 Monday Night Raw's 800th Episode Celebration
November 3, 2008
As Monday Night Raw celebrates its latest milestone of 800 episodes, longer than any other entertainment show in TV history:
- Chris Jericho complained to Mike Adamle about how the odds were stacked against him last Sunday in his Cyber Sunday match against Batista. Unfortunately for him, now he has to handle the Animal with nowhere to run or hide. Who will walk out of the 15-foot-high Steel Cage match as World Heavyweight Champion?
- Will DX shut the mouths of the hosts of the "Dirt Sheet," or will The Miz and John Morrison live up to their words and defeat the legendary duo?
- How will the man-scaped Intercontinental Champion, Santino Marella, be able to concentrate on keeping his near-3-month title reign intact after being embarassed on consecutive nights by WWE Legends "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Goldust, and the Honky Tonk Man?
- After classic impersonations of WWE Superstars (and Diva) past and present, including Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold, Jim Ross, JBL, and John Cena, what will "The Master of Disguise" Charlie Haas have up his sleeve this week?
- Will Shane and Stephanie McMahon show up to Raw to address the situation between General Manager Mike Adamle and Randy Orton? Will it be the end for Adamle or will Orton stay true to his word and quit?
Remember to tune into the USA Network this Monday at the special start time of 8PM/7CT as Monday Night Raw celebrates its historic achievement in a special 3-hour event at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa.

i'd love for vince to show up, fire adamle as gm (make him a backstage announcer or something), then, make stone cold the gm (yes, again..well, he was co-gm before, but, ya ;[). then, austin would make orton's life "hell", up to the royal rumble. then, orton would enter the rumble, and get eliminated by austin. then orton challenges austin to a match at wm (seeing as many on here think/want it to happen).

Since he mentioned Austin in his promo, I want the two to face each other at Survivor Series. Similar to Hogan/Orton.

stone cold vs orton at wrestlemania would be great. i hope that happens. i can see punk and orton finishing their somewhat feud before then. so it could work for orton.

God I could've SWORN I saw the 800th episode of Raw already. Seriously. It's really weird. As soon as they announced this "celebration" I was like "Wtf? Didn't this already happen?!"

It's clear as daylight as to why WWE is having a Batista/Jericho rematch on Monday night. It's how Punk got out of the World Title picture. They gave him a cage match and ended the feud that night. Orton was stunned by Austin, bitched about it the night after and demanded for Adamle to be fired. So Shane and Stephanie appear this Monday and to make it up to Orton, they give him Batista at Survivor Series.
c'mon it's WWE formula.
