Depends on what you mean by "best of"
John Cena and Brock Lesnar had DVDs and weren't with the company very long while others like Eddie and Chris had to wait almost 2 decades to get something. It all depends.

Not that I'm really looking forward to all these but:
Jericho, Batista, Orton, Big Show are the one's that come to mind off the top. There has never been a Cena "Match only" DVD has there?
There will be WCW dvds to fill the gap after next year probably. By then there will probably be another Undertaker DVD, Triple H DVD and Jeff Hardy DVD ready to go. Maybe a JBL bio DVD if he were to retire.

Jericho, Orton, and Batista is what I wanna see. Especially Jericho he's had loads of A+ matches.

Jericho is due one. Orton too, by now.
Because I'm so bored, I'm gonna look through the rosters and see who is viable:
BATISTA! Has Batista had a DVD release at all yet? I'm surprised if he hasn't. He's been around over six years, on top for almost four.
Big Show (if Kane's worthy of one, you might as well do one for Show too)
And that's about it from the active rosters.
As far as historical goes, Owen and Bulldog are good ideas. I'd actually do it as a three-disc "Hart Foundation" release introduced/narrated by Bret. One disc for Owen, one for Bulldog, one for tag matches and one miscellaneous (Anvil, the 97 Hart Foundation, the new Harts, etc).

Batista, Orton and Jericho can all pull off documentaries but i can only see Batista getting one.
But yeah those three are the ones needed right now.
Id give Cena another year or two before we get a match only DVD.
And who says Best of DVD's have to be for only superstars? Im hoping for more match-based DVD's, and Title based DVD's. Were already getting Best of IC, and HIAC, but id like to see the best of WWE Hardcore matches or something.

The most likely one's to get a DVD would have to be Batista, Orton and The Big Show. Especially Show I would like to see and I am really suprised they have not made one yet seeing as he is the only person to win the WCW, ECW and WWE Championships/
