history and your current household income. When I was house hunting, just to pre-qualify they wanted to see a couple of pay stubs. They want to make sure you can actually afford the payments. I was making about $37k when I was looking at houses and had perfect credit (which I've since ruined by canceling my credit cards, but that's another story). They qualified me for $125k. There's no way they would show me that house now based on what I make unless I just happened to have $800-900k laying around in the bank somewhere. You're right that they probably will end up taking $700k for it, but I guarantee you they won't let you look at it if all you qualify for is $300k. They know you can't possibly offer what they're wanting. It is a good time to buy a house right now and that house you can probably get at a bargain. I confess I'm not an expert on Atlanta real estate so I can't say for sure. |

I've never been house hunting so I didn't know you actually need proof of income to even look at a house. I'm a full time student so that's not gonna happen, even w/my perfect credit so far.
On the plus side, unless McMahon himself buys it, this house is gonna be in the market for a loooong time. So I could always bring my uncle eventually (whose buying up a lot of houses right now, and confirmed what you wrote) and tell him about the whole murder/suicide thing after we get there. Getting yelled at for 6 hours on the way home will be SO worth it.
