Alright PPV overall, enjoyed it more than Cyber Sunday to be honest, Angle vs Abyss MOTN.

An alright pay-per-view tonight, definitely worth the $30. Also, MUCH better than Hard Justice, which was just as boring live.
Anyways, glad to see the Main Event Mafia win all of their matches... just not the way they did. Very anti-climatic and overused. 3 of the matches really needed to end with a roll up of some sort? Eh, whatever. I personally think Beer Money/MCMG should be awarded Match of the Night. Both teams looked great, with a good finish as well. Angle/Abyss was better than I thought it'd be, at least. Although I felt the ending was a little weak.
All in all, though. One of the better pay-per-views i've seen from TNA, especially lately. And again, well worth the $30. Hope to see TNA continue in this direction for a while.

From what I saw it was ok. The Rhino match was bad and ended with perhaps the worst gore ever seen.

What a surprise...Booker, Angle, Nash and Sting win. Yawn.

That had to win. Otherwise it would kill the angle already.

I didn't think Abyss/Angle was all that good other than Angle's flip dive off the stage (the height saved it) and the ending.

A pretty entertaining PPV, but the results really turned me off.
Eric Young as the contender for the X-Division Title isn't good at all. Lethal is a much more entertaining worker. Rhino over Bashir also bugged me. I don't like Bashir at all anyways, but jobbing him to a non X-Division star makes him lose any and all momentum he had going for him,and makes him look like a chump. The win over Rhino would have made him look strong, and added instant intrigue to his title matches, as he would be perceived as a threat. Now, we have Bashir, a man who looks weak, going against Eric Young, someone who comes and goes, and doesn't make you excited to order at all. The X-Division is in shambles now. A Lethal/Bashir program, with both men coming off the big PPV win, would have been much better.
Also, the Legend's title match was meh. I don't think anyone would actually put their allegiance on the line for an opportunity at a title that was just "brought in" to the company. Maybe if it was the world title.
With Booker, Nash, Sting, and Angle all winning, this entire program of the main event mafia is ruined for me. At least one of them needed to lose, to show some strength in their group. I mean, why not Joe over Nash? That way, the MEM has three out of four wins, and looks dominant, but the new blood keeps some strength by having Joe, arguably their best superstar, the one who will provide the most fight, win his match, and also getting some revenge on Nash for BFG.
The matches were pretty good, but the booking was terrible. Right as the faction angle was picking up, it took a step back. The company goes onwards with way too one sided of a faction war, and the mid card is looking bad with a very weak X-Division champion and challenger.

Having MEM winning all their matches make's them look stronger and builds towards a longer fued, having them cheating to win aswell gives them heat. It would be stupid to have MEM lose their matches when they've just formed, The Originals will get their victories down the road but for the meantime, I have no problem seeing MEM dominate at the moment.
Its a change seeing Eric Young getting an X-Division title shot, I haven't seen a Strap on him for a longggg time, and is a change from the High Flying/Techical wrestling ( Hey, the X-Division Has no limits btw ), while people would rather see Petey Williams, Lethal ect.. win the Seeding match, Eric Young has never had a Singles title on him in his TNA run, while im not saying he'll win it, but if it does it would be a great payoff for being in TNA for a while.

Overall, I enjoyed it. A couple of annoying finishes to matches, but good matches nonetheless. I would have loved to have seen MCMG, Christian and Styles win, but I like that they will continue the feud.
I am interested to see where they go with a couple of different angles:
1) Alex Shelley teasing heel.
2) Eric Young no longer Super Eric...what does that mean for Daniels and Shark boy?
3) Christian joins MEM but does not come out with them at the end of the show.
TNA actually has my attention. I will make it a point to try to watch for the next couple of weeks. Anyone know if they are filming iMPACT in Orlando or somewhere else? It is A LOT harder to watch TNA and get into it if they film at the iMPACT Zone. The crowd is completely dead--as they were tonight.

I love how they're using rankings in the X-division now. I want to see Eric Young win the title from Bashir and face Lethal at the next PPV with an angle of "This is what two unknown guys can do... fight over a belt that defines TNA while putting on a hell of a match" as a way of sticking it to the MEM. I think it would be an excellent way of keeping the feud going without every match having to be MEM vs. young guys.

Plus, no one else in that match could've logically won it and made me go "He can take the strap besides Eric Young".

I would have liked to see Tanahashi have won eventhough he is really isn't what I would consider an X division guy.

He's a heel though - plus he's not built up like Eric.

really enjoyed the ppv for once. but thats a credit to the good buildup TNA has done. Seems like they are heading in a better direction giving us wrestling and not side show skits all show long

I would have liked to see Tanahashi have won eventhough he is really isn't what I would consider an X division guy. Tanahashi should not be in the X division at all. He can't work fast paced short matches very well. This is basically the same story for CM Punk. Both guys are used to taking it really slow to move up to big spots in Japan and the indies. Then when they're on TV or PPV, it's a whole different story because they have limited time.

Not only does cheating give the MEM heat it also makes the young guys look strong because they took the vets to the limit so they had to resort to cheating to win. I enjoyed the PPV hope they continue with Styles/Sting that was a good match.
