I personally like Sabin better as a face, and Shelley better as a heel, so that would be cool if just Shelley joined.

I dont see how that make sense, unless he was treated as a lesser member compared to the others like the young boy who wants to show his respect. otherwise it wouldnt make sense since the whole faction gimmick is former world champions who are long standing veterans looking for respect.

I think mcmg's should stay out of this. Them as faces is just annoying. Shelley is a born heel and Sabin had a good heel run too. Face LAX vs. Heel Motor City would rule.

Anyone else think that it should just be AJ, Joe, Lethal, then bring back Senshi and Daniels?

But the Mafia are proven hypocrits... they look out for themselves under the guise of looking out for the future of the business. For all MEM cares Shelley is disrespecting the guy who is helping the enemy. I think Shelley should be closely affiliated with MEM, more notably with Nash. There needs to be some true workers on the heel side other than Kurt Angle. I mean this angle, as is, only has the potential to build face main eventers. Here is an opportunity for TNA to build a heel main eventer or two as well, and there is no easier way to create a heel with heat than to have him pull a Benedict Arnold... Sabin vs. Shelley w/ Nash in his corner? WIN. Joe vs. Shelley w/Joe's former mentor? WIN. |

I believe what he is saying is he likes the fact they are together, he just wishes they went with a different gimmick besides the mafia thing (the fancy locker room and everyone in suits). |

Actually its more entertaining when the whole show is based on them. If it the show isn't focused on them it makes the storyline worthless.
