So earlier today, one of my fav teachers said that she was leaving to move closer to her family in the middle of december
Im pretty sad about it. She's been an awesome teacher and i wanna get her a gift as a sort of thank you for being a awesome teacher but have no idea what to get her?
So can any of ya help me out on what to get her?

Slip her the ol' bangers & mash...wait, no, that's inappropriate.
RKO her...no, that's counterproductive and just plain mean.
It might help us help you if we knew something about her, I suppose.

maybe a book store gift card. i get all of my teachers that. most teachers like to read. really depends on how well you know them or what subject they teach, but i'd go with the gift card

Get her a book about it. I recommend Eats, Shoots & Leaves by Lynne Truss. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go ponder the irony of teaching English in England.

Honestly, the nicest thing you could get her is probably a card with some nice words in it. Nothing else is necessary.

Nice thought.
Teachers don't make much. If you can get a bunch of your classmates to start a collection, get her some gift cards for restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater etc. Just make sure the person holding the cash is someone you can trust.
