The teahouse shootout in Hard Boiled is amazing. The fact that I count it as a fighting scene should tell something. But 'real' fighting scenes, I'd say Duel of the Fates a.k.a. Maul vs. Kenobi & Qui Con-Jin in Phantom Menace.

What was that movie that had that really violent scene in it where the guy beats the other guys skull in with like, a pipe or something? It was really graphic, they never really took the camera off of the guy being beaten. I want to say Mal posted a .gif of it way back when.
