Well i last time posted about receving a wippleman. After that i received this:  I got both wippleman and a teddy because i had something in mind and wanted to pursue it (with a little crafty draftin from G-Money thanks mate  ). So i did a little altering to wippleman;  To produce a perfect T.Lo! I really wanted a teddy and he looks horrible in the buff suits. Hes quite the skinny man so the wippleman body suits. Im not overly familiar with wippleman so the lack of skinny body doesnt bug me too much and suprisingly its not too disproportionate. I painted teddys hands which came out perfect but the camera cant seem to pic the colour up so it looks odd. This is the first headswap ive ever done and it took forever cause just as i dreaded i got the worst case scenario. Anyway, pics:   You feel me playa'  |

its looks good but why has he got no neck
did you glue it on or is the neck ball still inside him?

its looks good but why has he got no neckdid you glue it on or is the neck ball still inside him? Most likely becuase Harvey is white and Teddy is Black (otherwise, you'll have a Black head and a white neck). Cool fix-up btw. |

Teddy barely shows his neck normally. However, the way it appears in my pics is exactly how the head sits on the neck/peg. Plus, his scan is quite unique in that it has most of his neck molded already.

awesome i wonder if your jumping to the customing figures universe since your done with custom accesories making lol.

Teddy looks really good but I don't really like the big Wippleman who is my favourite manager figure. It doesn't matter if you don't care about Wippleman though I know you're goal was to make a good Teddy, I used Rey legs for my Teddy Long custom and it looks pretty good.
If more Wippleman bodies are made in other colours I hope to do alot of similar fixups one day, I can't believe that Styles reverted to the HUGE suit body because I was going to get a pile of those and a pile of Wipplemans and make some perfectly scaled suited characters.

He does as i really think teddy needs this body. Its not i dont care about wippleman cause i do as i wanted his fig from the time i saw the proto. Sure he needs the skinny body but i had to prioritise because jakks have not provided us with enough skinny bodies yet to buy multiples (as i know you do very well ). The wippleman body is great as its quite generic in the colours it has, hopefully there are more bodies released like it so i can have a proper wippleman again. It does suck about the styles although in fairness it only had skinny arms, the torso was still the normal one i believe. Jakks needs to get some of these full skinny bodies out soon though so there dont have to be anymore sacrificial lambs. |

I think Teddy looks strange with that huge head and skinny body, but as long as you like it.
