Why would TNA put Final Resolution in December this year? We've already had a "Final Resolution 2008". Wouldn't it be smart to wait until next year and do:
Jan. - Genesis Feb - Against All Odds March - Destination X April - Lockdown May - Sacrifice June - Slammiverasry July - Victory Road August - Hard Justice September - No Surrender October - Bound For Glory November - Turning Point December - Final Resolution

TNA's December pay-per-view, Final Resolution, has been moved from December 14 to December 7. This is because WWE Armageddon was moved from December 21 to December 14.
Yeah I was kinda questioning when I read this. But TNA will I guess just have FR II 2008

Moving it to December makes sense - but you can't wait to next year to do it? Blah. I'll just have to remember when I get the DVD that there's two of 'em lol.

Is it really that big of a deal, honestly? It's just the name of a PPV, it's not like it's going to be the exact same matches or anything.

I didn't say it was a big deal. It just doesn't make any sense to hae the same PPV name twice. It's like WWE having two Backlash events in the same year.

The should bring back Unbreakable for this year then start the new order. Because they can't have Genesis in November, and then again in January

That was the only date their 800 seat arena was available... First off: It seats 1,000. Second, the date has nothing to do with a name..

Final Resolution suits December anyways, you know, last PPV of the Year to round things off ect.. never got why a PPV named " FINAL Resolution " was on at the START of the year.

What is the point of this thread.
It seems like youre the only person who cares about it.

What is the point of this thread. It seems like youre the only person who cares about it. Because if nobody reported it, everyone would be bitching about the name change. You're bash him for telling you stuff that you'd be bitching about next month, basically.

Doesn't make any sense? It makes perfect sense now.
Genesis means a beginning. And what better time to have a new beginning than...you know...the beginning of the year?
Turning Point after Bound for Glory makes sense, as it symbolizes the changes to the company after the biggest show of the year, and Final Resolution is the final time of the year to resolve feuds.

You guys are missing my point - I understand WHY they're doing it. It just doesn't make any sense to have two Final Resoulations in the same year. They could've easily waited to do it next year by bringing back the "Unbreakable" name for December this year.

You've been a fan of TNA for how many years
do you really have to question why TNA doesnt factor in common sense for decisions they make?

I didn't say it was a big deal. It just doesn't make any sense to hae the same PPV name twice. It's like WWE having two Backlash events in the same year. Then why bother making a thread about it?.. Nobody (apart from you) really cares...
