i chose free shipping on dvd's i bought on a thursday night and got them monday morning so it's getting a lot better

Their shipping is much better than it was in 05. It's their customer service that blows.
I made an order about a month ago on a Saturday and got it in the mail the following Thursday.

The Black Friday sale starts today and I've got to say I'm very disappointed. Not only do they kill you with shipping but they add a separate handling charge which kills alot of the deals that they have up for order..

Just a bunch of old crap that most people wouldn't want anyway. There were some DVD's I liked for $5 but with their outragous shipping and handling charges, i'm all set.
