While I know most of the answers have to be Styles even though I agree, who were some other guys you liked holding the title?
I was a huge fan of Low Ki, Jerry Lynn, and Amazing Red.
Once they got off weekly PPV's I enjoyed Daniels and Joes reign.

I enjoyed Petey Williams' reign as champion. He played a good heel with Team Canada always backing him up. Resulted in some good matches too. Example; vs. Sabin @ Turning Point '04, and who could forget probably one of (if not the best) Ultimate X matches at Final Resolution '05 against A.J. Styles and Chris Sabin.
Christopher Daniels' reign was also pretty fun. The same can be said for Joe's. I loved how he played the "monster" champion and really shook up the whole division. The match between him and Styles at Turning Point '05 was soooo brutal, one of my favorite TNA matches.

My favorite x-division champion ever was Petey Williams. First of all, the gauntlet he won it in was good. And then he had a string of three great PPV matches in Petey-AJ, Petey-Sabin, and Petey-AJ-Sabin. And Team Canada was great at the time. It was just overall a really solid reign, unlike his second reign which was a debacle.
