Pepsi recently changed their logo
So i was wondering can Jakks use the old pepsi logo (punks current tattoo) unless punk changes it to the new logo but i dont see that happening
so can they now use the old pepsi logo

not unless they let the copy rights run out on the old one, which I don't see them doing.

No. It is probably still patented and until that is no longer the case it would still be against copyright. But pepsi wouldnt discontinue the copyright even if the logo was outdated.

My guess is that POSSIBLY, since Pepsi has a new logo the costs for copyright has gone down for the old one. Doubt JAKKS will do it though.

their website still is using the old logo. either way pepsi still owns the rights to the logo thus we won't see it on any figures.
