A year ago, they had plenty of fresh matchups and ideas. A year later, the division hasn't changed all that much. I think Taylor Wilde's reign has ran its course. But if she loses her title to Kong, then what? Months of squashes? I don't think Roxxi would make a good champ either. First of all, a face winning it from a face usually doesn't do much. Plus, she's jobbed a lot this year. I really think a member of TBP (probably Angelina) should win it. I honestly have no idea where the knockouts are going from here. It'll be interesting to see where it does go though.

Simple - bring in new GOOD wrestler's and put the strap on ODB by having Kong beat Wilde, ODB beat Kong.
