From Prowrestling.net:
Sheik Abdul Bashir was taken to wrestler court at this week's TNA Impact tapings in Orlando following a rib he played on Kip James during a flight they shared. Bashir pulled aside a flight attendant, who then announced over the loud speaker that James was celebrating his 65th birthday.
Bashir was taken to wrestler court because it was determined that he didn't have enough time in the company to pull a rib on a veteran. Brother Ray served as the judge, B.G. James represented Kip, Brother Devon represented Bashir, and agent Simon Diamond served as the bailiff for the proceedings. Bashir was found guilty and was required to supply the locker room beer and booze, which he did on Tuesday night.

D-Von should've been the bailiff.
D-Von: Kip, place your left hand on the Best of Sting DVD and raise your right hand. Now do you swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
Kip: Yes
D-Von: Then OH MY BRUTHA... TESTIFY!

They should do a wrestling court for Impact one week. With the right guys, it could be fun.

I heard stories about this in the WWE too. I enjoy reading things like this. Too bad Davari lost the case.

I've never heard of it being organized like that. Usually a veteran (in the WWE it's often The Undertaker) sits in a hearing with the wrestler that was out of line. He gets a chance to tell his side of the story, the other wrestlers weigh in and then there's a verdict.
Davari hasn't been in TNA long enough to play ribs on people. This is just another example of what the veterans in both companies are bitching about.
