So i was at an auction and they were selling wwe figures. They were like about $30 each in a package. Without the package were $5 ones which were really old wrestlers. The Hardys 2 pack was $45, and the Hornswaggle figure was $30. Anybody think that was a ripoff? I mean hornswaggle is like about $10 in the store and that Hardys 2 pack could have been $15.

Believe me, if someone really wants the figure desperate, the will pay high demand prices to get it. eBay and other Internet Stores usually charge more for figures than Retailers, which is why I don't mind waiting a month to get them at retailer costs.

It might of cost that much because the person must of thought that the figures were really good.

It's called fishing. To see if there are ppl out there who would pay such prices.
And some ppl do take the bait.

If this sale was in Australia due to the fact we get no new figures, they would probably sell for more giving our crap selection of figures and also our exchange rate.

I saw a Horny sell for 30 bucks. I think it's a good price for around here since he is a hot item.

People choose to pay, they are not forced to pay those prices, so I don't see anything wrong... Consumers need to be educated consumers or they're just screwing themself.

If people buy things for that much then they are stupid so they ripped themselves off.
